How dumb can a person, or company be. Seriously. According to this OSHA report Miranda Construction of Massachusetts, " faces $40,000 in proposed fines from the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for allegedly exposing employees to serious fall hazards at a Newport, R.I., residential construction site."
