Fixed Issues

Schedules4Team folder showed empty blank page instead of grid and calendar view on Outlook 2007

The "Group" button is now available in the main appointment form toolbar on Outlook 2007, not on the "Add-ins" tab

When adding the first new contact to a group using the "New member" button, the "Next" button remained inactive until the added contact is double-clicked in the list

When trying to add a new member, the list of contacts was not visible on some systems with Windows Vista

September:

ShareOutlook, Calendar4Outlook, Contacts4Outlook major Update. New interface. Some minor bugs have also been fixed.

Schedules4Team major update. Easy to add and manage group members, new ""add members"" wizard allows you add members in all or selected groups. The possibility to add members who do not participate in sharing calendar data and  those without email  addresses, improves the program functionality  and allows creating and printing schedules for these new members. It will be a major update for Outlook users who will have the chance to manage a schedule for multiple group members that do not use Outlook or even a PC. Some minor bugs have also been fixed.

A Release of Birthday and Anniversary Manager. This New Release will enable effective tracking of birthdays and anniversaries, avoiding similar Events duplication and related functionality drawbacks of Outlook Contacts.

4Team Online Update. Improved New Customizable Dashboard. Expandable Notes. Standard Calendar View for Reports. Access (log in) 4Team Online from your corporate website. Improved email notifications. New, ""like Outlook"" Reading Pane for all items.

October:

ShareOutlook 2.0. Totally new product, new easy interfaces, new synchronization technology independent of Outlook (Updates are gathered ""on-the-fly"" each time you make any changes in Outlook), that brings better stability and increases functionality. We can  now share any property of Outlook items. You can see the synchronized items (Flags, Reply/Forward status, From, etc.) on all the team members PCs in the same manner as you can see them on yours.

Smart Appointment. New release. Program creates recurrent appointments/meetings excluding: Holidays, Weekends, etc. (Event category) predefined as non-working days with special management form.

ShareOutlook update. New functionality: sharing with one email address.

4Team Update. New ShareOutlook type synchronization technology. New navigation and interface. Ability to work with new 4Team Server.

4Team Server. New Release. 4Team synchronization will be available without  the help of email messages  coming from the central server. This simple solution will provide sharing and synchronization of the 4Team for MS Outlook data. The current 4Team licensed Customers will receive this server  free  of charge. The targeted price for others is $250 for a 25 - user license pack.

Fax4Outlook update. New interface, new free internet faxing solutions. New internet fax providers. Improved functionality.

Outlook Memory Dialer and toolbar. New Release. Simplifies your work with phone calls from  the Contact list. Memory Dialer will be accessible from the Outlook toolbar (a button or Windows program menu; it will allow you to assign the ""fast call"" buttons to selected Outlook Contacts.  There will be three available options: a tone memory dialer (phone is required), PC Call  and a sound dealer (for using without the phone line connected to pc). Works with and without Outlook.

4Team CRM (Customer relationship management): this is a totally new program based on ShareOutlook technology and fully integrated into Microsoft Outlook. The Beta version will be available for free in February with an easy-to-install setup and customization. You can implement your business process integrated with your website and email system. This is a fabulous and cost-effective alternative to Microsoft CRM and other small office (50 user) CRM solutions. We are now in the process of testing. We are looking for Resellers and Partners to sell this tremendous product (please register as a reseller here). The current 4Team and ShareOutlook users will receive a special discount if they decide to use this product. The price for the downloaded version is targeted not to exceed $150 per user with 1 year of free updates/upgrades. Support, installation, and customization will be available only from resellers, and will be based on the incident basis. Additional information will be available only with the beta release.
