work at home jobs, opportunities, forums, and blogs at WhyDoWork: a social network for home based entrepreneurs Sun, 06 Jul 2008 21:51:06 +0200 Nothing is ever as easy at it sounds. Any business/online job is going to take lots of time and effort. The rebate processing offer I advertise is NOT associated with Angel. I get paid my commissions, on time, by ColdCash Partners (Denise Hill). This is just one of many programs I promote. To date, I have not had any complaints. If I did receive complaints, or I was having a problem getting paid, I would not be advertising them.
Lori Sun, 06 Jul 2008 21:02:44 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 20:57:37 +0200 Thnx 4 your replies. It takes around 20-30 mins to earn that $2 daily. A lot of people do give up on these sites because they don't earn enough, this is why it is very important to spend at least as much time advertising in forums, social networks, blogs etc. so that you get referral's who are active and will give your earnings the much needed boost.
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 19:36:40 +0200 Just seems like this whole thread is one huge argument. I'm not starting anything here, except i bought Swagens program.I wish i'd bought it years ago, i would have saved myself a whole load of cash.Calm down, everyone...........................Giddy Up.CosmoKramer.
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 18:19:45 +0200 also i use backpage and craigslist. craigslist is very powerful if you are promoting your business globally. they suck now that they give limits on how many ads you can post.btw, try kojiji too.
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 18:16:37 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 18:12:14 +0200 I would recommend you start with affiliate programs (clickbank). There are a number of useful threads showing you how to go about it - simply use this board's search feature.Good luck to you!aaa
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 16:25:31 +0200 Well, although I can't say anything from personal experience I'm familiar with how rebate processing works and I notice you're promoting it as well.
And let's face it, we all know it isn't as easy as it sounds, right? Be honest. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/2 ... 288613.htm Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:28:44 +0200 I would also add that this should be done on a regular basis for your ads to stay within view. Once you place your ad, others will come and place their ads and before you know it, your ad is burried under tons of other ads.
Lori Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:24:01 +0200 If this is the same Angel from Data Entry Business (DEB) and Survey Income System (SIS), who folded up shop and left myself and many others before paying us our earned commissions.........I would agree with ladybug. I would also add to run as far away from this person as possible.
Just my opinion Lori Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:18:39 +0200 Hi Mark,
Welcome. Nice to have you here. This is a great place to learn and share. Looking forward to growing with you. Lori Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:17:46 +0200 I use a couple of them and it is slightly helpful but you have to find a good site.Adpost, Ablewise and Tumano.com are a few that are pretty good
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:12:38 +0200 Just stick with it super-ry. Don't give up......EVER.
Anything is possible with the right attitude and determination. Wishing you much success. Lori Sun, 06 Jul 2008 15:08:58 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 10:26:20 +0200 Hi all,Just curious-does anybody use free ads on classified ad sites to promote a business online? If you do, is it helpful? If not- can you suggest ways to promote a site?Any help would be appreciated.

Sun, 06 Jul 2008 10:20:53 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 07:15:44 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 06:53:05 +0200 Sun, 06 Jul 2008 05:39:27 +0200 These are great tips! I think many people have ventured down those roads (some of them myself) on their way to finding out that it's work. We writers often have this romanticized image of the dusty writing loft, where brilliant classics flow magically from our scratchy but noble quills. Everything we write is saleable and in big demand, easy peasy. At some point in time, assuming we stick with it, we wake up from the dream and incorporate a little reality. I think a marriage of that passion with a grounded work ethic and game plan is a perfect mix. Writing for next to nothing for very long is bad for a couple of reasons. First of all, you'll starve. Secondly, if it continues long enough, you'll begin to believe that your work is worth next to nothing....and so will others who might otherwise hire you to put that creative mind to good, highly paid use.I'm really happy that you created this thread. It's something struggling writers should read.Re the job hunt, I'm constantly on the prowl for new clients, and sometimes I run an ad announcing a month long special. Like LydiaB said, it has to be run as a full time business, or at least it does if you want to make a good living at it.
Sun, 06 Jul 2008 04:49:12 +0200 Welcome! You'll find a ton of help in this forum. There are some really seasoned professionals here, and they're all friendly. Who knows? I prefer no selling and no products myself. --Jaime McCarley Sat, 05 Jul 2008 05:38:44 +0200 I love this because it's free. Some people on here have said they are looking for a way to make money, without investing money, and this one is the way to go.I'm happy to say that I've tried it and it works. It works because people need more money, and they can make it with no out of pocket expense. Don't get me wrong, this is not some lottery ticket that will make you rich overnight, because it will require some work. Thanks for reading,Jaime McCarley

Truer words have never been spoken, my friend. Jaime McCarley Sat, 05 Jul 2008 00:49:48 +0200 Sounds like you must be on dail-up.You have my condolences. If I had to revert to dail-up, I'd just shoot myself.HEY! I HEARD THAT!God, I hope nobody starts a poll!

