Younger generation in today's world have themselves to blame for taking extraordinary proportions of processed foods like Pizzas, Burgers, etc that will lead to worsening health conditions like rapid weight gain & obesity. But there seems to be natural remedy to such situations wherein they will have to adopt to low carb high protein diets like green leafy vegetables which will help them in reducing their weight in a phased manner as well as controlling obesity.

Healthy cooking is often difficult as most of us do not want to spend time planning and preparing meals that our families refuse to eat.
