You may not want to admit it, but many of you already know that at least one point of your life, you have had a problem with anger. But there are many people out there who are not quite sure if they have an issue with anger.
Would you like to know a simple 'step-by-step' system of setting goals that can enhance every area of your life, and for as long as you live? Do you have the courage to set goals that will change your life beyond your wild dreams? Of course you do, but nothing will happen if you do not back your plan with action!
It is not uncommon for people who have agoraphobia (which results in severe panic attacks) to make their homes a personal refuge point. Their homes become the only safe haven where they will feel at peace or at least slightly less worried of having an anxiety attack than being out and about in the outside world.
Did anyone ever teach you how to deal with anger? I'll bet you that the only time you had any type of anger management education is after you have already caused emotional harm and maybe even physical harm to yourself or another person from betting very upset.

The emotion of anger is not always a negative feeling to experience. In fact, being angry in some ways can be a positive outlet and something that should not be ignored. However, having rage inside that results in harmful tendencies towards yourself or other people, and from which the source is painful experience, is not healthy at all. This type of anger should be dealt with before it escalates into more negative experiences.

Have you ever been involved with an upsetting argument in the past with someone close to you like a friend, family member, or spouse? Of course you have, most everyone has had been upset with people they love.

Have your emotions and senses gotten so high in levels of anger that you just did not know how to communicate with whomever you are having the argument with?
The tried and true foundation for conquering any type of anxiety attack or fear based emotion is through the practice of relaxation. Believe it or not it is physically impossible to have any type of anxiety attack if the mind and body are relaxed. In fact, relaxation works so well that virtually every health care facility in the United States is teaching such techniques.
