http://www.whynamify.com/blog/tribannerlogo.jpg Namifiers recently printed a 4×8 foot vinyl banner for the BYU Triathlon Club at?? Brigham Young University.?? This brilliant work of art and custom design printed by Namifiers has turned thousands of heads at BYU.?? This banner has been up on campus at the Y for the past couple weeks and hundreds of people have joined the club.?? The banner cannot be missed as thousands of students walk by it on a daily basis.?? If you order a vinyl banner from Namifiers, you can be sure to please any viewer.?? Namifiers did their best to give input on the quality of the image before it was printed.?? The printed image was crystal clear using the right format.

Good afternoon Brian,

I just wanted to pass along a positive word about your employee Jessica.?? She has been working with me back on forth for a a few months on various orders for our University.?? She has done an EXCELLENT job following up, processing, and finding exactly what we are in need of.?? She always has a quick answer and a solution if we happen to run into some snags.?? For example,

Is Mr. Clean a Namifier?

Before you rush to get his autograph or inquire about the latest and greatest cleaning solutions, look twice and you???ll see that this Mr. Clean look-alike is none other than our very own Brian Coltharp.

Now,?? let me share with you why you still may want to get his autograph.?? Brian has proven himself as one of the rising stars here at Namifiers.?? In just 3 ?? months, he has tackled every ounce of the standard learning curve with signature eagerness and optimism, and he has earned the position of being our newest Pod Leader in Sales.

Springville, Utah - 22 September 2008 - Namifiers, LLC, a leading manufacturer of identification and promotional items, recently announced the hire of Tyler Stanley Kimball as its new Vice President of Operations.?? Kimball, 31, was selected from within the Namifiers organization, having previously managed over $2 million in revenue as a Sales Manager from October 2007 to the present.

Tyler’s new responsibilities will entail systemic flow, inventory management, and overseeing the production of the 40,000 orders per month that ship from Namifiers’ headquarters in Springville, UT.

Most of you remember the popular kids book series, Where???s Waldo?, where on each page, you attempt to quickly identify the little Waldo character amid the clutter of a busy scene.???? Our very own David Sneddon was captured in a very similar moment on Friday, after shipping 680 packages for 1 single order we produced for one of the largest cell phone providers in America.?? This photo was taken before these packages left our dock door to go out to retail locations nationwide.

If you are unfamiliar with the shipping process, shipping an order like this is no small feat.?? David???s steady focus and rapid-fire fingers made it look all too easy.???? Not bad for someone who???s been shipping out there for just over a week now.?? Pretty amazing, right????

If an outsider were to walk into our Sales Floor at around 9:10 Monday morning, they might be surprised to witness one of our Account Executives hoisting a 4-foot, commercial-grade blue level and either offering an acceptance speech or playfully taunting other Account Executives on account of his/her victory.?? Perhaps it seems strange, but the Blue Level has become a fun and permanent part of our Sales culture.?? Each week, it is passed to the person with the most outstanding sales performance, and the recipient not only secures their spot in the history books by signing their name on the level, but they get to proudly display their trophy at their desk for the remainder of the week.

Recently, two particular Account Executives, Rachel Hair and Kevin Wright, have engaged in a figurative Tug-of-War for the Blue Level Award over the last 6 weeks, each having won it 3 times.

Bryan L. Welton Jr., Chief Executive Officer in September Unifier

I can’t help but think of all of the millions of products we have sent out and how many awesome clients we have and feel a sense of satisfaction…

Any given order is made up of 100’s of options.?? On a lanyard quote we have length, width, clip, buckle, breakaway, PMS color, material thickness, shape, etc.?? On a name tag order we have height, length, top color, engraved color, font size, font capitalization, spacing, logos, coloring, etc…

Namifiers September employee of the month is Dallin Anderson!

Dallin has been working at Namifiers since June 11, 2008 as the laser line leader. He is from Gunnison Utah and?? came up here for school at UVU studying History. He graduates some time in the future! He is taking classes this semester?? at night and in the morning, so he is sure busy!?? Dallin is married and has a 20-month old daughter named Zoey. His wife is going is school and taking care of their child. He has two sisters and one brother and is the second oldest. Once Dallin accidently engraved an order with the wrong color. He was embarrassed and sure learned his lesson! Dallin’s favorite things to do are hunting and playing video games.

He enjoys cutting things with the laser. He loves working here.

Here at Namifiers, we have taken upon ourselves to represent our company in the outside world by wearing our “Namify like a Rockstar” t-shirts!?? Not only have the employees of Namifiers had the opportunity to represent such a great company, but so have others in the community!??

Wearing our Namify Like a Rockstar t-shirt makes you feel like you’ve just slept in a Holiday??Inn and now you??can conquer the world, improve yourself and even be a rockstar!??

