Title: Features Of Asbestos Siding

================== ARTICLE START ==================
This article talks extensively about the use of asbestos as a
siding matrial. It talks of all the ill-effects of asbestos and
urges users to be extremely careful while installing them. If
you are not confident of installing and maintaining the asbestos
yourself, seek professional help, before you suffer from
respiratory diseases.
Asbestos Sliding is a very common home building tool. This tool
has been there since the 1930's. In all likelihood, you or your
friends have asbestos sliding for your homes. Many home owners,
which comprise professionals, developers and planners, have used
Asbestos Siding as an integral part of their respective homes.
The increase in number of people who use this tool is
astounding, especially after all the difficulties and challenges
the competitive asbestos industry faced.

Sales of Asbestos Siding sky rocketed between 1930 and 1970. A
vast number of people all around the world have considered this
as a viable option as it was cheap and it increased the
durability of their homes greatly. Sometime in the 1970's,
researchers found out that asbestos siding had many ill-effects
and was the main cause for respiratory disorders like
Asbestosis, a condition where the lungs get scarred; Lung
Cancer; Mesothelioma, a cancer of the chest lining and the
abdominal cavity and other such deadly diseases. Soon after this
discovery, sales of asbestos siding plummeted. After some time,
its sale completely stopped.

Asbestos Siding - Is it right for your house?

Few people still consider asbestos siding as a viable option
even today, despite its adverse effects on human health. The
main reason for this is that it is more durable than any of its
counterparts. Also, it is a fire-proof material. It is known
that a few Cruise liners use asbestos walls to ensure that in
case a fire does start somewhere, it doesn't spread too much,
before it is extinguished by the crew members. In the recent
past, a shipping disaster was averted due to the use of asbestos
in its walls which retarded the spread of flames. Another
advantage that asbestos siding has is that it increases the
strength of the building material in which it is used. Asbestos
has a mesh like structure, which improve the elasticity of the
wall. In simple terms, if pushed, it will stretch more before it
breaks. Also, unlike its counterparts, asbestos doesn't need an
expensive paint to cover it. A simple coat of latex paint will
seal its harmful contents and make it look soothing to the eyes.
The asbestos can be removed just as easily and there will leave
no trace behind. The only important point is that one needs to
be careful while removing it, to make sure that the fibers do
not come in contact with air, in which case it will pose a
health hazard. For more info see
http://www.homesidingreview.com/Comparing_Prices_On_Vinyl_Siding
on vinyl siding retailers.

Asbestos Siding - Is it Safe?

One advice that I would give to the readers is that in case you
already have asbestos siding installed in your homes, have a
professional come and run a thorough check on it to know whether
you need any repairs or replacements rather than tearing it down
yourselves. This should reduce the risk factor associated with
it. There are many professional who run these tests, and in
case you want to go for a cheaper alternative, there are many
asbestos removing groups which remove the asbestos siding for
free. In case you are wondering how they will earn money from
it, they are brokers who will sell it to developers in need of
asbestos for a cheaper price.

Title: Lawn Mower Batteries: What You Need To Know
Author: Mr.Andrew Caxton
Word Count: 523
URL: http://www.isnare.com/?aid=139397&ca=Home+Management
Format: 64cpl
Author Contact: http://www.isnare.com/eta.php?aid=139397

Easy Publish Tool: http://www.isnare.com/html.php?aid=139397

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Gasoline-powered lawn mowers are loud, and emit a great deal of
pollution. The solution is the electrical or battery-powered
lawn mower. Battery-powered lawn mowers are good for small
lawns.

Most lawn mowers are powered by gasoline. Up until recently
they have been the easiest mowers to use. It was necessary only
to pull the starter cord a few times, or use the electric
starter, and then mow to your heart's content. But
gasoline-powered mowers are noisy and they do rather pollute the
air with their emissions.

One of the knocks against the electric-powered lawnmower was
that it was awkward to use. The mower must be plugged in via a
long power cord, and care must be taken not to snarl or run over
the power cord.

Now, you've got another choice - the battery-operated
lawnmower. A battery-operated lawnmower will generally have
enough power to allow the operator to mow both the front and
back yards on one charge, unless they are extremely large.

It all depends on the battery, though. Some batteries last for
thirty minutes between charges, others last up to an hour. The
key thing is that they are rechargeable, so that there's no need
to bury them in a garbage dump. Although...even these batteries
only last about five years or so - and then must be recycled.

