The GRID is SetFocus’ solution to the constant issue of making instructor-led remote training more interactive and personal. In 2003, when the decision was made to offer on-line training courses, SetFocus knew that setting a new standard by using cutting-edge technology was necessary to make the experience equally as effective as attending class in person. As a leader in .NET training, SetFocus was determined to offer revolutionary, high-level developer training to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Consequently, two years were spent designing and developing a program that shattered the existing competition and raised the bar in on-line training.

The Master’s Program, which has been SetFocus’ primary business for the past nine years, is an intensive, in-depth approach to training individuals in software development. The training combines technical knowledge with the services of a proven career development strategy. In the past, the Master’s Program was offered solely for .NET development; however, November marks SetFocus’ launch of the first session for training in SQL Server 2005.

Today, SetFocus a leader in .NET Training and Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, announced this month their 2006 Master’s Program Employment Statistics, a number that once again exceeded market expectations. The placement rate for all eligible SetFocus graduates is now 100% within 13 weeks of graduating the Master’s Program. This statistic is up from a rate of 98% last year.

In a classroom, 12 people were looking to change their lives. Among them, a Princeton graduate, an ex-marine, a stay at home mom trying to rejoin the workforce and a handful of others had one common goal, to obtain a position as a .NET developer. Today, SetFocus announced that all eligible graduates of its most recent .NET Master’s Program have attained jobs within 9 weeks following graduation, breaking the traditional benchmark of 13 weeks.

October 26, 2007 Parsippany, NJ – SetFocus, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), announced the launch of a SharePoint Bootcamp in late November for two weeks of intense SharePoint training at their headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. This is the first training of its kind in New Jersey. The bootcamp is a two part series, each part consists of five 10-hour days, for a total of 100 hours in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 Developer training. The first week of the bootcamp concentrates on the fundamental building blocks of Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) and the implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). The second week will focus on implementing these newly developed skills into a project.