Contact Scott @ Namifiers to come pick up your free t-shirt while supplies last!?? 801-491-7184 ext192.

Namifiers donated over $1000 in signage to help the event.??

We had 9 runners representing Namifiers.?? Of those, Brad Gasaway of Marketing came in first, Rachel Hair from Sales in 2nd, followed by Tyler Kimball of Operations in 3rd.???? Both are determined to train harder and knock off Gasaway in next year???s event.

Great fun, food, and prizes for the whole family. Join us and help to eliminate the stigma of mental illness, while we help those that live their lives with this illness.

This last month has been an eventful month. We’ve welcomed in some new Namifiers, we’ve had some great quotes close, and overall we’ve taken some great strides forward!

I want to express my appreciation to everyone for all their hard work; it’s wonderful to see the success and the dedication of everyone.

We really are successful because of everyone’s hard work.

Guess what???.the secret is out - See Our Testimonials!??

Humans, businesses, industries, and countries spend astronomical amounts of money to promote themselves.?? We have managed to do business with just over 60,000 of them so far.?? At our current rate of growth, we will have done business with the entire world by the year 702,008 AD.????At Namifiers, we definitely want to speed that up.

Namifiers, LLC, Donates to Raise Breast Cancer Awareness
Positive Things Happen When People Unify to Further a Cause - www.2daywalk.org

Springville, Utah - 16 September 2008 - Namifiers, LLC, a U.S. manufacturer of identification and promotional products, recently donated over $1,000 in time and product to benefit the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer in Atlanta, Georgia, set to start Saturday, September 20th.
The Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer is a 10 to 30-mile walk across Atlanta. Over 1,200 members of the community and individuals from out-of-state will come to participate in the 6th annual walk. To date, the Atlanta 2-Day Walk has raised $4 million and awarded 85 grants for programs that range from breast cancer awareness and education to early detection and support activities.
Sponsorship for the 2-Day Walk is one of the diverse ways that Namifiers has chosen to support Breast Cancer Awareness each year.?? Additionally, they make annual contributions to related programs like the Susan G. Komen Foundation.?? Also this year, Namifiers is initiating its inaugural Pink Campaign, where they are offering a global discount of 10% on all pink merchandise ordered from Namifiers during the month of October.

After attending a monthly HR & Cultural Development Committee Meeting with the Board of Namifiers gathered around the Conference Table, I had the rare opportunity to witness genious in action. Those in attendendance all agreed that Namifiers is the best place to work in the world.

Discussion Items:
*Good People = Simplified Processes + ____?____ = Growth
What would you put in the blank? Attitude, Accountability, Motivation…

When CEO, Bryan Welton had the opportunity to fill in the blank he retold a recent story that happend just this last week. Apparently, one of our account executives found her way??in his office and announced to all within earshot that she was thankful for her current job stating, “I just want to tell you that Namifiers is the Best Place to Work…”

To Bryan’s amazement, Bryan returned the compliment and said, “Can I give you a $20 to go around telling people that all day?”

If you plan to call Namifiers to place your order or contact anyone in the company this is probably what you will hear. Including if you contact me.

Phone Greeting:
“Thank you for calling Namifiers, this is Mark the Blogger, what can I namify for you today?”

Entrepreneurship

When Bryan Welton, president and CEO of Namefiers received his first order from Hewlett Packard, he could???ve shouted from the rooftops with joy. But when asked for the company???s graphics department, he was absolutely speechless.

Utah Valley Business Quarterly | Summer 2008 utahvalleybusinessq.com

Namifiers Founder Bryan Welton knows the name of this Day in the Life game — flattery. For starters, copies of Business! and Utah Valley magazine adorned desks and coffee tables of the company’s Springville office (major bonus points). He frequently started sentences with, ‘Not to butter you up…” And he’s probably going to name his soon-to-be-sixth child after me.

The irony, of course, is that ther’s no butter needed. Welton’s role at Namifiers, which is a manufacturer of identification department - while still letting employees do their jobs. And his attitude is contagiously optimistic. “Progress,” he says, “I could talk about progress for hours. I love figuring out ways to become better.”

I think the name for that is success.

‘LIFE’ ACCORDING TO BRYAN L. WELTON JR.
On Growing Pains - When you grow you are constantly changing. The hardest part is finding talent.
On Risk - I don’t really consider myself an entrepreneur. I’m big into the business model, and every risk I take is a calculated. If the numbers make sense, I do it. If they don’t, I don’t do it.
You’ll want to continue…

Also recognized for outstanding growth were the ???Emerging Eight??? companies, which opened for business within the last five years.?

New York’s Inc Magazine shelled out fresh honors to Namifiers, a U.S.-based manufacturer of identification and promotional items, in the newly released Inc 5000 rankings.??
