We have now added Tesco Compare (from Headlinehouse) to our price comparison services. Tesco Compare provides quote comparisons for car and home. Their award-winning site should be a popular addition and it is already attracting numerous hits.
Since we introduced our one-form price comparison service, most of our visitors have been using it to find cheap car insurance quotes. Much fewer of them are choosing to go direct to a specific car insurance company.
Having noted that month by month our branded car insurance sales were dropping while the uptake of our price comparison site ‘one form’ car insurance was constantly on the rise, it made sense that we should respond to this trend and provide our own price comparison service on site.
t's all change again this month in our league tables. Tesco is back on top for the brand insurers, while Gocompare is getting the most quotes.
A review of this site's statistics shows that Yes Car Insurance is now more popular than any of our supermarket car insurance companies. Of the supermarkets, while more get quotes from Asda and Tesco, most sales are for Marks and Spencer car insurance. We have recently switched our Tesco's banner promotion to their Value 'no frills' car insurance which may improve their performance.
Uncertainty on what qualifies as ‘drink driving’ has led to 40 per cent of motorists calling for a total ban on drinking before driving.

Asda, Marks and Spencers ans Tesco remain favourites with visitors to this site. While the number of visitors has increased, the number of sales has dropped slightly. While this may represent insignificant variation in these figures, it could reflect the current economic climate - i.e. that money is tighter and people are being more cautious in their financial dealings.