There are several types of batteries: alkaline - which are not
used in lawn mowers, lead acid - which are gradually being
replaced by nickel cadmium, and lithium batteries - which are
not only expensive but also have low storage capacity.

Nickel cadmium batteries
If you are buying a new battery operated lawn mower, make sure
you get one powered by a nickel cadmium (Ni-cad) battery. They
are simply better than the lead acid - they can be recycled and
are environmentally friendly.

Extending battery life
As with any other type of mower, there are times when you
should mow your lawn and times when you shouldn't. You should
never try to mow wet grass - it produces a tremendous strain on
the battery - or engine - and doesn't do your grass much good,
either. Don't let your grass grow such that you're cutting off
more than three inches at a time - again, bad for the engine or
battery, and bad for the grass itself.

Ni-Cad batteries
Ni-Cad batteries are maintenance free. All you need to do is
make sure you do not re-charge the batteries until they are
completely discharged. The batteries have a 'memory' - if you
recharge them when they don't need to be, they will remember the
energy state they were at when they were recharged, and will
believe themselves to be run down the next time they reach that
state - even though they have plenty of power left. (Okay,
there's a bit of anthropomorphism there, but you get the idea.)

If you're concerned about the environment - and we all should
be - the battery-operated or electrical lawn mowers should be
our choice.

Title: If The Rising Crime Rate Alarms You, Then Listen Up!
Author: Larry Zolna

Format: 64cpl
Author Contact: http://www.isnare.com/eta.php?aid=247595

Easy Publish Tool: http://www.isnare.com/html.php?aid=247595

================== ARTICLE START ==================
You don't have to read the newspapers or watch the news to know
that crime is growing rapidly. But what are the top stories –
murder, rape, kidnapping, burglary -- they're all included.

Here are three different crime scenarios -- one or more could
affect you some day.

Scenario 1: It's 2:00 AM and you hear a noise downstairs. You
know it's not your wife, children or pet so it must be a
burglar. Now, do you go downstairs in your pajamas with a golf
club to stop someone who has already heard you coming and is
waiting for you? Or, do you call the police and hope they get
there before the intruder comes upstairs to confront you?

Scenario 2: What if you've worked past dark and are going to
your car in the parking lot. With your luck it will be poorly
lit. Robbers and muggers know these places and just wait for
someone trying to find their car. What do you do when he
approaches you and asks for your money? Hopefully you'll just
give it to him and he'll go away. But what if he doesn't?

Scenario 3: Your child is walking home from school and a
stranger approaches him or her. "Come on, little boy, get in my
car and I'll let you play with my puppy". What does your child
do?

Sounds pretty bad doesn't it? How can we keep our families,
home and business safe and secure in today's world?

Well here are some ideas. Remember the three scenarios that I
told you about at the top of this article? Here's one solution
for each of them:

Scenario 1: It's 2 AM and you hear a noise downstairs. But
instead of a burglar making the noise, you hear the loud alarm
from a motion detector or door alarm. That potential burglar is
long gone before you even have to put your life in jeopardy by
going downstairs. The police will only find a broken door lock
or window but no intrusion.

Scenario 2: What if that same potential robber approaches you
and asks for your money and you squirt a stream of Pepper Spray
into his face. Or, if he gets too close, you shock him with a
Stun Gun which will drop him to the ground giving you time to
get away and call 911.

Scenario 3: If you had given your child a Personal Alarm to
carry in his or her pocket or on the belt, the loud alarm and
your child's screams would have likely drawn attention and
scared the potential abductor away.

OK – What does it come down to?

Keeping your family and home protected has become a war between
you and the bad guys. But Unfortunately THERE ARE NO RULES in
this war! The creeps out there are playing for keeps and will do
anything to win.

You have a decision to make, and as far as I'm concerned it's a
no-brainer!

You can continue living as you are, unprotected against
attackers and burglars, or you can begin to `arm' yourself and
your home.

Home Security and Personal Protection products are the first
line of defense against anyone who wants to make you a crime
statistic.

Don't be the next victim!

