Originally from Liverpool the band started out under the name The Pale Fountains in 1986 before splitting and brothers Mick and John Head forming Shack in 1988. There they catch up with one of the biggest indie bands of the moment, their debut album sold over a million copies, they are from Brighton and everybody seems to love them including the In The Attic Crew it is The Kooks . You can hear them play their hit tune Ooh La and Pete plays an extended version of one of his tracks from his new Album Endless Wire, you will have to watch to see which one it is. Rachel, Pete and the crew are over at the Oxegen Festival in Ireland and get The Magic Numbers in the van for a Jam and a catch up. The Magic Numbers have gone from cult following to one of the bands to watch in lightning speed. They were also the first ever artists to walk off that now sadly demised show the Top of The Pops.
