Never think that its ok to sign a contract with "irrelevant" clauses that "don't apply to you". Every one is a potential time-bomb. So, if a provision is really irrelevant, strike it out before you sign!

This magnificent engineering achievement is also one of the most technically and logistically complex ever undertaken in Australia. Interestingly, it has just been announced that the Cross City Tunnel will open four months earlier than scheduled, with the first traffic to pass through on Sunday 12 June - a testament to the quality of project management and teamwork displayed between BHBBJV and their partners and suppliers demonstrated during this remarkable project.