Title: Crucial Investing Mistakes To Avoid
Author: Ryan Ginster
Word Count: 524

Format: 64cpl
Author Contact: http://www.isnare.com/eta.php?aid=244404

================== ARTICLE START ==================
As you begin investing, you may encounter various mistakes and
commit various errors. These are all part of the learning
process. However, there are certain mistakes one cannot afford
to make. The biggest mistake you can make is simply to not
invest at all! Start investing now, not later, and begin to let
your money work for you. Even a spare $20 a week spent on
investments is a good start.

While refraining from investing is definitely bad, a new
investor is prone to do the exact opposite. Instead of not
investing, or putting off investing until later, a new investor
might put his financial status in dire straits by investing over
and beyond what his current financial status would allow him to.
This is another big mistake. In fact, getting into debt is one
of the worst mistakes that a new investor can commit! Not only
will you suffer from having to make monthly mortage or credit
card payments, the funds that you can put into investing is
instead spent on high interest loans. Getting your financial
situation in order is the first thing you must do before you
start investing. You must repay your debts, pay off your high
interest loans and save a tidy sum of money before you are ready
to allow your money to work for you.

A common mistake that investors make is investing to get rich
quick. This high risk style of investment is more likely cause
you to lose everything. Creating wealth is a long term goal. If
it is easy to get rich quick, then there would be no poverty.
Investing for the long term is the strategy to creating wealth.
If you patiently weather the storms and keep your money in safe,
stable, long term investments, you will begin to see your money
grow. When investing for the short term, stick to safer forms of
investment such as certificates of deposit. Even then, only do
so when you know that you will need the money in a short period
of time.

Apart from investing for the long term, another good
wealth-creation strategy is to scatter your investments. Putting
all your eggs into one basket is a big mistake that investors
often make. Spread out your investments for the best returns,
keep your investments stable rather than moving them around.
Choose your investment carefully, invest your money and allow
your investment to grow. Stay calm if your stock experiences a
small drop, if you chose the right investment, it will go back
up. Trust in your judgement, keep your investments stable. Once
again, if you keep withdrawing your money if the stock drops a
little, how will your investments grow? Keeping your money
spread out among various investments also helps to safeguard
your money against any sudden fluctuations in stock.

Lastly, many people think that their investment in old
collectibles will pay off well. Again, it is not that easy to
get rich. Don't expect your collection of Coke bottles or stamps
to pay off your retirement fees! Depends on your investments
made with cold, hard cash instead.

Title: Save Money Buying Wholesale Furniture

================== ARTICLE START ==================
While you won't be touring fancy showrooms or flipping through
glossy catalogs, wholesale furniture shopping will save you a
lot of money. By purchasing your furniture from a wholesale
broker, you can cut out the high costs of retail overhead and
score a big discount. And you do not need to sacrifice either
beauty or classy style to do so. Keep reading for 6 hot tips
from the experts that will show you exactly how to save money
buying wholesale furniture.

1. Check for Flaws

Because wholesalers buy their furniture store in bulk and store
it on-site, there's often more room for error or flaws. When
buying any wholesale piece, always look for tears in the fabric
or scratches on the wood. If the rip, stain or scratch doesn't
bother you and it's in a hidden spot, don't be afraid to ask for
an additional discount. Wholesale dealers are typically more
open to negotiation than those you find in the retail market.

2. Provide your own Delivery

Since they charge such low prices, most furniture wholesale
sellers don't offer free delivery. If you can, bring your own
truck or van, or rent one, to haul away your purchase. This is
an especially desirable option if your home is fairly close to
the shop. Otherwise, see if you can negotiate free delivery into
the total purchase price.

3. Go State Hopping

If you really want to save big, try traveling for your deals.
Those who live near Oregon can enjoy freedom from sales tax,
whereas others in the vicinity of North Carolina are close to
the country's biggest wholesale furniture market. Before you
make a local impulse buy, see if a road trip might save you a
bit of money. If you have a similarly-minded spouse or friend,
you can make a vacation out of it.

4. Get a Bulk Discount

The wholesale principle is all about buying in bulk, so go in
with a friend to see if you can get a discount by purchasing two
of those gorgeous patio sets or a couple of those beautiful
ottomans. It never hurts to ask, and sometimes the discounts are
significant.

5. Always Check the Return Policy

Some wholesalers offer an "as-is" selling policy with no room
for returns or exchanges. Before you make any major investment,
be sure you have read and understand the return policy inside
and out, including how long you have available to return the
item should a problem arise.

