In the last article posted, "Why Do Human Beings Reach Rock Bottom? How to Rise Above the Tragedies: (Hence Why I Am Going to Be Offline for at Least a Month)" there was an explanation of why humans reach a place beyond just negative experiences alone, what to do about them, and how I was at that place.

Transition to a New Consciousness
Through a series of several experiences, everything always progresses into a new wave of life flow (way of being) that help us redefine our beliefs, perspectives, and expectations on life. In other words, the filters change to guide us to change limited beliefs and move past our comfort zones. Hence a new consciousness is born and you reach a different level of awareness through your conscious self (the attached links explain much more).

Therefore, recently going through these changes, experience allowed me to open up new opportunities of understanding the information I share here on Conscious Flex. Most of what I write comes from what I called "Universal Knowledge". An example of this, is comparable to knowing math skills, but in order for this knowledge to reveal itself, then a math problem has to appear.

Through observation, I observe that most people attain this knowledge only after an experience. After the fact, they say, "I knew that was going to happen!". I feel the reason most people do not apply this knowledge before experience, is because deep-down (thank to Universal Knowledge) they know that knowing is not enough. Experience is the other half of knowledge and for most people they can intuitively know something, but not trust it until they experience it. There is a very good reason for that too, since that reason holds the purpose of life.

If you must have a brain operation, would you trust a surgeon who has read and studied for ten years on surgical procedures and treatment (had all the knowledge), or a surgeon who has ten years of experience? One must have experience in order to know completely.

In other words, these new found experiences has helped me to understand in a more complete way what the universal knowledge was telling me. Fulfilling these understanding with experience, allows me to explain things in a clearer way.

The Working Developments of Conscious Flex
Consequently, you can look forward to the development of new articles based on universal knowledge and personal experience.

Also, as promised, I am still working on the series of articles, about how the evolution of consciousness unfolded through what people consider the Big Bang or the beginning of time. The explanation of this series is very clear and easy to convey how consciousness is behind everything, how there is a blue print to life that is actually headed somewhere (that can not be avoided), and how all the major events of chaos always lead to order for the exactly purpose to reach a higher consciousness.

Let us just say, that by the end of the series, the universal knowledge within you will speak new ideas about who you are, who we are as beings, and how the idea of perfection is very much possible (hence, that is where we are heading). It is very plain to see this series because the explanations explain the course of history, from the development of the Earth to the history of major events in human evolution, . I know perfection seems very unlikely, but I am sure at the end of the series, you will have a different perspective of "Heaven on Earth".

You have every right to be skeptical, I would be too. As a result, if you wish to seek out your curiosity, please subscribe (for free) to keep up-to-date: Enter your email address:

A Special Thanks!
One last thing, I want to thank you all very much for your support. Without your continued contributions, none of this would be made possible. I have unlimited gratitude and appreciation for every couraged effort to contribute! :)
What I speak of here goes beyond negative experiences alone. These are the experiences that force you to question life through a new perspective, given your new experiences. Not only do these experiences change your perspective, they also change your expectations and beliefs.

There are several factors that are involved to cause such change. Let us explore in depth: what they are, why they occur, and how to rise above them.

The Factor of Filters
As I mentioned in "Why is There Difficulty in Knowing, Feeling & Experiencing Infinite Potential?", you have filters that are made up of: your perspective on life, your beliefs about life, your expectations to life and your experience of life. When one of these filters change, all of them change.

Every human being experiences life through these filters, in fact it is the only way life can be experienced. Infinite Potential is everywhere, all the time. Infinite potential can not reveal itself as anything certain/ specific unless or until it is observed through the filters. In other words, everything that could ever happen is happening all at once in every single moment (which in the essence of everything existing, nothing really exists until perceived). Your filters narrow infinite potential down into something certain, that certain something is based on your filters.. This is what makes infinite potential possible. In other words, if you desire to make something possible for you, you must change one of your filters. Once one is changed, the rest of the filters align to match the change.

Everything that determines your experience of life, relays in these filters. Therefore, when one or more of these filters change, gradually or rapidly (depending on your consciousness or unconscious influence) everything you know and have known life to be: changes. This can be quite challenging (especially if many are changing at one time). Consequently, this can result in major pain, to say the least. You may even feel like your going crazy, being punished, and/or do not belong.

The Factor of Negative Leads to Negative
These challenging experiences will likely cause you to feel some negative side-effects. Feeing these negative impulses, leaves an impression that something negative is happening. Hence the beginning of negative thoughts. These negative thoughts produce themselves into habit, through focus. In other words, thinking negative will cause you to become negative and your focus processes itself within that negative mind-set. A negative mind-set can produce and visualize nothing else except for negative, hence more negative experiences emerge or the perspective that negative experiences are occurring. This is also known as victim-mode.

The Factor of the Process of Life
What is actually happening "behind the scenes" is that you ran into an invisible border/ boundary that you set into place by your mind to feel comfortable about any given situation. In other words, your comfort zone. Comfort zones are put into place by the filters (your perspective on life, your beliefs about life, your expectations to life and your experience of life), if one of these filters are crossed, then you will have stepped outside your comfort zone. When many of these filters have been crossed, then you feel like your reaching rock bottom. It is not that the experiences themselves are negative, it is that you no longer feel comfortable, therefore you are judging the experiences to be negative. You have every right to judge these experiences as being negative, yet they are really just the opposite.

This is what the process of life is about, finding comfort zones (also known as limited beliefs) and moving past them. The experience of moving past comfort zones, are deigned to help us grow and develop (through experience) as infinite beings. Once you pass a comfort zone, you now have a different view of yourself, others, and the world around you. You see yourself as much more than you originally thought, you see more within others (due to the fact that you see more in yourself), and you have the ability to broaden the horizon of your filters to see more clearly what this life/ world is all about given your new found experiences.

This process happens automatically and you do not need to take action in order for this to unfold. It is part of a perfect universe and perfect design that all human beings grow through this process. That is why no matter how conscious (in manifesting your reality) you realize yourself to be, there will always be challenges/ opportunities (until there is not).

I Am Going to Be Offline for at Least a Month
I myself have recently hit rock bottom through facing many experiences of tragedy. Part of the tragedies I am facing have to do with forced moving/ relocating, starting over, not having a place to stay (therefore, obviously no more internet connection for a while), asthma landing me in hospital, losing connection/ communication with loved ones, and feeling the sense of struggling to just survive. This month (or so) will allow me to go through this process in a much more natural/ healing way, give the time needed to complete the transformation and get my comfort back with a new consciousness.

For example, a caterpillar goes through the cocooning process (part of the process is going through a temporary state of consciousness that is related to chaos). After the metamorphosis, a new consciousness is born to the caterpillar. The consciousness of a butterfly.

During these times, people tend to feel like they are underground, in the cold darkness, all alone, and trying to push their way through a thick solid rough crust (also known as comfort zones). Using this cocooning process, you can move up the growing stem of who you are and grow into the most magnificence beautiful flower you are and there you can see all kinds of possibilities and wonders that life has to offer.

How to Rise Above
  • In these moments of tragedy, be aware of why this process is happening (to help us grow and develop through experience, as infinite beings.
  • Be aware of how a negative mind-set can influence your experience into more tragedy and consciously decide to stay away from that factor of victim-mode.
  • Look for these warning signs: body immune system weakening, feeling "not like yourself", synchronicity (the experience of two or more events which occur in a meaningful manner, but which are causally un-related) in events, be conscious of events leading you to use intuition (these events are telling you to go within), and realize the relationship between consciousness verse reality (to help influence the reality you desire).
  • Give yourself a break from everything: in order to put things back together, reach a new comfort zone, and expand your consciousness.
  • You may find during these times, that your relationships with people will change. To make this process more smoothly, it would help to know what relationships are and how to dissolve problems within them.

I am sure you hear the term "unconditional" love, but what does it mean? How do we as humans apply 100% love in an unconditional way? How is love not unconditional? What conditions do humans put on love? Is unconditional love a practical teaching?

When I speak of unconditional love with people, the usual response I get, is in one of two ways:
1. People assuming that unconditional love is something that only a 'saint' would be able to master.
2. Defining unconditional love, as the natural love they have for all their loved ones.

What Does Unconditional Love Mean?
The obvious definition, is love without condition. Yet, that does not give it enough credit, to accurately describe the meaning.

Unconditional love is, the ability to put yourself in another persons shoes under any situation or condition. In other words, not matter what is happening in your environment, how ('another makes') you feel, or what you think of another: you choose to always put yourself in the position of others and treat them exactly how you would like to be treated (under any condition, even if they are 'your enemy').

What is the Difference Between Unconditional and Conditional Love?
All love is a State of Being in which is naturally unconditional. Yet, the way that love is expressed or seeked-out can influence that love to be conditioned. Love that is conditional says: "I love you, but...". Unconditional love says: "I love you for who you really are! Period.".

How Can Love Be Processed in this Way for a Stranger or Enemy?
Conditioned love is seen through emotion. If you wait around for an emotional reaction, that feels like love, then you are choosing to love based on a chemical reaction alone.

Unconditional love is seen through the filter of choice. You literally choose to understand that under the right conditions, you can have love (a emotional reaction) for ANYBODY. You choose to love another, based on the knowledge that we all feel love and are capable of being loving. Therefore, you treat them as you yourself would desire to be treated. You choose to have a connection with all human beings, even before the connection is felt through the emotional charge of a chemical response.

Why Would Anybody Choose to Love a Stranger or Enemy In This Way?
There are infinite reasons why one would choose unconditional love, based on: perspective, expectations, experience, and belief. Yet, when a question like this is asked, it is coming from a self-centered approach of: "What do I get out of it?". Therefore, we will answer this question, through self-concern.
  • Boost in Confidence - One main observation, you will notice through living in this manner, is a boost in self-confidence. The reason being, is because your focus changes from self, to everyone else. Instead of focusing on 'your faults' in thoughts, words, and interactions with others, your focus is continously on how to approach (communicate/ behave) others the way you would like to be approached.
  • Your Comfort Level Heightens - When you are continously allowing yourself to walk in others shoes, you are automatically influencing people to be comfortable around you. You can consciously (and subconsciously) see/ feel their comfort level (through words, actions, body language, emotional stimulations, tone of voice, and intermingle of consciousnesses between each other) , which gives you the ability to feel more comfortable on every level.
  • You Have More Successful Relationships - Feeling more comfortable allows a person to be themselves around you more easily. You can get to know people quicker with a reliable impression of them, which helps you make successful choices in the types of relationships (romantic, business, etc) you follow through on.
  • All Judgments Stop - Through this constantly treating others as yourself, you stop judging people and it affects the nature of others to stop judging you through your example.

How Does One Apply Unconditional Love in this Manner?
After 22 days of doing something constantly, your subconscious programs itself to put it into habit. Habits are made possible by the subconscious mind taking over for the conscious mind. In other words, you will automatically apply unconditional love without conscious effort or thought.

Therefore, keep a reminder to yourself to always put yourself in others shoes and to treat them as if you were them (for at least 22 days).

How Does One Apply Unconditional Love, in an Abusive Relationship?
Being unconditionally loving, is about loving yourself unconditionally first. You cannot love another without first knowing love within yourself. You must feel and give unconditional love to yourself, before you can accept and expect to give unconditional love to another, in this way you experience it first hand. If it is not first experienced within Self, then there is no reference point to begin giving unconditional love. There must be a relatable experience within, to connect at the level of unconditional love.

Therefore, if someone is treating you harshly (emotionally, mentally, or physically), then you do what you can to treat yourself the way you would like to be treated, by not allowing relationships that are destructive to self. Sometimes the best way you can unconditionally love somebody, is to empower them to help themselves without you.

It is not difficult to love yourself, once you find the greatest parts of yourself and there is a detailed description on how to do that in "The Purpose of Human Relationships" article.

How to Download Your Free eBook
. When a new article is posted on Conscious Flex, it will be emailed to you. You can find a link to "Download Your Free eBook" at the bottom of the article you will receive through email. New Articles are generally posted anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week.

I decided to make this site easier to use for all people. Therefore I made some major and minor improvements to the layout, design, and navigational system. Here is a list of the changes in the past couple weeks:

1. I added a "View Random Article" on the top of every article title and in the "Best of Conscious Flex" sidebar.

2. There is a "Tell a Friend About This Article" on the top of every post (rather than just the bottom), now it is easier to find and send specific articles to your friends and yourself as a reminder.

3. I wrote an article based on Frequently Asked Questions and put that article in the navigational tabs on the top of the page (as well as in "Support Conscious Flex" sidebar).

4. It is now easier to go back to the top of the page. With the one-click "Back to Top". Within Internet Explorer browser, this is on the very bottom of the page. Within Firefox browser, it scrolls with the page as you scroll down or up.

5. Firefox is now easier to find and download, with it being on the very top and bottom of every page.

6. For purposes of easier sharing, I added social bookmarking icons scattered throughout the article page layout.

7. There is an explanation of every image with a bold question under each image. For example, the "U Comment, I Follow" image, is now explained.

8. To unclutter many links grouped together in one location, I put images. For example, on the top and bottom of every article post, I put the "Newest Article" in a clickable image.

9. I took the uppercase off the title and description of the blog, to make it easier on the eyes. As well as making the text font of the articles one size bigger.

10. There is a list of smaller icons to help promote Conscious Flex and I put the simplest one in the sidebar under "Support Conscious Flex".

11. I added to the list of "Related Articles by Category" and redesigned the system behind it, to make it more accurate.

12. The search now finds and points to every keyword. The Categories and Archives give a list of all the titled articles, rather then show the entire article of every article.

13. Near the bottom I added a line of three layout widgets side-by-side. Including: "Recent Articles", "Personal Favorite Articles", and "Article Archives" with a clickable month leading to all the clickable titles within that month.

14. The "Printer Friendly Page" at the bottom of every page is now set-up to automatically print only the title and body of the article on that page, without the navigational system (tabs or sidebar), without the header title or description, no images or icons, etc. Goto "Print Preview" before you print, to see what I mean.

15. Some of the ads are in different locations, I am still working on this set-up, to see what ads work best in what areas.

I hope all these changes help with your stay here and keeps you coming back for more. :)

If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see this site have, to make your stay more comfortable and easier, please contact me with "Suggestion" in the subject line (as to bypass spam filters) and I will do my best to manage your request.
General Information
What is the difference between a website and a blog?
A blog is a website that is continuously being updated, like this one. Generally speaking, blogs do not have a home page. The home page of the blog is the most recent updated article. The Newest Article of this blog is the homepage, I just added a Home page as to not confuse people that do not know what a blog is all about.

What are Article Archives?
This is a list of every article ever written for the blog, categorized by the month and year that the article was written.

What does it mean to subscribe to Conscious Flex? Subscribing is a way to keep up-to-date with the new articles. There are a variety of ways to subscribe to a blog. For general purposes and questions about how to subscribe and the different ways, I wrote an article here: "What is Subscribing to a Reader/Bookmarking Live RSS Feed/Subscribing Through Email/What is RSS?".

What does "You Comment, I Follow mean"? I am sure you noticed the image near the comment area, that reads "You Comment, I Follow", for more information about what this is all about, please click here.

What do all the images scattered throughout the site mean? Under the subscribing section, the images are designed to draw your attention to subscribing. If you are unsure as to what an image means, click on it. Either the image will lead you to an article with the explanation, or there will be a bold question under the image that can be clicked. Most of the images are social bookmarking icons. To learn more about social bookmarking, click here.

Questions About Conscious Flex & the Owner Nicholas Powiull
Does Nicholas do private coaching? Yes (for a fee), but please keep in mind that there are a variety of articles on this site that cover most any general question you might have about life. If there is not an answer to your question and you would like private coaching, contact me with "Private Coaching" in the subject line (as to bypass the spam filter) with an explanation of what your looking to solve. Alternatively, you could contact me with "Suggestion" in the subject line of the email and suggest a topic, subject, or article you would like to read about.

How do you manage to provide such valuable content on this site? I went through a series of events that guided me to go within and hacking into a unlimited network of knowledge. I know that sounds fluffy, but it is a realization that must be experienced to completely understand. I wrote an article here: "Universal Knowledge" that helps explain this process. Most of everything on this site comes from within. Plus I do a lot of research, I am subscribed to thousands of personal development sites for research purposes and help tap into the universal knowledge within.

For the longest time, I never believed in infinite potential, but I recognize now that this is the reason. Being skeptical has it place and there is a very good reason for it. Yet, it is not there to stop you from researching, seeking, and being active in living a better life. Perhaps the way I present the content on this site, it becomes valuable to others because I am skeptical.

Are you still active in Polyphasic Sleep? Not at the moment (May 20, 2008), because of the choice I made, I am no longer in the position, to stay on scheduled naps. Here is my last entry for now. For further questions about polyphasic sleep and my experience, click here.

How long has Conscious Flex been online? My first article entry was on November 21, 2006 and all the material on this site began from that date. However, Conscious Flex has only been online since January 20, 2008. I had to switch my web hosting provider and transfer all the information from my old site (which was called World Wide Enlightenment), to this site. I lost all the advertising, marketing, and indexing I had on that site when I transfered. Yet, a lot of the people who followed my site were on myspace, therefore I did not have to start completely over. I do wish I introduced subscribing to all the readers on my old site though :)

Can I use the content on Conscious Flex? You can print anything on this site for personal use, there is a Printer Friendly Page link on the bottom of every page. Please do not use the content for commercial or advertising purposes. All the content on this site is copyrighted.

However, you are more than welcome to link to this site. If you only desire share an article or articles, please do so in a fair-manner, for more information on how to share content in a fair and legal manner click here.

If you wish to republish the content from this site in a book or newsletter, please contact me with the article(s) title you wish to republish plus how and where.

Can I link to you from my site by putting you in my blogroll etc? Yes, most definitely, please do. Every link is very much appreciated. For your convenience , I have put together an easy, quick, and uncomplicated way of doing this, please click here.

Can I translate this site or article(s) into another language? I have put a language translator on the top portion of this site for this purpose. I know the translator is not 100% accurate. If you are reading this site through the translator and something is not accurate, please click on"Suggest a Better Translation". For more questions about the language translator, please click here.

Will you trade links with me? I do not have a blogroll (at the moment), but I am thinking about creating a "Recommended" section to add to the sidebar of this site. If I obtain an reasonable amount of links that provide genuine value to my readers, I will consider it. Just contact me with "Recommended" in the subject line (as to bypass the spam filter) and I will review your site for consideration in this section. I will also contact you and let you know when I put your link up.
Wondering what these symbols and images mean?:

These are known as social bookmarking icons. Bookmarking has reached a whole new level of organizing your favorite sites. Social bookmarking allows you to keep all your bookmarks in one organized area, viewable from any computer (with the internet), and you get to share your favorite bookmarks with other people.

Why Would You Desire to Share Bookmarks?
There are many reason to share:
  • If you like it, then it is almost guaranteed that others will too.
  • By sharing, you are promoting that site. When you promote a site, you help it to grow and give that site more resources to make the site even better.
  • The more people that share the same site link, the more visible it is to others. You are helping to provide value to many people. Every single link you share through social bookmarking helps everyone involved.
  • You can connect to millions of people who have the same interests as you, which means you are connected to the best of the best sites on the internet through every genre of your interest.
Where To Start?
There are tons of social bookmarking sites, in order to get the most out of it, I would suggest you register to the popular ones. The two top popular ones that I favor are Digg and StumbleUpon (as you can see the images at the top of every article I post).

To start your new online experience of social bookmarking, I would suggest you goto one of your favorite articles on this site (if your not sure then goto the main blog page, which is constantly being updated with new articles, the home page of the site, or you can find a list of every article on this site here) and click on the Digg or StumbleUpon icon. You will be directed to that specific site, where you will be asked to categorize the bookmark (with some other optional options), then asked to register in order to submit.

I am sure you will find it worthwhile. StumbleUpon is my top personal favorite, since you have the option to add a StumbleUpon toolbar, with a button that randomly selects/ directs you to the most popular sites of the category you select. I have found some very interesting and helpful Self Improvement (as they categorize it) sites through that method.

When you choose to comment on a website/blog (a blog is a website that is continuously being updated with articles, like this one), you have a choice to add a link to your site (rather it be your myspace profile, blog, favorite site, friends website, etc) through a clickable link attached to the name you comment with or in the comment area itself.

Spammers (a spammer in this since, is someone who advertises their website by leaving a comment that has nothing to do with the website/blog they are commenting on) caught on to this and decided to use it to their advantage.

The 'NoFollow'
Therefore, as an attempt to reduce spamming, someone came up with the idea (full of good intentions, but with negative results) of not allowing any links in comments to be crawled by the search engine bots. In other words, if you comment (with a link) then no search engine is going to put your link into the search engine result, even if you have positive intentions to provide value to others. Also known as the 'nofollow'.

How it Works
When you do a search on a search engine, it puts the most popular results first. If you left a comment on a popular website/blog and your comment has a keyword of something that is searched, they will not find you.

When search engine bots crawl (searching for new information to add to the search engine results) your website/blog, the bot knows to skip the comment area through a string of code within the website/blog. This code can be removed and once removed, the bot will add all the comments as well.

The "You comment, I Follow" image is designed to explain (to others who know about this) that you installed a plugin (to rid of this) or removed the 'nofollow' code and in hopes to encourage others to do the same. :)

Depending on your blog platform, there are different ways to remove this from your blog. Generally speaking, you can goto your CSS template (where all the html code is located), hold the Ctrl key and press F, type "nofollow" to find the code, and remove the end code from the comment code.

There are a varity of website explaining how to remove this code from your pacific blog platform. Here are the popular ones:

How to remove the nofollow from Wordpress

How to remove the nofollow from Blogger

How to remove the nofollow from Typepad

How to remove the nofollow from Movable Type

I hope that helps, you can also do a search for nofollow/ U Comment, I Follow images.
I am writing this article as a contribution to this post by Steve Pavlina. These than are the 10 ways of what it means to be a conscious woman today and how to live more consciously as a woman (from the perspective of a man).

1. Give Yourself Power
A consciously aware woman does not play herself to be a victim, she realizes that this only gives her power away. She only has the power to change something, if she takes responsibility for her life. She knows that responsibility gives her the power to change a situation because she is saying, "I created this, I can create something else.". She recognizes that in victim mode, she has to change the victimizer in order to change the situation (which rarely ever works). With responsibility, comes great power to change a negative to a positive.

2. Communicate Your Values
A woman recognizes that when she explains to others her position, they can accurately position themselves to match. She can see that nobody goes out of their way to dishonor her values, people just naturally flow with their own values. When values do not match, they get crossed. She realizes that if she does not communicate where her boundaries are, they will likely get crossed. People can not know if they offend her, if they do not know what offends her.

3. Understand Emotions
A woman comprehends her emotions. She is aware that emotions are natural and need to be naturally released. She allows herself and others to express emotions. She sees that healthy natural emotions can turn into hazardous unnatural emotions, if not allowed to flow-out:
  • To a woman envy is a natural emotion, it is designed to inspire her to reach a goal that someone else has already achieved. If she decides that another reaches a goal that she cannot reach, the consequence is jealous. Jealous is very unnatural to a woman.
  • Fear is a natural emotion, it is designed to keep you safe from potential harm. Every woman knows when you hold fear in, it grows to a phobia.
  • A woman realizes that anger is natural emotion. When she bottles anger in, it turns to rage.
  • A woman lets sadness be a part of her being, since sadness is a very healthy and natural emotion. When she does not allow herself to express sadness, it suppresses her into depression.
  • Love is the most natural emotion to a woman. When love is not showed, it lingers into being possessive. No aware woman lets her love shape into the unnatural emotion of being possessive.

A woman always allows herself and others the opportunity to express emotions freely. She knows that without the expression of these healthy emotions, unnatural emotions form. She maintains healthy relationships through understanding the emotion aspects.

4. Good Manners
A woman always has excellent mannerisms. She is fully aware that mannerisms subconsciously let the people around her know that she respects them. She knows that when people feel respected (consciously or subconsciously), they feel more comfortable around her. Feeling more comfortable allows a person to be themselves. She can get to know people quicker, which helps her make successful choices in the types of relationships (romantic, business, etc) she follows through on and helps her to feel more connected.

5. Everyone is Important
A woman can see that we all focus our attention on different things, therefore all of us are good at something. When you focus on something, you learn about it. She accurately observes that focus is one of the keys to success and everyone focuses on something. She knows that everyone has something to offer. Even if what they have to offer, is as simple as what not to say or do in order to avoid drama, negativity, and conflict.

6. Connect Through Inspiration
A woman is an inspiration to all people. She sees that everyone is important and significant at making this world a better place. Yet, in order for them to help make the world a better place, they need to be inspired. She knows that even a smile can inspire someone to have a good day and having a good day can lead a person to see more opportunity. A woman realizes that usually if a person receives a genuine smile, they will genuinely smile to another throughout their day and it creates a ripple effect. A woman recognizes that she can be inspired by giving inspiration.

7. Expect the Differences
A woman accepts that everyone is different and she knows ahead of time that there will always be something she disagrees with. She learns to expect that nobody is the same. She realizes that once she expects it, she can give it permission to unfold and she can be perfectly happy with the process. Expecting something is about allowing what she cannot change, to be. She can expect it and therefore, not be let down by it. When a conversation is going perfectly and suddenly without notice it changes, because she disagrees (or someone disagrees with her), now she can relax, smile, and be happy for the fact that we all unique.

8. Do Not Promise
A woman knows that making promises is moment thing. In the moment she may be honest, genuine, and fixed on the idea that she can carry that promise out. Yet, this world is changing very fast. What she thought she could do 15 minutes ago, she can no longer do because of one thing or another.

Especially since a woman is open to having more experiences, having more experiences changes her. Each experience she has gives her more knowledge and with more knowledge, her perspectives change. Changing her perspectives, also changes expectations, beliefs, and experience to life which will all guide her away from a promise she may have made. Simply put, making promises leads to a unconscious woman.

9. Bouncing-Off Ideas
A woman knows that having a like-minded group of people around, allows her to bounce off each others ideas. Bouncing off ideas leads her to more cleverness in achieving her goals. She talks to someone who is interested, passionate, inspired, connected, and motivated to the same-things. She sees that people who do not share the same insight, will only drag her down. They will give her all the excuses that they give themselves, as to why she should not achieve her successful goals.

10. Be Aware of Human Needs
A woman is always aware of humans needs:
  • A woman understands that she (and everyone else) needs to be certain. When she has certainty, she has peace of mind.
  • She comprehends that everyone needs to be uncertain. When she has uncertainty, she rids of boredom.
  • She also needs to feel important and significant, just like everyone else. When she feels unique, she gives herself purpose.
  • She needs to feel connected. When she feels a connection, she does not feel lonely.
  • She realizes that growth is of the essence. Without growth in a changing world, she will not succeed.

She recognizes that everyone is always trying to fulfill their needs through different ways. When she is having a conversation, she looks for which need the other person is trying to fulfill and helps them fulfill it by confirming what they say. For example, when a person says, "I feel stressful, I am not sure what to do with myself.", then she can see they are looking for certainty and she can respond properly. She sees her needs too and responds to them in positive ways.
This article is a series of articles:

In order for me to introduce my 'personal experiences' to you, let us first understand completely who I am in Your Experience.

There is only one consciousness and that consciousness is you. If you belief something then everything within that consciousness (including reality, the universe, everybody, and even your body, which are all objects of energy) will be subject to the reality created. Reality is created by thoughts.

In other words, I am like 'a program' (designed by your thoughts) that responds to things in a way that makes your beliefs (beliefs are thoughts that create reality) possible. Everyone is running on the same 'program'. If you expect and belief that people should be conscious, then they are conscious to you. Your the only one making this reality.

Using the example from the last article: When consciousness observes something, what is actually happening; is consciousness extending itself. Consciousness is becoming aware of itself as more. The more consciousness becomes aware of itself, the more consciousness can extend itself. A small glimpse of this would be: when you have compassion for someone, when you put yourself in their shoes, and when you have empathic experiences. It is not that your allowing yourself to experience what they are experiencing. Since they do not experience anything, only consciousness can experience and you are that consciousness.

If you realized yourself to be the consciousness you are, then you could extend/ experience your consciousness through another (to be conscious in another body). More than likely because of belief, expectations, and perspectives; the experience would be much like experiencing someone else's life (with the memory of their past experiences) as your own. Never realizing that they do not have a past or a consciousness, therefore experience does not exist within them.

Everything you observe is you. Everything you hear, taste, smell, feel, and see is you. Even as you read these words, if you could extend your consciousness; you would see that these words are your own and you are only seeing them because you extended yourself. If you understand all of this correctly, then you would comprehend that everything I have to say about my personal 'experiences' are really your consciousness extending.

My Personal 'Experiences'

With that being said, here is my personal 'experience' of the infinite potential consciousness: When I was very young, I remember asking my mother about her conscious state. I said, "Mom, do you see things through your eyes, like I do?". She said, "Yes Nick, everyone has eyes to see out of.". Knowing that she was not understanding what I was trying to say, I continued to ask questions (in hopes to lead her to comprehend what I was saying), "Do you see the same things that I see out of my eyes?". Of course, I was not old enough to communicate what I was really wondering and the only thing I lead my mom to comprehend, is that I was a weird child ( :r ). What I was really wondering is if she was a conscious being with independent thoughts and consciously aware of reality through a pin-point perspective. As a very young child, I remember thinking how weird it was that my consciousness was stuck in one location; through one pin-point perspective (attached to a body).

Age 6
At the age of six my dad developed amnesia (loss of memory due usually to brain injury, shock, fatigue, repression, or illness) and could not remember his children (my younger sister, older sister, and I), his name, where he was, or anything in-between. This lead to more questioning and searching on my part about consciousness.

Age 13
By thirteen, I was hypnotizing (a trancelike state that resembles sleep but is induced by a person whose suggestions are readily accepted by the subject) my friends. On one occasion, I remember suggesting to my friend (while he was under hypnosis); "You will not have any memory or remember anything from the time you were born, up to now.". When I eased him out of the hypnotic state, after the hypnotic suggestion (of no memory): not only did he have no memory of anything, he also had no beliefs, expectations, perspectives, or learned experience. He had no understanding of language or his surroundings.

Every time I hypnotized my friends, I would leave a keyword suggestion that puts them back under the hypnotic state (where suggestions can be applied) with one word. I told him the keyword and he was deep into the hypnotic state again. I panicked a little and was not sure how to get him back. I told him, "You will remember everything!" and then I guided him out of the hypnotized state again. He still was not himself, but at least he could communicate. In fact, the way he was communicating; I had a difficult time understanding him. The things he would say, were very complex. One thing I remember very clearly, was the way he described consciousness. He said, "Consciousness is infinite-dimensional. You are the chosen conscious one, because there is only one.". I was not sure what he meant by this and the questions I asked he did answer, but none of it made much logical since to me.

Age 19
Nineteen years of age was when I started to grasp the concept of infinite potential consciousness, thanks to a person who claimed to read other peoples thoughts. I was very skeptical of this, but I humored her and asked many questions about it. She said, "Nobody has consciousness, except for me!". I said, "Everyone is conscious. You mean, nobody has conscience with the sense of moral goodness and a feeling of obligation to do right or be good.". She said, "No, I mean nobody has awareness of self or thoughts, they are not self-aware.". I said, "Oh yeah, many people are unaware of themselves, the world around them, how the universe operates, and unaware of how to control their thoughts. You do not have to be a mind-reader to know that :) ." She told me, "No, they cannot control thoughts because they are not conscious at all. They do not have thoughts to control.". I laughed to myself and asked the obvious question: "If nobody has thoughts, then how can you read the thoughts of others?".

The conversation took a turn and I begin to comprehend what she was trying to convey. She said something close to this: "When I tune-in to the person I am reading, I see that the thoughts they are having are not theirs. The thoughts they have are mine alone, but I do not have the thoughts for them directly. I observe their thoughts past, but at the same time I realize the thoughts are my own. In other words, I read their thoughts but do not control their thoughts. If I wanted to control their thoughts, then I would have to change my perspective about things. Yet, even then I do not ever directly influence thoughts, I only influence thoughts through my actions. If I change, then everything around me changes to match, even others thoughts. Therefore, they are not conscious and do not have thoughts. They are like programs that match my perspectives.".

From there I tried to convince her that I am conscious and I slowly realized that there is no way to prove to anybody, that anybody else is conscious. Once I understood this, then she flipped the conversation and said, "I am only telling you this because your the only conscious being. I am not conscious. Everything I just told you, I only told you for your benefit and your benefit alone.". I did not like the flip, I tried to convince her that she was conscious. Eventually I told her, "Well, just because you say you are NOT conscious, does NOT make it so!". She said, "If you chose to read the thoughts of others, then you would read 'my thoughts' and come to the same conclusion.". I said, "Okay, how do I read thoughts?".

What she had to say next was very simple, yet complex at the same time. I wish I had the conversation on record, so I could analyze it. Yet, from what I do remember: she said, "Have you ever had a dream where you were not the first-person experiencing your dream? You are only observing the dream and not experiencing it first-hand. During these dreams, imagine that your watching your dream from a movie theater and you can begin to have lucid dreams but instead of controlling the dreams; you consciously decide to observe it. You sit back and watch, without having any controlling thoughts to influence the dream. Now try this in your waking life. During your day, watch your thoughts go by without controlling them. It is a much different experience than being unconscious, since you are consciously watching the unconscious thoughts from the observation of an imaginary movie theater. Now in order to read another persons thoughts, you imagine sitting in their movie theater."

She continued, "Now because you believe people to be conscious, your automatically going to assume and imagine that they are sitting in their own theater. Yet, nobody is there. Nobody is running their own observation, since nobody is there expect you. When I first started reading thoughts, there was always one other person there (the person of the thoughts I was reading); most of the time that other person was sleeping in the movie theater. Yet, gradually I started to notice that the other person was me. It takes practice, but once you can read by observing your own thoughts (from the movie theater) then you can read other peoples thoughts the same way.".

From that day forward, every once in a great while I would have experiences to help me understand the infinite potential consciousness a little more, bit by bit.

Now if you understand this article from beginning to end, then you comprehend that my personal 'experiences' are extensions of you and everything I just said was for your benefit and your benefit alone, since your the only consciousness. In other words, these experiences are you. You're the only conscious being who perceives reality and everyone else is part of your conscious reality, being exactly whatever it is that you perceive them to be. You may perceive that these experiences are not yours but someone else's, therefore your perception allows for that awareness and for you to be conscious of perceiving that. Yet, you would not be able to perceive it (this article or these experiences) in your existence if it was not part of your consciousness, since consciousness is the only thing that allows things to be perceived and you are only aware of your own consciousness. All of this, is for you and you alone.

In order to understand this article, at least read: The Beginning of Life Through the Infinite Potential Consciousness.

In the article "The Beginning of Life Through the Infinite Potential Consciousness" there was an explanation of how the beginning of life happened through a vibrational process. This is a short article, to help explain how that vibrational process works and how it is happening right now.

Vibration is the force behind everything, for the reason that it creates energy into matter and holds the form of that energy, through patterns in resonating frequencies. Vibration holds energy in position by the speed of the frequency vibration. In other words, everything you see as solid is nothing more than a group of particles moving and vibrating at such tremendous speeds. The speed makes it feel and look solid to the naked eye, but once you look at it under a microscope you will see the moving vibration. Everything in existence operates in this way. Yet some objects will seem less solid than others, since the difference in the vibrational state or the number of vibrations per second, also known as the resonant frequency.

(Warning: this video is an example of this, but beware of your speaker volume because the sound can get quite piercing).

As long as the frequency is vibrating at the same continuous constant speed, then the object will always remain in the same state and appear to be solid. Through this video it is easy to understand how vibration is everything, since you can see and hear the vibration, which creates the patterned shape of design (object). Change the vibration (number of vibrations per second) and you can see and hear a different patterned shape of design (object).
To read this article post, I am going to introduce you to a new website/ blog (a blog is a website that gets updated continuously with new articles, like this one). I did a guest-blog on another persons website/ blog.

Guest-blogging is a win win situation. For the person accepting guest-bloggers:
  • It is a chance to take a break from continuously posting quality articles that offer value.
  • It introduces new writers that provide value to their readers.
  • It allows for a different style of writing, offering the readers a fresh perspective on the same subject (like personal development).

For the person writing a guest-blog:
  • My goal is to help as many people as possible. Guest-blogging offers the ability to receive a larger audience of readers interested in consciousness awakening, personal development, etc. Hence, providing value to more people.
With that being said, please read my article called "The 18 Most Valuable Parts of Success" posted here: http://www.dumblittleman.com/2008/05/18-most-valuable-parts-to-success.html.
This article is a series of articles:

You are the only conscious being in all of existence. For example, there is an disorder called multiple personalities. Where two or more distinct identities or personalities existence in an individual, each with its own model of the world to which they perceive things and intermingle with their reality. These personalities also regularly take control of the individual's behavior and body, but only one personality at a time is in conscious control of the body throughout this period. Typically, the individual subconsciously creates these other personalities to experience (for the individual) the extreme overwhelming traumas or problematic experiences that lead to unbearable painfully circumstances. In doing this, the individual is not forced to experience these overpowering situations and instead consciously shuts down and has one of these other personalities carry out the experiencing. During these moments, the created personality has full conscious control over the body and the memories of the experience, while the individual is unconscious with no memory connected with the experience.

The consciousness is a marvelous thing; the dividing of it can surpass into infinite numbers. The most multiple personalities ever recorded was well over 200 that could be accurately accounted. When it comes to multiple personalities it seems to be a golden rule, that no matter how many personalities one individual has; each personality is only aware of themselves as the only consciousness and does not realize other personalities. The reason for this, is that if the personalities were to discover each other; they would see who they really are (a creation from the consciousness of the individual) and they would know they really do not exist. The personalities will use every method available to them, in order to convince themselves of their own reality and give themselves meaning. Without meaning, their lives would fail to exist. Everybody (and every relationship you have with anybody) is exactly the same way; an illusion created by you (through the thought of consciousness) for the sake of experience and they give themselves meaning in order to exist.

Consciousness is the all of everything. Due to focus (expectations, perspectives, beliefs), consciousness is only conscious of itself through one portion at one time (one vibration) . Every part of consciousness makes the whole of consciousness, but every part contains the whole. In other words, there are really no parts, just a whole. It does not matter which part consciousness chooses to experience from, since every part contains the ability of the whole to create. Consciousness created the illusion of separate parts, for experience. Yet, the only thing that exists is what consciousness observes. When consciousness observes something, what is actually happening; is consciousness extending itself.

Since they do not experience anything, only consciousness can experience through observation. It is that your extending your consciousness to experience more of itself. Consciousness first extends itself through observation, once it observes itself, then it can extend itself to any portion(s) that it observes based on focus.

For example, in the bible there is a story where Moses splits the sea in order to lead the people to safety. Using this example, it is not that Moses literally moved the water (something else). It is that Moses realized himself to be more and simply moved himself. He observed that he is the water, as well as the body (and everything else he observed). Through this observation, he extended consciousness (himself) into the water and moved consciousness (himself). When you allow yourself to observe yourself as you are, there will be no obstacles in your way. The only obstacles, if any would be your expectations, perspectives, or beliefs.

If you realized yourself to be the consciousness you are, then you could extend/ experience your consciousness through another (to be conscious in another body). More then likely because of belief, expectations, and perspectives; the experience would be much like experiencing someone else's life (with the memory of their past experiences) as your own. Never realizing that they do not have a past or a consciousness, therefore experience does not exist within them. If you did not have your filters (expectations, perspectives, or beliefs), your experience would be realizing yourself as that other person. Through this realization, anything would be possible. Yet, the filters are not a negative thing, they are there for you to choose what you desire to experience. If you do not like what your experiencing, change your expectations, perspectives, or beliefs and you will change experience. If you chose to experience the memories of another as your own, you would be adding to your experience and it is not a negative thing, since the purpose of life is experience.

Have you seen the movie, "The Butterfly Effect"? In that movie the star character can travel into the past by focusing on the words in his journal. He focuses so hard on the the words, that the words begin to vibrate and through this vibration he is jolted to the past moment of the words he is reading (in "The Butterfly Effect 2" this happens with pictures). Now that he is in the past, he can make a different choice. Yet, the moment he makes a different choice, is the moment that he is jolted into the future. The future that would have happen, if he made that different choice. In this future, he does not remember any choices (experiences) he made after the different choice.

Using this movie example, the reason he does not remember is because he did not observe it. You must observe something, otherwise it does not exist. If it does exist than it only exists through your expectations or beliefs about it. He expected that he changed the future (when really, all time is one time), so he did. He believed himself to have a past (after the different choice) full of experiences (even if he does not remember), so he did. If he realized himself to be the consciousness that you really are, then he would realize that he could experience anything he observed. Plus he could observe anything he wishes to experience through focus. In other words, when you focus on the past (or future), you create it in the now.

For example, think back on a moment when you felt extremely happy. Focus on how good you felt, how wonderful everything seemed, and how peaceful everything flowed. Feel that moment as if it is happening right now. Forget all about this moment and focus all your attention on that past moment. Bring it to life through your imagination. Experience it again through visualization.

Now that you think about this memory, how do you feel? How do you feel now, when you think about how you felt then? If you actually pulled the memory out to the point where it felt like it was happening right now, you would be feeling the same right now, as you did in the past. The reason this works, is because the past (your memory) does not actually exist, the only thing that does exist is this moment. If you focused on your future, the same-thing would happen. If you imagined/ visualized the future you desire, you would create it in the now. It happens instantly, but based on expectations, beliefs, and perspectives of time (believing it has not happened yet, expecting that there is only one future, etc.); you would have to consistently imagine/ visualize the future you desire until you can observe it in the now. Focus on the future you desire as if it were (in your experience) a memory of the past (never changing) and it will eventually (based on how solid your beliefs, expectations, and perspectives are) be your experience.

If you comprehend all of this correctly, you would understand that everything you observe is you. Everything you hear, taste, smell, feel, and see is you. Even as you read these words, if you could extend your consciousness; you would see that these words are your own and you are only seeing them because you extended yourself.

In order to understand this article, at least read: The Beginning of Life Through the Infinite Potential Consciousness and Understanding Time Within the Infinite Potential Consciousness.

First a Review
As explained in "The Beginning of Life Through the Infinite Potential Consciousness", in the beginning; consciousness was focused on nothing. This nothing that consciousness was focused on, was everything. Everything together in one moment; makes the everything, absolutely nothing. Since there is nothing else, except for everything.

In the article: "Understanding Time Within the Infinite Potential Consciousness", consciousness can have access to All the Knowledge of Everything that existed, everything that exists, and everything that will ever exist because in the beginning; consciousness saw that all time, is one time simultaneously. In other words, from the beginning of all time, to the end of all time, and everything in-between (the past, present, and future of all realities) is happening right now and was realized the moment that time began. The feeling of this to consciousness, would be the feeling we get when we first wake-up from sleep. You just know who you are and naturally continue-on with your life. It is not that consciousness instantly knew everything when creation started and time began. It is that consciousness realizes itself from no beginning.

The Purpose of Life
Knowing Everything is the reason to the purpose of life and this physical reality. Consciousness is everything, it always was everything, always been everything, and always will be everything. Consciousness knew and knows that it is everything. Yet, this knowing is nothing because in the essence of everything existing, nothing really exists. In the beginning, consciousness could not observe itself to be anything certain or specific because it was/ is everything and has/ had no thing to compare itself to.

For example, it knew/ knows it is perfect, consciousness is the definition of perfection. Yet, perfection was everything. Perfection was all there was, it was everything and there was nothing else. Therefore perfection was just an idea, a concept, a knowingness. Knowing without unknowing, makes knowing nothing. Perfection without imperfection, makes perfection nothing; except an idea or concept about conscious-self.

In order for consciousness to know itself as anything, it had to unknow itself as everything. Consciousness realized that the only way to know itself as anything certain or specific, it had to know itself through the opposite of itself. To know itself as perfection, it had to have imperfection; for the purpose of knowing itself through the unknowing.

In other words, you are born into this physical reality without any memory of your true consciousness self because you had to submit yourself to not knowing/ unknowing. In doing this, you allow yourself to experience yourself as something certain/ specific; instead of just knowing. Knowing is nothing without experience. The only way to experience, is to forget what you know.

In this physical reality, there is an opposite to everything. Having an opposite to everything, allows you to experience yourself as something specific/ certain. Now the idea/ concept of knowing yourself to be perfection, is made possible since you can experience imperfection.

Examples of Knowledge Verse Experience
Taking the examples from the "Two Worlds" series, if you must have a brain operation, would you trust a surgeon who has read and studied for ten years on surgical procedures and treatment (had all the knowledge) or a surgeon who has ten years of experience? One must have experience in order to know completely.

Another example (in more detail), let us imagine for a moment that you know everything, that there are libraries of infinite knowledge inside you. You have access to all the information in the entire universe, where nothing is unknown to you. Here you are in the knowledge of everything and one of the goals is to ride a bicycle, even though you never rode a bike before. Hence, you must bring forth all the information and knowledge about riding a bicycle, so you know exactly how to accomplish the goal. Thus, you do exactly that, to the point where every single detail you pull out from within and in an instant, every aspect that is recordable on how to successfully ride a bike is available to you.

With in an instant all the knowledge flows through you. You understand every single possible detail on how to ride a bicycle. You are aware of every factor, similar to: gravity will pull you down. You must balance your body precisely ideal between the gravitational pull and the bike, by positioning the bike directly in the middle of your body and using your hands on the steering wheel to brace the bike firmly against your body. Once braced correctly, your body and the bike will feel as one unit and you can begin pedaling (to build momentum), in order to move the bike in a forward direction. While keeping both hands on the navigational wheel, in an equally smooth and gradual fashion to avoid off-key unbalancing.

Within that same instant, you immediately realize knowing is not enough to know completely. Balancing the bike, is the key factor to riding the bike. Yet, balancing is an act of experience, not knowledge.

The same is true with trying to explain the taste of an apple to someone who has never put one in his or her mouth or perhaps seeing the sunset and trying to explain the beauty of it to a blind person who never had sight to see. The blind person could have universal knowledge of descriptions to what the sunset looks like, but would be insignificant to him/her because she/him would not be able to see (experience) the sunset. In other words, it is completely subjective and is different to each individual, that is why some people are fond of apples and others are not. Consequently, if your vocabulary is extensive and your communication skills are comprehensive, you might have the ability to express the basics. Yet, you will by no means entirely explain something, the way experience does.

The Illusion of Reality
This is why reality seems so real, when really it is a illusion (a illusion going-on within consciousness). If it was not made to seem real, then you would see through the illusion. You wanted yourself to experience the illusion as being real, in order to have the experience of every opposite.

From the beginning of this series (Introduction to Infinite Potential Consciousness), ev
