Thoughts, Emotions, Passions and Poems Thu, 19 Jun 2008 21:30:32 +0200 This is one of those tunes where the vocals are just spot on and in this case they are from the movie Trainspotting with Ewan McGregor. It’s called Choose Life and is done by the PF Project. The track is done by a friend of mine, back in the day, and still to this day [...]
Wed, 28 May 2008 18:00:59 +0200 I sometime think or acctually, quite offen that people suffer from some sort of disorder, in this case it’s a form of Prehistoric Monster Syndrome everyday of the week. It’s like they have something against everything that they either have to do or told to do.
It is besides a bit annoying also a little bit [...]
Sun, 25 May 2008 07:40:15 +0200 This morning i went as far as putting together and published a personal ad or in swedish Kontaktannons. You might ask yourself why and all sorts of things, but the truth is that i am a bit bored being single and not finding someone to love as much as i love riding my bike. I [...]
Fri, 23 May 2008 15:26:20 +0200 As many of the people who read this blog, knows that i’m a bit of a cycling nerd. Some also know that cycling is also one of the best ways to train while you enjoy stunning scenery and open roads. However, my start-up this year hasn’t turned out the way i like it to.
A week [...]
Mon, 19 May 2008 21:38:07 +0200 It’s fairly old, but still as good as it was the first time i heard it. The track is so simple but so effective and just wonderful. Listen to it, very loud !!

Sun, 20 Apr 2008 12:09:52 +0200 Described by some as the best party track ever and by others as the worst thing ever made. However it is a good funky track that makes you want to dance and it was immortalised by the movie Madagascar.
Here is the original and the Madagascar version :
Reel 2 Real - I Like To Move It
Madagascar [...]
Sat, 19 Apr 2008 11:33:38 +0200 14 years ago there was a time in my life that i just couldn’t resist the pressure invoked by this track that i still love to this day. It’s a very hard track from 1994 and it’s still one of the best Hardcore track ever produced, at least according to me. It’s featured on the [...]

Sat, 29 Mar 2008 10:37:12 +0100 One of this years biggest tunes is a track called “The girl you lost to cocaine” by SIA and really like it a lot. I found these two videos on Youtube and you can really hear the diversity from the arrangement between them two. Below are also the lyrics inserted, for those who like to [...]
Sun, 23 Mar 2008 11:28:10 +0100 Sometimes there are tracks that you just fall in love with or they struck a cord that makes you so emotionally disturbed that you start to cry or just want to die. When i listen to Clint Mansell’s track “Together, we will live forever” from the movie The Fountain, i got those previously mentioned emotions.
It’s [...]

Sat, 22 Mar 2008 18:49:06 +0100 Here is a list of movies that you can cry to, without making an ass out of yourself in front of any girlfriend or boyfriend. Your company will most likely cry as well. If not, then they are most likely incapable of having emotions and you shouldn’t hang around for too long.
The list (In no [...]
Sun, 09 Mar 2008 20:00:20 +0100 I haven been really writing anything really important in my so called blog for some time now. I guess i have had my mind in other places and just lost track of time. I guess i have been lost in my own mind enclosed and surrounded by music, music that make me feel empty and [...]
Fri, 07 Mar 2008 00:11:01 +0100 We are sorry to inform that the bright star and friend Anna Nikoletta, also known as Anna Stone has tragically died in a freak car accident in Mexico City (Mexico) on the 29 of February 2008.
According to the medics on sight, Anna was still alive when they arrived to the accident. The cause of the [...]
Sat, 26 Jan 2008 22:54:02 +0100 I’m here to tear down everything around you,
and you know what I’m going to replace it with ?
Something new… God. The world of God.
So take your bread and give it to the poor.
What difference does it matter what you own ?
You have gold and silver it’s going to rot,
and that rot is going to eat [...]
Mon, 26 Nov 2007 13:56:49 +0100 It’s Grim Up North by The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu aka The KLF is one off those tracks that you either love or hate. Literally! It’s a fairly simple track, but yet it holds a certain punch and finesse to it that i really like. It’s a straight forward track.
The end of the track [...]