6. Wholesale isn't Always Best

Despite the great deals that can be found at wholesale
furniture retailers, they're not always the best. Thus it is
entirely possible that a retail purchase of a furniture item is
actually less expensive than one labeled wholesale. Keep that in
mind before you get swept up in what seems like a great deal,
and always compare prices in your area before you buy.

In short, you can save money buying wholesale furniture as long
as you're aware that wholesale isn't always the best deal, know
the return policies, keep an eye out for defects and are willing
to commit the effort to hunt down the biggest bargain.

Title: Baby Shower Decorations - Create A Theme With Your
Creative Flair

================== ARTICLE START ==================
You are in charge… In charge of what you might ask? You have
been given the responsibility to plan and successfully execute
the best baby shower ever! Have you started to feel the pressure
yet? Well the primary objective is to put on a great party and
to make it a memorable occasion, especially for the mom to be.
One of the key aspects to hosting a fantastic baby shower is to
make sure the baby shower decorations are unique and creative.

Coming up with ideas for the baby shower decorations is not
quite as daunting as you may first think. There are, however, a
few key essential aspects of the decorating process that you
should put a little extra care and attention into.

The table Centerpieces are, without doubt, considered to be the
most important item when it comes to baby shower decorations,
and should be designed with many things in mind. Firstly, and
most importantly, the main table centerpiece should be a
practical gift that the mother-to-be can take home and use when
her new little bundle of joy arrives. This centerpiece should be
not only gorgeous to look at, but also filled with lots of
useful items for the new babe. Additionally the centerpiece
creation should be able to inspire conversation amongst the
guests.

Here are some excellent tips for you to follow in creating a
simply brilliant centerpiece. Importantly you should start off
by selecting a base that is useful once the centerpiece has been
dismantled. For example why not build your centerpiece using a
baby tub, diaper bag or even something as simple as a cake
platter - these are all useful items that can be reused later
and are all very effective when adapted as the base of the
decoration.

You then add lots and lots of other equally useful items for
the mom-to-be and her new baby. Good things to adorn the base
with include pacifiers, diapers, bottles, new born clothes and
why not top off the centerpiece creation with a large bunch of
pink or blue helium balloons. These Centerpiece baby shower
decorations look simply stunning sitting in the middle of the
table and they will certainly be sure to come in very handy once
the baby is born.

Party Favors - What would any baby shower decorations be
without including some top little party favors for each of the
guests? Here is an excellent idea for some beautiful low cost
party favours that will be loved by each and every one of your
guests.

Take some cloth napkins and fold each of them into small
triangles and then pin them so that they each look like
miniature diapers. You then fill these `mini diapers' with a
selection of dried fruits, nuts, candy and chocolates. Place one
of these great little favor decorations on the table for the
each of the guests to enjoy. Another delightful baby shower
favor is a personalized candle. Source a selection of
inexpensive votive candles and decorate them with a special
printed message suggesting that when the new baby is born that
the candle should be lit in its honor.

Now you have created a centerpiece and party favors - the next
item on the list is the task of making the rest of the room (or
outdoor area if the party is to be held outside) look fantastic
and blend in with your chosen theme or look.

So how do you successfully transform a room or area to create
an atmosphere that says "baby"? Well you can start off by taking
tulle in either pink or blue or a combination of these colors
and wrapping it around a strand of clear Christmas lights. Then
add similar colored bows every two or three feet and this will
create a swag that can be hung around the perimeter of the room
or space. This looks simply stunning and is ideal to form the
basis of a room's decorations.

You can also add loads of pink, blue or both colored helium
balloons. The best way is to tie matching colored ribbons to the
balloons and let them loose where they touch the roof of the
room and the ribbons hang down giving a mystical appearance.
This is a very colorful, effective and inexpensive decoration.

All of these ideas were created by hostesses just like you so
why not take these suggestions and refine them so that you can
come up with your very own brilliant baby shower decorations.

Title: Dhea Supplements: Possible Benefits Of Maintaining
Youth And The Possible Side Effects
Author: Connie Limon
Word Count: 671

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The most abundant steroid in the human body is DHEA. DHEA is
produced by the adrenal glands. DHEA is involved in creating
testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and corticosterone. As we
age the production of DHEA declines. By age 75 the body makes
only 10 to 20 percent what it produced at age twenty.

