ZDNet Reviews for Computer Peripherals -- your up-to-date feed of reviews of business hardware and software. Mon, 25 Aug 2008 18:05:00 +0200 If you're willing to pay the price for beautiful looks and loads of connection options in a 30-inch LCD monitor, you'll like what you get with the Dell 3008WFP. You may be less enthused with this display, however, after experiencing its lackluster color performance and low black levels when watching movies.

The ESP5 is too expensive and suffers from too many mechanical deficiencies for us to give it our CNET stamp of approval.

If you're shopping for a convenient travel-friendly printer, check out the Canon Selphy CP760 that offers the exact same technology with a similar style for a better price.
attached file: type: image/gif size: 6.05 KB here Tue, 22 Jul 2008 11:22:00 +0200 High brightness and a low price make the 24-inch Acer P241w immediately appealing, as does its unique bezel design, but we found its brightness came at the expense of deep colors and blacks. There's another low-cost 24-inch LCD we prefer.
attached file: type: image/gif size: 6.05 KB here Tue, 15 Jul 2008 19:07:00 +0200 The Brother MFC-7440N prints quickly and is fairly inexpensive to sustain, but we simply can't get behind a printer with poor quality graphics, significant hardware defects, and a boring design.
attached file: type: image/gif size: 6.05 KB here Tue, 01 Jul 2008 10:58:00 +0200 With its offset neck and thin chassis, the BenQ V2400W presents a unique look. In addition to the sleek design, its low price and strong performance earn this 24-inch LCD our recommendation for home or office use.
