Its a pretty unimaginative kid who hasnt dreamed of him or herself living the full-tilt rock n roll lifestyle at some point or another. Of course, if you happen to be Simon Neil and James Johnston, you dont have to dream about it. You just live it.
As two thirds of fantastically superb rock juggernaut Biffy Clyro, the lads have been laying down the rock, tearing up the road and taking their pleasures where they find them for years. Now theyve taken time out from their jam-packed schedule of touring the world and general musical monsterisation to answer questions about themselves and the band and show off their skills on Guitar Hero World Tour.
Yep, it turns out that Biffy Clyro like nothing better than to unwind after an adrenaline-fuelled show with a console game. It seems they just cant get enough of being in a band and after a show like to carrying on rocking it out, with the latest instalment in the game. What could be more apt for these Scots?
Take a gander at our exclusive video interview with Simon and James as they reveal the real-life secrets of a successful rock bands life on the road and demonstrate the stupidly large amount of fun theyre able to squeeze out of GHWT.

We humans might think were the most advanced species on Earth, but judging from the evidence on show in Animal Planets spectacular new wildlife adventure series In Too Deep, maybe its time we thought again.
Weve got the technology to survive in extreme situations and even put a man on the moon, but how do our natural talents measure up to the amazing skills of the inhabitants of the animal kingdom? Thats the beastly question that adrenaline junkie presenter Jamie Crawford goes all out to answer in In Too Deep.
Naturalist Jamie Crawford looks at the wonders of evolution and tries to emulate them using stunts and ingenious devices. In an effort to match the cartwheeling spiders ability to cartwheel across the desert sand dunes at an astonishing 44 revolutions per second Jamie attempted his own downhill run strapped into a device made out of inflatable car inner tubes showing us visually how impressive the spiders abilities are.
Thats just one course from the feast of beastly feats to be served up throughout the duration of the series. In Too Deep is on Animal Planet every Sunday at 8pm. In the meantime, click here for a special video preview of the show, and let Jamie himself give you the full rundown on the treats he has in store.

We've all sat in the cinema, munching our popcorn while watching movie trailers that showcase all the latest blockbusters. The back of book blurb has been the traditional method of capturing the imagination of readers
until now. The launch of the first ever book trailers are set to change the industry for good and bring books to life before they are even published. This new trend hopes to attract a new audience to reading who wouldn't otherwise have heard of the author.
Three up and coming student directors from the National Film and Television School (NFTS) have been selected by a panel of judges, to produce a 90 second film based on three forthcoming books.
Chamoun Issa was chosen to adapt Small World by Matt Beaumont into a mere 90 second film. You can watch exclusive clips from his trailer in this brand new video, which also includes interviews with the two main men. Chamoun explains how he responded to the challenge and Matt explains how excited he was with this new interpretation of his work.
The short films were premiered at the Book Video Awards on Thursday 28th February 2008. They can all be watched at www.play.com

Renowned DJ and regular Buzzcocker, Phill Jupitus is here to talk about his favourite subject, music. From his disbelief at attending a Rolling Stones concert to hesitating over new technologies, Phill takes us through his passion that is shared by millions.
Music has become an integral part of our world, it almost feels that there is a perpetual soundtrack to our lives. New research shows that the music we listen to very much reflects what mood we are in and is even linked with events in our lives. Country music for example is the music we listen to most during a break-up, RnB is our genre of choice when things get a little bit intimate and classical tracks are the most popular backdrop when we require quiet time for working and studying.
The research, carried out by Vodafone for the launch of its new MusicStation service, also revealed that the majority of us soppy Brits swapped mix tapes in our younger years. Even today, eight out of 10 would still like to share those carefully crafted romantic playlists with someone special.
That said, more than 80% admit we dont regularly indulge in sounds outside of our musical comfort zone. Cost is one of the main reasons were not tempted to experiment with different genres and artists, although recommendations by friends and critics can encourage us to try something new.