Decreasing DHEA levels are closely associated with a number of
age-related diseases and disabilities. Researchers and
scientists speculate if aging men and women can restore their
DHEA to levels produced in their youth, youthful health and
vigor will also be restored.

Studies have shown:

•Adult men with high plasma DHEA-S levels are less likely to
die of cardiovascular disease
•DHEA increases the body's ability to transform food into
energy and burn off excess fat
•Anti-inflammatory properties of DHEA combined with
conventional treatment could potentially improve the quality of
life across a wide range of illnesses such as heart disease,
Alzheimer's disease and certain types of cancer
•DHEA is secreted throughout the body during sex. High levels
of DHEA have beeb associated with several health benefits which
include longevity, building muscle mass, depression as well as
enhanced libido.
•Daily DHEA supplementation remedies some of the side effects
of menopause
•DHEA has been found to reduce risk factors associated with
age-related heart disease and improves blood vessels by
stimulating the linings of arteries to produce nitric oxide, a
substance that relaxes arterial tension.
•DHEA supplementation for men and women, in youth or in older
age, can be considered as a safe, multi-modal anti-aging
supplement, which promotes quality of life and increases the
odds of living longer lives.

Side effects and warnings of DHEA supplements

There have been few side effects reported when DHEA supplements
are taken by mouth in recommended doses. In clinical trials,
acne is a common reported side effect. Patients with HIV
commonly complain of fatigue, nasal congestion, headache and
insomnia. Women commonly complain of abnormal menses, emotional
changes, headache and insomnia. Other side effects may include:

•Agitation
•Delusions
•Mania
•Nervousness
•Irritability
•Psychosis

In addition, high DHEA levels have been associated with
Cushing's syndrome, but may be caused by excessive
supplementation. Individuals with a history of abnormal heart
rhythms, blood clots or hypercoagulability, and individuals with
a history of liver disease should avoid DHEA supplements.

Other possible side effects due to the fact that DHEA is a
hormone related to other male and female hormones may include:

•Masculinization in women such as acne, greasy skin, facial
hair, hair loss, increased sweating, weight gain around the
waist or a deeper voice
•Men may develop more prominent breasts or breast tenderness
•Men may experience increased blood pressure, testicular
wasting or increased aggressiveness
DHEA supplementation may also alter the production or balance
of various other hormones in the body. These hormonal-related
side effects may include:

•Increased blood sugar levels
•Insulin resistance
•Altered cholesterol levels
•Altered thyroid hormone levels
•Altered adrenal function

Use caution if you are an individual with diabetes or
hyperglycemia, high cholesterol, thyroid disorder or other
endocrine (hormonal abnormalities. Consult with your physician
before taking DHEA supplements. The serum glucose, cholesterol
and thyroid levels may need to be monitored by your physician
and medication adjustments may be necessary.

DHEA supplements are not recommended during pregnancy or
breastfeeding. DHEA is a hormone and may be unsafe to the fetus
or nursing infant.

Title: Choosing The Best Carbon Water Filters For The Home
Author: Ann Marier
Word Count: 413

Format: 64cpl

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Types Of Carbon Water Filters

Carbon water filters are available in a range of effectiveness
from 50 microns to 0.5 microns; the lower the amount of microns,
the more effective the filtration is at removing volatile
organic chemicals.

An average, under the counter, carbon water filtration system
contains 12-24 ounces of activated charcoal; the charcoal will
generally originate from one of three sources bituminous, wood
or coconut shells.

The best carbon water filters are commonly known to contain
coconut shell based carbon, because this carbon is known to be
more effective the cost is often about one fifth more than wood
or bituminous charcoal. Charcoal is able to remove impurities
from water by absorbing the volatile organic chemicals, there by
improving the taste and odor of the water.

Volatile organic chemicals are substances such as pesticides,
herbicides, chlorine, benzene, trihalomethane compounds, radon,
solvents, and man made chemicals which are found in at minimum
trace amounts in most tap water. Carbon water filters are
generally poor at removing metal substances from water like
iron, however some may be able to; is the micron level of the
carbon water filter is 0.5 it should be able to remove iron,
manganese, and hydrogen sulfate.

If heavy metals are a problem in the tap water there will be
better results by purchasing a filter specifically for those
reasons as carbon water filters generally cannot completely
remove heavy metals from the water. Carbon water filters also
may not be able to remove inorganic contaminates such as
arsenic, asbestos, barium, beryllium, chromium, copper,
fluoride, mercury, nickel, nitrates, sulfate, and the like.

