Web services expert to build a PL/SQL interface to CCH\'s \"Sales Tax Online\" web service. All the services they support are listed at https://webservices.esalestax.net/CertiTAX.NET/CertiCalc.asmx, but only a subset of them are needed.
Developer should already be skilled with Oracle approach to consuming web services via PL/SQL, and have experience with JPublisher and ideally UTL_DBWS. The work can be done remotely and, given the scope, would only take a few days for the developer that has the experience listed above.