Tue, 20 Nov 2007 16:30:29 +0100 Destroy Everything You Touch by Ladytron is one off those tracks that you either hate or love. I love it along with numerous other by the band. The first time i heard it was on iTunes, when i was actually looking for something completely different, but this one caught my attention and i bought it. [...]
Sat, 17 Nov 2007 09:57:49 +0100 One of the greatest tracks from Portishead is “Numb” from the album Dummy. The music is a mix between narcotic rhythms, hypnotic samples and film noire. It’s just brilliant and very emotional. One could describe this track and all the others on the album as a natural synthesis of claustrophobic spy soundtracks with confessional lyrics [...]
Fri, 16 Nov 2007 10:44:15 +0100 Since the day i was born, i have always thought very much about death and what would happen afterwards. In the beginning i thought that i was abnormal and strange, considering my thoughts and emotional outbursts. At the tender age of 15 i tried to focus my thoughts on something else then death and other [...]
Thu, 15 Nov 2007 18:00:46 +0100 Tomorrow will be the first time that the Confession Series starts here on my wacky web log. They are written by the author of this website and are a expressive experiment with words, ideas, emotions, thoughts and much more.
Some parts consists of actual events and other parts do not, they are purely fictional, because who [...]
Thu, 15 Nov 2007 13:25:31 +0100 The wonderful lyrics of Like tears in the rain by Covenant is set to a raw and hard background. It creates an emotion when you listen to, even without reading the lyrics, simply by listening.
The track itself was released a few years back (in 2000 on the album “United States of Mind”), but still to [...]
Wed, 14 Nov 2007 17:00:04 +0100 Mindphaser, classic track from 1992 with Front Line Assembly. A track so ahead of it’s time and a video that actually won “Alternative Video Award Of The Year” on MTV. I like the rawness sound of this track, then they lyrics, even though the lyrics are really good. Somewhat timeless, but today they might mean [...]
Tue, 13 Nov 2007 19:25:40 +0100 I thought i would give it a try and run a little experiment with Slipknot as the base for poetry. I just got this idea that if i took parts of songs written by Slipknot and made totally new versions and maybe, just maybe, even improving them a bit, making them darker and more gloomy [...]
Tue, 13 Nov 2007 18:23:12 +0100 Duality by Slipknot is one of those tracks that you either love or hate. It’s disturbing and alarming at the same time as it is a very good reflection about the times we all live in, if you really think about it. It might not mean anything to you, but if you bend the rules [...]
Fri, 09 Nov 2007 15:55:25 +0100 This is track that i love so much that it’s hard to describe it with words. It’s called “Further” by VNV Nation. I do not really know why i love it so much, but i think it has something to do with the emotions that it brings forth.
A vital part of the track, besides the [...]
Thu, 08 Nov 2007 10:20:44 +0100 Why am i coming back ?
Why do i stay ?
Why are you here ?
Not that i can see, but in my blindness
i strive for your spine.
Deep inside myself, i find a part of you
a very small part.
Inside me you are dying.
Why aren’t you still here ?
Why am i always gone ?
Why aren’t you a part [...]
Wed, 07 Nov 2007 08:12:09 +0100 The most painful distance in the world,
is not between the living and the dead,
but it is when you can’t see that I love you,
even though i stand right in front of you.
The most painful distance in the world,
is not when you can’t see that I love you
it is when two hearts love but can not [...]
Tue, 06 Nov 2007 13:52:02 +0100 The Power of Love by Frankie Goes to Hollywood is one off those tracks that are as timeless as time itself. A track that bring forth emotions and feelings. I’ve been in love with this track since the day it was released and still to this day, i feel that it’s one off the best [...]
Mon, 05 Nov 2007 11:58:29 +0100 Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t’was his intent
To blow up King and Parliament.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England’s overthrow;
By God’s providence he was catch’d
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, let the bells [...]
Mon, 05 Nov 2007 09:53:03 +0100 Lately i’ve been thinking a bit about what is presented in the media and also what type of news that is news worthy. I’ve come to realize that much of the media coverage is based on assumption and unverified sources.
One thing that i find both sad and funny at the same time is the fact [...]
Sun, 04 Nov 2007 17:52:19 +0100 Yet another Swedish poem i wrote a few years back. I’ve included a translation as well, so that you can judge which one you like more than the other.
The Original Swedish version :
Stilla stunder utan liv.
en stilla famn av roser; ett liv i misär.
formad av tidens gång; sinneslös.
Sargad av tiden och sorgen
i avund av sanningen; [...]
Sun, 04 Nov 2007 12:31:53 +0100 Outside the window, a beautiful sight
Billions of stars, shining so bright
Planets and entities, black holes and galaxies
Asteroids flying by, closer the before
Anyone could become a tragedy
All controls are out, meaningless to shout
Rushing through it all, makes you feel kind of small
Time is running short, loosing life support…

10. They told me at the blood bank this might happen.

Fri, 02 Nov 2007 16:41:52 +0100 What few might see is that on the inside i’m dead, i’ve burnt my wings while pretending to be this almighty power that holds life in it’s hand.
A pale copy of my former glory, the thoughts are always there, but the powers are dead long ago and soon it will all end.
The last stones along [...]
Thu, 01 Nov 2007 18:15:28 +0100 Here is a first. A poem i wrote a few years back. It’s in Swedish. I hope that you might like it. It’s called Panino…
Jag stannade upp och plockade fram mitt liv
ur min ficka, ensam och ledsen, förtvivlad
över kärleken, livet och mitt samvete.
Jag grät, grät utav medkänsla, medkänsla för
de som har ont, de som lider, [...]
Thu, 01 Nov 2007 16:52:27 +0100 One of the best episodes of the show Creature Comfort, in my opinion. It’s just great. The brilliance with this episode is the script. It’s just brilliant and very funny at the same time and it also has some really cool things happening in the background as well.
Take a look :

Mon, 29 Oct 2007 11:24:23 +0100 Sometimes there are songs that really connects with your emotions at the time you listen to them and you feel somewhat connected to the words or the anger that the singer or the band give out in their performance.
This track from Slipknot really does that, but then again a lot of their songs really connect [...]
Sun, 28 Oct 2007 20:11:41 +0100 Such a beautiful song which brings out the tears. It is featured in the movie Philadelphia at the very end of the movie. It’s one of the strongest movie endings and it will make you cry. If it doesn’t, then it’s something wrong with you and not me. I just love the emotional vocals by [...]
Sun, 28 Oct 2007 17:56:56 +0100 I have been here so many times before, i’m becoming a interior piece in this temple of worship. A small part on the wall, a pebble on the granite floor.
A painting or a mural connecting peoples beliefs in things never seen. Only experience can show you the things i’ve seen. The knowledge i’ve gathered.
Things start [...]

Fri, 26 Oct 2007 20:46:31 +0200 I just saw the Loose Change documentary on Google Video and i must say that i’m really happy i’m not an American. Why ? Well, according to both the Zeitgeist Movie and Loose Change, all Americans have been lied upon by their own government after 9/11/2001. It’s just really sad that a group of people, [...]
Fri, 26 Oct 2007 18:00:21 +0200 Seasons past between the first encounter and
the newly arrived fondness for her eyes.
A quite moment between the sunset
and the morning suns slow awakening to yet another new day.
All seemed so close, but so far away.
With merely a stranded thought hanging off a cliff
to remind us that the world holds much more, then this.
A daring thought [...]
Thu, 25 Oct 2007 21:25:46 +0200 Take a good look and listen very carefully to what is being said in this clip below. When you have done this you will realise that what he is saying is actually true. Because it’s just a ride !