Carbon water filters are able to remove organic chemicals from
the tap water because the carbon is naturally charged with
positive ions which attract the negative ions in pollutants;
this process of removing chemicals from the water improve the
taste and smell of the water but also make it better for the
body because the chemicals found in the water with out the
carbon water filter can be harmful to people.

Carbon filtration cartridges need to be changed frequently to
maintain optimal chemical removal; the consumer should not wait
until the water smells or tastes poor to change the filter,
consult the packaging for a recommended replacement schedule.
Carbon water filters generally cost a bit less other filtration
systems as carbon; especially coconut shell carbon is a
renewable source which can be produced inexpensively to meet
demand.

It's a bit of a pain to remove and sharpen a lawnmower blade,
but it is a necessary part of maintenance. Dull blades tear
grass and stress it out. Sharpening a blade is not a difficult
task.

There is a vast range of lawn mowers on the market, each in a
different price range offering different features. But the most
important feature of your lawnmower is the blade - the tool that
actually cuts the grass.

All blades will dull over time....if you allow the blade to
stay dull, there will be repercussions. A dull blade will have
to work harder to cut the grass, and will not cut it as cleanly
as a sharp blade. This damages the grass, and it also can damage
the mower engine, as the engine will have to work harder to
power the blade.

Lawnmower Blades

Read the manual on your lawnmower. Lawnmower blades are made
from a variety of materials - and some are not capable of being
sharpened by the owner.

1. The manual will tell you how to remove the blade
.
2. If the mower is electric, pull out the plug, if battery
operated, remove the battery, and if it's a gasoline engine,
remove the spark plug and make sure the gas tank is simple. The
reason is simple. Most accidents regarding lawn mowers entail
the blade cutting off a few fingers, either when the operator is
trying to remove a jam with their bare hand, or taking off the
blade and accidently starting the mower. Regardless of how
unlikely you think it is - better safe than permanently sorry.

3. Tip the mower over - but be careful in doing so, so no oil
spills from its reservoir and gets into the air filter.. Wedge a
piece of scrap wood against the blade to prevent it from moving
while you use the appropriate wrench to unscrew the blade and
remove it. Wear gloves.

4. Place the blade in a vice.

5. Sharpen the blade with a file or grinder.

6. Check the balance of the blade by putting a screwdriver
through the center hole, and then holding the screwdriver out
horizontally. If the blade tilts one way or the other, carefully
file off a bit of the heavier side.

6. Refit the blade.

7. Replace the sparkplug, battery or electric cord.

It's always best to sharpen the blade every couple of months.

If you don't want to go to the bother of sharpening your blade,
you can always buy spares and put a new blade on the mower.
Bring the old blade into a hardware store and have them sharpen
it. Then store it in a safe place so no one will be able to cut
their hands on it.

Title: How To Start A Hip Hop Record Label

================== ARTICLE START ==================
If you're a musician or just a hardcore fan of music, you've
certainly had fantasies about record labels. Whether it be
signing to one and becoming rich and famous, or starting one…and
becoming rich and famous. Well I'm here to tell you that
independent record labels are definitely the way to go.

The major labels are in trouble. Just pick up any music
business magazine to find that out. The owners of independent
labels are the new life blood of the music industry. They are
the people coming up with new and fresh ideas. The future of
the industry relies on new takes on how to get music produced,
released and most importantly heard.

While we are talking about making money with music, it would
definitely be a crime not to mention Hip Hop. The genre has
been dominating charts for years now. Hip Hop artists drive the
best cars, wear the best clothes and definitely have the most
fun. Need an example? Turn on MTV or BET. There's your proof!

Starting a record label is actually a lot easier than it
sounds. And better yet, it's remarkably inexpensive to start
off with. If you have the passion for it you can definitely be
successful in this ever-changing industry!

I know several people that have started their own labels, not
just in Hip Hop, but in many different genres. I've never been
one to really believe in the whole dreams coming true thing,
however, a couple of my friends have actually been able to quit
their day jobs and just run their labels. And their businesses
are growing all the time!

One of the first steps in starting your label is choosing a
name. I bet you already have one. I mean, if you found this
article, you've definitely already put some thought into this.
After you've come up with your record label name, I would
suggest a quick internet search to make sure it's not already
taken. If you can't find anything on google, chances are
you're in the clear.