Fri, 04 Jul 2008 23:03:47 +0200 There are many ways to get relevant, targeted, or as I like to say “perfect customer” traffic…
Some of the most popular, and in turn, most powerful traffic generation methods are… Article Marketing & PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Marketing… Now both of these methods can produce incredible results, but you first NEED to learn and apply the proper techniques that will allow you to drive limitless “perfect customer” traffic to wherever you so desire, again and again… BUT… Here is the foundation that ALL full-time successful internet/affiliate marketers use… and the foundation on which you need to build BEFORE you start driving that “perfect customer” traffic --> Niche Market --> “Your” Perfect Customer --> Relevant Keywords --> Relevant Ads & Ad Groups or Articles & Bio Boxes --> Relevant Landing Pages --> Relevant Product and/or Service Offerings Oh, and one more side note… Don’t ever forget to find-out WHO your “perfect customer” is and WHY they are buying before you promote! Take care... and Happy 4th of July, Netbiz Fri, 04 Jul 2008 21:45:58 +0200 Fri, 04 Jul 2008 21:45:13 +0200 Fri, 04 Jul 2008 21:44:22 +0200 Fri, 04 Jul 2008 21:04:47 +0200 what types of things are you normally buying? eBay is my favorite outlet to purchase items. Most things you can think of are just one click away

Fri, 04 Jul 2008 20:31:08 +0200 Hi everyone, I have most of my purchases made online as that is a very good way to get the stuff you need without much hassle. The payments terms are also clear and the delivery is also fine (there are times when you have to wait) but that’s fine. But, I need a little help from you people. While making my purchases I have to through a large number of shopping lists to get the right product and as the product is linked to another page I have to wait till the page opens. So, that consumes a lot of time. Can you suggest me any tips to save my time?????
Fri, 04 Jul 2008 15:54:09 +0200 Hi Erica
Glad to have you join us. I am relatively new to this forum myself but have found it to be very helpful and friendly. Lori Fri, 04 Jul 2008 14:20:56 +0200 Fri, 04 Jul 2008 10:00:00 +0200 I am considering joining Profit Mart. I am not an affiliate at this stage. There sites look reasonably functional and combine a few income sources.Has anyone already joined and what do they think of the functionality as well as the training offered.
Fri, 04 Jul 2008 09:46:26 +0200 I have joined this system purely because I believe they will live up to what they offer.
Just last weekend 250 people joined. They advertise your links and your members links until everyone has 4 members and you get locked into the Bonus Pools. Fri, 04 Jul 2008 05:19:15 +0200 Fri, 04 Jul 2008 04:22:39 +0200 I agree Blogger and Squidoo are great sites. Once you get the hang of things and maybe want to move onto your own site there are a lot of choices. I recently came across ( bluevoda.com) the great thing about this is that you pay about $10 a month and you get unlimited websites for that. Very easy to use.
Fri, 04 Jul 2008 01:59:37 +0200
Yes, sir.
It is personal development which covers a large area and is quite lucrative for some (Will Edwards - great guy). I've heard it said that to make money online, you have to sell products that tell people how to make money online. Well, round and round we go. I just don't see how I can maintain my integrity and promote just any old crap. Fri, 04 Jul 2008 00:31:32 +0200
5 articles? $3,000? Bull cookies. No way. I have over 1,000 articles at EZA and many at guest blogs and my own and with all of that, they are responsible for about $6,700 a month of my 10K income. No way 5 articles is going to make you that kind of money. Write for people. That's what I do. It works. Plus, make sure your resource box is constructed the way I taught you. You DO have my Complete Article Writing And Marketing Guide, right? If you do and follow it, your articles should be fine. Of course this also depends on the niche. Do people spend money in it? Are they rabid buyers? If not, you may be wasting your time. This is not an easy business and anybody who tells you it is, is full of it. |
