Great news! We have added another brand new Sight Words game. It is fun, easy to use and suitable for both kids and adults learning how to read. The new game is called "Sentence Builder" and that's exactly what it does: it allows students to construct sentences.

The sample sentences included in the games have been designed to include all the traditional Sight Words. The games are divided into levels based on the level of the most advanced sight word in the sentence.
Now, in addition to the old round shapes, the Sight Words quizzes let children play with two types of colorful squares. When the quiz starts, a different shape is selected randomly. This makes the games even more fun and kid-friendly.

John Trumbull's "Declaration of Independence" is one of the oldest and most prominent elements of Americana. Even though this is a famous painting, very few people can identify many of the founding fathers shown. Quiz-Tree.com now offers a convenient way of doing just that. The Flash-based interactive version of the painting allows users to view the person's name and a biographical note by placing the mouse over the figure in question.
Unlike the previously added exercises, these new exercises teach Sight Words in context. Each of the 20 new exercises contains 10 or more simple sentences. The sentences have been specifically composed to contain very few words other than the Sight Words. There is at least one sentence for each Sight Word.
To help beginning music students in learning the basics of reading music, Quiz-Tree.com now offers an easy to understand introductory article about musical staff and several related Flash quizzes.
Quiz-Tree.com Resource titled Sight Words Exercises has met the California Learning Resource Network (CLRN) review criteria and will be included on the CLRN web site. This resource was also successfully reviewed for Legal and Social Compliance.