Having fun yet? You're now the president of a record label!
Of course there are more steps involved in getting your business
off the ground. But it sure is cool to say you own a label,
isn't it?

Are you an idea man or woman? I hope so, because now it's your
time to shine. A business model would definitely come in handy
now. Here's where you can brainstorm all the ideas you're going
to use to make yourself and your artists rich and famous.

Next, I would suggest a post office box. You're going to need
a place for all these future hip hop stars to send you their
demos and CDs. Of course, I would also suggest going out to
shows and concerts and scouting out unsigned artists.

Well, easy enough so far huh? Pretty cheap too. Of course,
this is just the beginning and the sky is the limit. If this
business sounds like it's for you, you should check out my
author box for more information! As for me, I can't wait to
hear the new hits you'll be putting out soon!

Title: True Or False: Does Bleach Kill Mold?
Author: Rob Forchet
Word Count: 538

Format: 64cpl

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Of all the questions asked about mold and the treatment of
mold, the one most often asked is: Does bleach kill mold? Bleach
does NOT kill mold. It doesn't even disinfect mold spores. The
only thing that bleach does is change the color of the mold by
damaging the roots of it. Bleach is not an effective way to kill
mold and provides only a temporary solution by slowing its
growth.

What Does Bleach Do?

Like all types of plants, the only way you can really kill mold
is to destroy the roots. When you use bleach, the only thing
you're doing is saturating the roots with a chemical that
doesn't destroy them, but only damages them enough to slow
growth. To effectively get rid of mold, it's necessary to
disinfect the materials the mold grew on. Chlorine bleach does
not do this since it doesn't kill the spores.

Some may find this surprising since bleach has been known to
work well in killing viruses and bacteria. One of the reason's
why chlorine bleach doesn't kill mold spores is that bleach is
made mostly out of water. Water is a main requirement for mold
growth and trying to get rid of it with a product that is 99%
mold (ie. bleach) isn't very effective.

To recap: Never use bleach to kill mold. If you try to use
bleach to kill mold, you may be unwittingly putting your health
at risk because you'll think you've destroyed the mold even
though it continues to thrive.

Effective Mold-Destroying Methods

For your health and safety, it is essential that you act
quickly as soon as you realize that you have a black mold
problem. First you'll want to dry out the area the best you can.
Next you will need to use a detergent or soap (preferably a
non-ammonia type) and thoroughly scrub the infested area. If you
discovered the mold growth on wood, you'll probably need to sand
the area to guarantee that you've completely removed it.

Once you know for sure the mold has been removed, then you can
use a bleach and water solution to disinfect the area. Remember
that bleach doesn't kill mold, so only use it once the mold has
been completely removed.

Finally, you need to take steps to make sure the mold doesn't
grow back. To prevent further mold growth, make sure you keep
the area very dry. Keep your eyes open and always be on the
lookout for mold growth, especially on organic materials like
soap scum, paper, dirt and wood.

To be on the safe side, hiring professionals to complete a full
mold removal is the very best thing you can do for your and your
family's wellbeing. During this process you'll need to make sure
that all of you, including your pets, have a place somewhere
else to stay. There's no need to worry about the professional
cleaning team. They're equipped with hazmat suits that will
protect them from the dangers of floating mold spores. The
release of airborne particles is prevented through the uses of
water based chemicals during the residential mold removal
process.

Title: Char Siu – The Charm Of Chinese Barbeque
Author: Chris McCarthy
Word Count: 519
URL: http://www.isnare.com/?aid=246338&ca=Food+and+Drinks
Format: 64cpl
Author Contact: http://www.isnare.com/eta.php?aid=246338

Easy Publish Tool: http://www.isnare.com/html.php?aid=246338

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Char siu, the other name for Chinese Barbequed pork is in fact
Cantonese-style barbequed pork. The primary requirement for
cooking up this delicacy is a long stretch of boneless pork
mainly taken from the shoulder. Char siu is characteristic in
its own type due to its coating of seasonings which makes the
meat look dark red. The seasoning ingredients of this red devil
include red food coloring, sugar or honey, sherry or rice wine
and five-spice powder.

How the dish is prepared and served

This BBQ variety involves a conventional cooking process. Forks
are used to hold the meat within covered oven or barely over the
fire. This Chinese barbequed pork is never eaten alone. It is in
fact a form of accompaniment to other food preparations like Cha
Siu Baau. Here the barbequed pork is stuffed in buns with Char
Siu rice and is deliciously served.