Wed, 24 Oct 2007 19:25:25 +0200 I look upon the world as a child looks upon life.
Feeling emotions, feeling regret and feeling joy.
I want to feel pain, i want to feel pride, i want
you to take the essence of it all and through it all
away. I’m sick, twisted and demented by my own thoughts
of self-torment. A closed-circuit waiting [...]
Tue, 23 Oct 2007 12:00:47 +0200 The last month has been heavy on the mind and especially on the body. I can feel the pain growing day by day with relentless vigour and perseverance. It is like a ongoing war on the inside, you can not see it, but it is there, due to the pain.
Besides, it feels like a war [...]
Mon, 22 Oct 2007 21:14:40 +0200 Stow away my heart
compress my emotions into a mesh
Carefully break what’s not yours
replace with something new.
Impressed with all that you do
i gather my pieces, but i rather have
you show me how to
Steal a heart and leave a mark
on the inside of the soul where
it is still dark.
I feel compressed and compelled to write
the story of [...]
Fri, 19 Oct 2007 21:16:10 +0200 I saw the Zeitgeist Movie yesterday and i fell in love with it. I guess i fell in love with it because it makes you question a lot of things around you. I highly recommend that you see it, because you are going to thank me and the makers of the movie afterwards.

Tue, 16 Oct 2007 22:35:22 +0200 Find some bliss within the shadows
of an empty heart
Learn new ways to seek emotions
without a heart
In the deepest corners of the soul
lies are becoming truth
Poor away the water that surrounds
the pond of life
Seek new meaning in the words that
overshadows feelings
Torment the living part of the
last thing you hold true
In the deepest corners of the heart

Thu, 11 Oct 2007 20:27:34 +0200 Shattered and badly beaten by love long since lost
Stained and tainted by time
Alone and walking through empty streets in search for something
that might not be there
Against the odds and against the grain
Disappearing headlights in the fog, keeps the calm inside at bay
Chanting your name as i start to cry in my loneliness
Awkward spaces between life’s [...]
Sat, 29 Sep 2007 11:20:21 +0200 Not long ago i found this track by the all powerful The Roots from the USA. I sort of fell in love with the groove and also the vocals on it, so i hunted the album down and listened to it again and again. It’s one of those songs that just won’t die, it gets [...]

Sun, 02 Sep 2007 20:43:23 +0200 Today was a day that i was supposed to have ridden the Glan Runt Bicycle Race in Norrkoping, Sweden. I wasn’t to be. It was just not meant to be that way at all. I overslept and with just 15minutes until the deadline for picking up the number tag, i knew i was running very [...]
Sat, 01 Sep 2007 13:01:38 +0200 Tomorrow is the second race for me. The weather is getting a lot colder then before and it isn’t as fun as before to ride my bike. However the sun is shining today and i’m going to take a short ride today regardless of the lower temperatures outside.

Tue, 21 Aug 2007 14:14:53 +0200 I saw a concert yesterday with Pink and i was amazed by, not only the show, but the artist Pink. It’s pretty interesting to see a person like Pink have irony and self-distance at the same time as being politically incorrect. Anyway, the show was recorded at the Wembley Arena in London, United Kingdom and [...]

Wed, 15 Aug 2007 21:45:01 +0200 Reading the news nowadays is like reading a gossip magazine or maybe a magazine concentrated on predicting the end of the world. Wed, 18 Jul 2007 08:14:50 +0200 What if… ? That is a good question and i think it’s one of the most used questions you can ask yourself. What if i was a billion dollar celebrity ? What if i made other choices in life, instead of these ones i’ve already made ?
I know that you’ve asked yourself the same questions [...]

Mon, 16 Jul 2007 15:51:02 +0200 Today i decided to change the graphics a bit on my website. It’s a collaboration of styles for the K2 template i’m using, but with my own modifications, of course ! It’s based upon a style called Vino Tinto by Ubersuper and the standard K2 style (yes, the default).
The template Vino Tino was based around [...]
Mon, 16 Jul 2007 11:52:38 +0200 The Sunday was the day of The Flying Chicken as stated on the Tour de France website. Yes, i am talking about Michael Rasmussen, the man who showed everyone how you should climb a mountain on a bicycle. At Cormet de Roselend he showed that he was going all the way and established a 5 [...]

