An early double-up had put him way above average, but then two big lay-downs within half an hour saw him crash to the brink of extinction. Down to 59.000 with blinds of 1.000/2.000 and the average at more than 150.000, however, Gus pulled out a solid comeback and grinded his way back in the biggest poker tournament on Earth. A horrible Day2 saw Gus go from 100K to .... 100K. Dull cards, ugly draws and nagging beats kept him struggling all day, ending up status quo for more than 12 hours of play. The first round of Playr Leaguye July is on and make sure you donn't forget to take your shot at a free seat in the Yearly Final when we host the freeroll tournament "Second Chance". All Playrs can play in the freeroll, and the 18 top finishers will get a seat in the end-of-the-year freeroll, "Last Chance", with two absolutely free spots in the Yearly Final up for grabs. Also the 18 best placed Playrs in June should have battled it out in the Monthly Final, but due to a stupid mistake on Full Tilt's part, the tournament had been setup without the regular buy-ins as prizes. For this reason we've had to postpone the Final a week.
