Fasting is inexpensive, it does not cost much if you decide to administer it. All you need is determination and patience and your doctors guidance. Remember to never administer fasting on your own or without ample information.

Fasting is one of the most effective ways of treating deceases and it is also considered as one of the cornerstone of natural healing. It is also scientific and Biblical, almost all religion in the world acknowledge fasting as a way to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit.

When we fast our skin, lungs, kidney and bowels dispose of the accumulated waste and toxins we have in our internal system that causes deceases. Fasting regenerates the blood, and repairs the different tissues and cells of our body.

Here are the fifteen Tips:

1. Drinking natural juices or water is said to be the best way to go if you are starting to fast. Experts stress that drinking alkaline juice is better than water so drink fruit juices.

2. You should only drink fresh juices. To prepare alkaline juices you should use fresh fruits like grapes and oranges as it normalizes all body processes and flushes out uric acid and other organic acids faster.

3. Organic Juices should be taken immediately after preparation.

4. Do not drink powdered, canned, or frozen juices. Only fresh juices should be used.

5. Your bowels should be emptied, ask your physician about enema. Enemas should be done at least every other day during fasting, it reduces or eliminates gas or decomposing wastes in your stomach or bowels.

6. While fasting, you should get enough fresh air, drink only juices or warm water not cold water.

7. Your water or juice intake should be six to eight glasses a day.

8. Avoid strenuous physical activities. Take only short walks.

9. Get as much mental and physical rest during fasting.

10. If you experience vomiting, diarrhea or dizziness and it does not cease, stop the fast. Take cooked vegetables slowly do not overeat. Only take moderate amounts of food.

11. Do not take cold water when bathing, it is advisable to use warm or neutral water, also take a bath everyday.

12. If you can’t sleep at night while fasting, take a warm bath.

13. For starters fast only for two to three days.

14. If the three days is over do not eat solid food immediately. Eat slowly, and in small amounts. Chew the food thoroughly, and do not over eat. Gradually eat your food.

15. It is also advisable to take the same alkaline juices that you took while gradually returning to your normal food intake. Remember to eat your food slowly and you will be out of harms way.

16. Always consult a health professional when fasting.

During fasting self digestion occurs. The body eliminates or burns the bad tissues and bad cells in our body, this is the way our body cures and rejuvenates itself. When we fast, regeneration or the building up of new cells is hastened by the amino acids released by the cells in our body. Fasting helps our lungs, liver, and kidneys function more effectively because the burden of having deceased cells and wastes is taken off these internal organs, thus giving these organs rest and as a result fasting not only cleans and clears our body but also our mind.

1. Sleep at least seven to eight hours a day. Sufficient sleep is required to fight aging.

2. Stop smoking.

3. Avoid the sun and sun beds. If you have sunglasses and sun blocks use it when going out in the sun, and if you use sun beds do not use it excessively. But if you don’t have sunglasses or sun block simply avoid direct sun exposure specially after ten in the morning.

4. Avoid stressful situations.

5. Physical Exercise. If you have a heart problem or any other ailment it is best to consult your doctor first. Ask what kind of physical exercise is ideal for you.

6. Facial Exercise. Stretch your mouth as far as you can while doing this exercise or exaggerate it when saying the vowels A, E, I, O, U—you can do this silently or aloud. Do this at least once a day in order to exercise your facial muscles. This simple exercise will help your facial muscle become firm.

7. Drink a lot of water and juices. At least seven to eight glasses of water is recommended for a healthy lifestyle. Water and fresh juices keeps your skin moisturized.

8. Change the way you eat. Since you go to the grocery or the supermarket to buy your regular food supply buy green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and fish instead of the regular junk food. Practice filling your pushcart with healthy food. Avoid buying food with too much sugar as it also increases aging.

9. Stop drinking alcoholic beverages.

10. Smile and be happy. It is your state of mind that often increases the aging process. Don’t worry too much. You have a choice if you want to be happy or not, chose to be happy to combat aging.

Boni Comandante from Dumagete City Philippines discovered how fish can hibernate from six hours to twenty four hours thus being able to transport live fish cheaply and effectively. He discovered how fish can hibernate while in Palawan. Comandante threw a fish in an ice chest and six hours later he saw the fish in a suspended state. At that moment he knew that what he just witnessed means big bucks. But it took him fourteen years to fully develop his discovery. In 2004 he won a competition by DTI [Department of Trade and Industry] and later was able to attract local and foreign investors for his fish marketing business.

He called his technique of putting fishes in a suspended state— Buhi Technology. The fishes are preserved longer and are less stressed because of the absence of water. The tail and the fins of hibernating fishes lie flat while transporting it and then are later on revived with sea water. Another good thing about Mr. Comandante’s method is that it reduces the cost of ice and water which cuts up to seventy five percent of delivery cost.

There is no need to worry about safety, the Bureau of Fishers and Aquatic Resources declared that the fishes are safe for human consumption because all the materials used are organic. This is certainly good news for Filipino fisher folks as the demand for live fish is growing here and around the world, and with the help of Buhi technology a boom in the fishing industry might just be around the corner.

The Future of Podcasting


If you have a microphone or a headset, and a computer connected to the Internet you could easily create your own podcast. That's why podcasts are spreading like wild fire nowadays. Just like blogging you could talk about anything if you don't have any topic in mind yet you could simply discuss your day to day activities on your podshow. You don't even have to be fluent in English to have your own podcast. Show's like "Ollie Style Radio Show", "TS1", "The Gari Show", are in Tagalog or Filipino. There are Russian, Italian, French, Chinese, Korean podcasts, you name it there is one.

The voice of netizens are alive. It is said that a lot of Americans prefer to listen to podcasts instead of the regular "wireless radio". The podcast "Daily Source Code" is even more popular than actual radio stations in the US. Advertisers are serious about sponsoring podshows. They are interested with statistics, and the demographics of these podcasts, and if a podcaster is serious enough about his show and is willing to excert a little more effort to make his podcasts more professional he could actually get advertisers for his podcasts. Help is everywhere with new websites popping up everytime, websites that enable the ordinary user to upload or record there voice directly on the internet more and more people will have their on podcasts. The future of podcasting is looking good.