Sun, 15 Jul 2007 08:42:44 +0200 The first real mountain stage. A testament to that anything can happen in the Tour de France and it did happen. Yesterday’s stage between Bourg-en-Bresse and Le Grand-Bornand was 197.5 km up and down and up again stage for the riders. At the final mountain it became clear that something big was about to [...]

Sat, 14 Jul 2007 13:05:12 +0200 Everyone knows the European Union currency EURO also know as EUR in short. Everyone also knows that EURO is pronounced just like it is written E-U-R-O, but here in Sweden they haven’t got it. They haven’t got it all. Instead the swedes pronounce it as E-V-R-O. Do i see a “V” in the name EURO [...]
Sat, 14 Jul 2007 12:43:19 +0200 Yesterdays stage between Semur-en-Auxois and Bourg-en-Bresse was a 199.5km long ride of pain for Alexandre Vinokourov and most likely even Andreas Klöden, both in the Astana team. But that did not stop the two from making it to the finish in time. My guess is that there were a lot of painkillers consumed during the [...]

Fri, 13 Jul 2007 12:19:37 +0200 Yesterdays stage between Chablis and Autun was a breakaway followed by a lot of crashes. The last 10km was the most dramatic in this years Tour de France with the lead changing all the time and nearmisses in the downhill section behore the finishline.
The breakaway with Sylvain Chavanel, William Bonnet, Philippe Gilbert and Gianpaolo Cheula [...]

Thu, 12 Jul 2007 12:28:02 +0200 There isn’t a lot of tracks out there that you can feel the emotion of the singer or the writer of the track, but here is a track that you accutally can. It’s “Slow Chemical” by Canadian band Finger Eleven. The track isn’t on any of the five albums they’ve made, but here it is [...]
Thu, 12 Jul 2007 11:21:21 +0200 What can i say ? Sometimes Norway are unbeatable and yesterdays stage was the day that all off Norway hold their breathe on the last kilometer towards the finishline. The reason for it was the amazing leadout by Julian Dean for the mad dash to the finishline by Thor Hushovd.
I can only say that i [...]

Wed, 11 Jul 2007 10:45:25 +0200 What a performance by Fabian Cancellara in the last kilometer. After a fairy boring 235.5km it was the finish that yesterdays race really need. The breakaway was out in 230km before they were caught just sort of the finishline by the TGV Cancellara who turn it all upside down.
It might have been the pavé section [...]

Tue, 10 Jul 2007 12:49:52 +0200 Yesterdays stage between Dunkerque and Gand was all about the breakaway until around 5km from the finish line, then it was all about the big crash. A crash that really looked horrific on the TV, but my guess is that it was even more dramatic onsite.
The sprint was a bit of a statement from Gert [...]

Mon, 09 Jul 2007 14:25:38 +0200 Yesterdays races was eventful with a few crashes and stunning scenery from the English countryside. It was also a very long live broadcast, started at 11.00 CET and i think it ended somewhere around 17.00 CET in the afternoon. But dispite the long broadcast it was exciting and fun all the way.

Sun, 08 Jul 2007 15:29:59 +0200 My love for cycling is big. One of the best races you can watch, either at the side of the road or on television, is Tour de France. I’ve had some of the best moments in my life benched infront of the TV and Eurosport for this enourmus event.
This years race began yesterday in London [...]
Sun, 08 Jul 2007 12:39:19 +0200 I watched the Live Earth concerts yesterday and i was sort of amazed by the event in general, but only five or six performances were really good. Madonna really delivered during her performance, like she always does. Metallica were also good, but Foo Fighters were just amazing. The energy from Dave Grohl and the Fighters [...]
