That is Cheltenham down there, which is Gloucestershire's largest town. I like the composition in this shot, how I have got the bench in the picture. The sky is great too.

I think the colour and composition in this shot is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! And the small amount of blue sky seen through the trees is the icing on the cake!

.::Holywell/Coombe, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire::.

This is the path between Holywell and Coombe, which are both kind of part of Wotton-under-Edge but right on the edge of it. This path leads along by the stream. I particularly like the lighting and colour in this photo. I don't know what it is, but when the colours really work in a countryside shot like this, it's great!

Check out these crazy looking cows I saw on Coaley Peak, Gloucestershire, 26th February 2006. Apparantly they've been brought down from Scotland. I suppose they'd need that furry coat to keep them warm up there on the snow-capped mountains.

.::Mysterious House::.

I discovered this interesting house whilst on a walk near a road junction in Gloucestershire called Bull's Cross. I was walking down a path which goes through some trees, and in an area of private land was this house. I was considerably further away than it looks, because I zoomed in fully to get this shot. I got various other shots of it from various angles too, as shown below (click for larger versions):