However, its list of accompaniments does not end over here.
Char siew can be eaten with other cookeries like salted duck
egg, chicken with Soy sauce and sliced steamed chicken, roasted
duck and roasted pork. Not only rice, noodles such as Lai fun,
Shahe fen, and Wonton noodles too seem great with Char Siu. In
Singapore, Char Siew looks brilliant with Hainanese chicken
rice.

Cantonese-speaking people including Southern China, Malaysia
and Singapore enjoy this dish full-flegedly and whole-heartedly.
This BBQ specialty also makes its appearance in Chinese
restaurants and several notable food markets of the world. Japan
has however specialized in this art of barbequing, which is
known as Chashu without the red sugar and five-spice preparation
but obviously with sweet honey and soy sauce coating.

The art of cooking Char Siu

The preparation of this barbeque is a unique combination of
mixing, marinating and roasting. After the mixing has been
properly done, sliced pork of about 2 inches in width and 5
inches in length are applied to the marinade and kept in the
condition from two hours till overnight. The oven should gain a
heat of 425 degree and the rack should be added to the roasting
pan before it is filled with water in order to make the rack
lower down.

The excess marinate from the pork should be wiped off and made
to stand in a line in the roasting pan. The roasting should go
on for ten minutes. Now the next step would be to reduce the
heat to 325 degree and allow the pork to be roasted for another
thirty to forty minutes. As you turn the meat from side to side
with sesame oil, peanut oil and marinade, the finishing is
provided with a dash of honey for ten minutes. Then it is time
for you to cut the pork into bite size pieces to make others
enjoy each munch with fun and contentment.

Though the seed of Char Siu was sowed in China but the flavor
of its harvest has spread to various parts of Asia. In fact,
this dish of Chinese barbequed pork is tastefully striking
enough to gain universal appreciation.

Title: Baby Gender Selection-How To Select The Gender Of Your
Baby
Author: Ben Fedrick
Word Count: 508

Format: 64cpl
Author Contact: http://www.isnare.com/eta.php?aid=246093

Easy Publish Tool: http://www.isnare.com/html.php?aid=246093

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It is a fact that every one wants to have a nice complete
family. By "Nice complete family" means a family where a sweet
girl child as there as well a cute little boy is there. Also
with cost of living getting so high one cannot afford to take
the chance of giving birth to 3 or 4 children (either girls or
boys) until to have the gender of the baby of their choice. Thus
even after having the most precious gift of God, i.e. children
people are often not very happy rather sometimes such situation
brings complications in their life. Now what one really thinks
often in his mind is, "Is Baby Gender Selection possible"?

Earlier the baby gender selection was not easy or let's says it
was impossible but now there are ways by which baby gender
selection is possible. Talking about several ways by which baby
gender selection is possible the best way is by just reading a
book and following what is advised there.

The book by the name of "How to choose the gender of your baby"
by Ashley Spencer is the best book telling about the baby gender
selection. Now the baby gender selection is possible and that
too without wasting huge amount of money on Doctor's fees as
well as on medicines.

In the book there is the description of the gender selection
method which is so accurate that even the Doctors would have to
admit its effectiveness. The gender selection method is so
effective that already approximately as much as 12,000 couples
have benefited with that method and this number is increasing
day by day.

The methods explained in the book are 100% based on sound
Scientific Evidence. Now it is not at all required to take any
variation in medicines, to evaluate cycle using pesky urine
sticks, no more vaginal douche treatments are required, no need
to reveal personal information to anyone, and no need to spend
heavily on hospitals and/or doctors.

The method explained in the book is really effective and it
works irrespective of woman's age to her partner, the
regularity/non regularity of the woman's periods, current number
of children and their gender, medications currently being taken
and several other factors.

Now the baby gender selection is quite easy with this book.
After reading the book one gets to know the best way to make
his/her family complete. The language used in the book is made
simple in order to make the reader understood the terms easily.
All important aspects that are necessary in the baby gender
selection are covered in this book

Thus this book is really a boon for the one's looking for a
sweet small but complete family where there is one boy and a
girl. Earlier it was a dream to have a complete family but now
with this book, as baby gender selection is possible, it is now
possible to fulfill that dream.
