Here is a view of the oil galley passage casting in the 3FE head. The oil galley passes from the rocker arm oil passage (center of photo) at a 45 degree angle to the head bolt hole to the oil galley plug.

I saw this car in the parking lot at Wildwood Park in Puyallup, Washington during my daughters softball game on July 2, 2008 and could not resist taking a few photos of the old Ford.

If anybody can identify the year and model, I'll update the description and tags.
