Here's a tasty Christmas Pudding to hang on your Christmas tree. It is hand stitched from brown felt with appliqued white felt sauce with a sprig of holly and lots of currants. This Plush Gingerbread Cottage is truly a one of a kind creation! It is contructed from a double layer of felt, with interfacing and wadding to help to keep the shape. I decided not to use cardboard in the base or walls as I wanted it to be washable, so it's quite squidgy and plump. The snow covered roof has an embroidered criss-cross pattern and is embellished with lots of colourful buttons. The house has appliqued windows and doors, with a little heart shaped button on each door and pink and yellow beads on the windows. The dimensions of the house are 4.5" high, 3.5" long and just over 2" wide. It's plumply stuffed with Polyfill and can be gently hand washed and left to dry naturally. This is the sort of decoration you can bring out year after year to add a little colour to your festivities!

Charli is a stripy member from the Kitti branch of the DiDi Doll family tree. He is hand stitched from bright pink felt with little purple stripes appliqued on his body. This is the sweetest little toadstool scene - you can almost imagine the fairies and pixies playing here! These tiny mushrooms are hand stitched from felt. One is turquoise with a pale pink stalk and spots, and the other is deep pink with a yellow stalk and spots. They are stitched onto a lightly padded lime green base embellished with embroidered orange flowers. The base is 3" x 2" at its widest and the whole thing is approx. 2" high, so it really is tiny! The tops of the toadstools can be moved slightly so you can put them straight or at an angle. This would look great in a fantasy scene or a collection of mushrooms. Here's how my Mr Potato Head usually looked! This is based on my favourite toy when I was a kid (back in the days when we used real potatoes!) Here's a cute mini Christmas penguin from the Festive branch of the DiDi Doll family tree. He is hand stitched from black felt with appliqued eyes, beak and tummy. He has little felt feet too. Here are two hand stitched applique patches for you to iron on to your clothes or accessories - they would look great on a baby bib or a little girl's dress. The toadstools are made from white felt with an appliqued red top and white spots. You will receive two of these cute little mushrooms.
