Reconstitution d'un morceau par la technique du copier coller à destination des djs qui veulent prolonger le plaisir. Pilooski, l'âme slave de DISCODEINE a été intronisé « roi de l'edit » par le magazine Trax pour l'ensemble des edits (du Beggin' de Frankie Valli au Mother Sky de Can) sortis en 2007 sous la haute autorité du Dirty Sound System.

AKA Cédric Marszewski, Pilooski got himself known behind the decks (One of the DJ of the year according to Tsugi) before having his edits played by others. Cigarillos, soul and pop lover, home cinema freak and techno goer, he never goes out without few guitar effects and a photo of Charles Denner in his pocket.

De son vrai nom Cédric Marszewski, Pilooski s'est fait connaître derrière les platines (l'un des djs de l'année pour le mensuel Tsugi) avant de conquérir les playlists de ses confrères grâce à ses edits. Amateur de cigarillos, de soul, de pop, de séance de home cinéma nocturne et autres déviances techno, il ne se sépare jamais de quelques pédales d'effets et d'une photo de Charles Denner.

What/Who is Carabine ? http://www.myspace.com/carabine Some friends from ordeaux (south of France who gently proposed me to make a remix of one song; i suggested "Crache Poussiere" because of the mess it was inside my head @ this moment...1st french lesson (and not the least) : « C’est quoi cette merde ? Paraît qu’ils se mettent à deux pour pondre ça : des chansons on dirait... En plus sur des minettes de 10 ans, Voilà l’travail ! J’aimerais bien les voir celles-là, fardées comme des pervenches et sapées avec des sacs-poubelles, les cuisses ruisselant du sang de leurs premières règles, toutes fières de se montrer en public à un spectacle de Carabine ! Ah, ça aurait d’la gueule, sûr ! En attendant, qu’est-ce qu’on a : des promesses... Carabine, c’est bien comme titre, c’est accrocheur, ça évoque, c’est beau comme Depardieu bourré, c’est la France qui se réveille, faut pas louper ça. Carabine, notre orgueil national en devenir, fini les footballeurs sur les Champs-Elysées, avec eux, c’est gagné : c’est l’rock indé qu’on va porter jusqu’à l’Arc de Triomphle, et on pourrait les balancer de tout en haut qu’ils seraient encore capables d'attérir sur le président... C’est vraiment con que l’Ecole des Fans soit enterrée et Jacques Martin avec, je les aurais bien vu mettre des « 10 » et offrir des godemichés aux petites filles venues pleurnicher leurs chansons populaires... » Sorry but learn french for that part !!! + Fred Viktor other projects:
