Here you learn, in a fun relaxed environment how to taste wine like the professionals. You learn about oxidised wines, corked wines and what to do when you are served one. From the tasting, you choose a wine that you want to make, and the experience moves on to wine making. Under our supervision you make the wine of your choice. You then leave it in our capable hands to ferment and return 8 weeks later to bottle, cork and foil your very own chateau!
