We are back! Rafting season is heating up and we have been busy taking our guests down the river. Today I thought I'd share with you some funny out takes of our safety series podcasts. I hope you enjoy them. We will be changing our focus a little bit for our future podcasts. We would like to start a series that deals with river guide skills. So stay tuned and don't hesitate to drop us an email with comments, questions, compliments or complaints... Let's go Raftin'!

The question is often asked, "What do I wear on the river?" This video podcast will answer that question. If you notice some jumping in the video and audio...we know about it. Some of our video equipment is sub-par if you know what I mean. Too many dunks in the river. We hope to be able to upgrade to better equipment in the future. Please feel free to provide feedback at whitewaterraftingshow@gmail.com and don't forget to visit us at www.andyswildwater.com! We have been on the river several times already this season and it looks to be a great year! See you on the river.

Just a little interim between safety series episodes. This is a slide show of the magnificent beauty of the Owyhee River. This river is boat-able in the Spring and if we are lucky into early Summer. The Owyhee is a geological time machine: for each mile we drift down stream we drop back 100,000 years into the past. Some of the rocks and formations in the canyon date back 17 million years. With each mile and day we float, the river reveals new shapes and colors ...a seemingly endless variety to attract our eyes and cameras. Of all the rivers we have ever run the Owyhee is the most photogenic. The Owyhee is Oregon's own Grand Canyon.
