GW Bush has secretly written another TRILLION dollars into our National Debt. A whopping $984 billion to be exact. "The administration held a grand signing ceremony last Wednesday to celebrate the tax cut bill, a marginally worthwhile piece of legislation that does reduce income taxes slightly. The East Room of the White House was awash with cabinet members, Congressmen, Senators, administration staffers, supporters, and news media of every kind, all gathered for a perfect political photo-op. One day earlier, however, the President signed another bill into law without fanfare of any kind. There was no press conference, no cameras, and no ceremony whatsoever. In fact, the White House issued only the briefest comment on this particular bill, even though it affects the American people far more than the modest tax cut bill. The reason for the silence? The President had just approved a whopping $984 billion increase in the national debt, the single-largest increase in our nation’s history. This was hardly a proud moment for the President or Congress, so the White House understandably kept the whole matter very quiet. For perspective, this latest debt limit increase of nearly one trillion dollars is as large as the entire federal budget in 1985." [ read more ]
Fluoride is BAD for you. The government adds it to our water and [indirectly] hundreds of over the counter products for a reason. To further lock you into "the system". Not quite as horrifying as Aspartame or MSG, Fluoride has been proven over the last 50 years to "kick start" over 20 different mainstream diseases and "syndromes". Check this out ..

We could get rid of inflation, eliminate our National debt forever, and even bring an end to World Wars if we.. Pay off our National debt with debt-free US Notes (such as what President Lincoln tried to do for us) Abolish Fractional Reserve Banking; As the debt is paid off, the reserve requirements of all banks and financial institutions would be raised proportionally at the same time to absorb the new US Notes which would be deposited and become the banks' increased reserves. Repeal the Federal Reserve Act Withdraw the USA from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Bank for International Settlements (BIS), and the World Bank. Vote Ron Paul (R-TX) for President 2008. He is the only candidate who has vowed to abolish the Federal Reserve and IRS!! See 3:11:00 on the Money Masters video.
Truckers nationwide are about to go on strike this coming week, stock up on food supplies now. New York City for example has only a 72 hour food supply for the entire city. Your little city will be much less. Whether this pans out or not, it wouldn't hurt to go do your shopping RIGHT NOW. The truck drivers in this country are striking because the Bush Administration has just decided to open the border of this country to illegal Mexican truckers, un-searched, due to their newly signed "Pan-American Union" and "SPP". Mexicans will be picking up and delivering loads nationwide, and I can guarantee you they will be carrying a lot more than just "cargo" in their trucks. Please tell everyone you know about this and go do your shopping RIGHT NOW.
Ron Paul is the ONLY Presidential Candidate who has vowed to abolish the 'Federal' Reserve and IRS. Vote Ron Paul (R-TX) for President 2008! Learn more about Ron Paul here ..
People who attempt to resist the new National ID Card (mandatory by May 11, 2008) will not be allowed to leave their home state, or the country. This new GPS-enabled, RFID tracker-chip embedded card will be disguised as "your new driver's license". Remember when IBM numbered all of the Jews? The media is already pushing the advertisements on us, and telling us that it's for our security. Those that do not want the card can also opt to have the chip implanted in their right hand. The "Real ID Act" is the final piece of the cashless society, the new "Amero Dollar", and at the same time dissolves the borders within the United States. In addition, illegal immigrants can now open bank accounts without the new ID system whatsoever. Total economic collapse is imminent. Protest the Real ID Act in your state, educate your political leaders!
There are 14 types of Democracies. The United States is no longer one of them. The 14 types are the Anticipatory democracy, Athenian democracy, Consensus democracy, Deliberative democracy, Direct democracy, Illiberal democracy, Liberal democracy, Non-partisan democracy, Participatory democracy, Representative democracy, Republican democracy, Social democracy, Soviet democracy, and Demarchy. Due to Patriot Acts 1, 2, and 3, the Military Commissions Act, the Federal Reserve (a private bank!), the Anti-Hate Bill, the Civil Suppression Bill, the Pan-American Union and SPP, the NAFTA Superhighway, the National ID card (with RFID chip implants), and so on.. -the US Government is now making decisions, creating laws, and hiring anyone they wish without the consent of the people, and in a few cases without the approval of Congress. Ask Ron Paul (my vote for the next President of the United States). He vows to abolish the fraudulent Federal Reserve, IRS, and a slew of Acts and Bills that the current Administration has pushed through.
There are another 60 reasons on how to defend yourself against the IRS now available.. Sixty Income Tax Realities There are different statutes for different taxes. That is why it is important to read the statutes, to understand them, to know what they say, and learn how the IRS interprets law that needs no interpretation. The federal income tax as it is applied is unconstitutional because it is being applied as a "direct tax" which must be apportioned among the states in accordance with the census. The income tax cannot apply to individual citizens directly, because that would be a "direct tax" prohibited by the Constitution. And the income tax does NOT apply to individual citizens directly; it does so indirectly making the tax an excise tax. The income tax can apply to wages, because that would be a "excise tax" which must be Uniform in accordance with the Constitution. But nowhere in the law are wages specifically included in gross income as defined by 26USC §61A, nor is it clear which wages are and which wages are not, as the term wages is defined to mean several different things in several different sections of the law, for several different taxes. Wages can be taxed because the receipt of wages is the result of exercising a government granted privilege, or participating in a privileged occupation. Working for a living is not a privileged occupation. Our labor is our property, and so a tax on labor would be a tax on property and a "direct tax" within the meaning of the Constitution. The laborer does not receive labor from another source, he is the source. If you picked up a rock and sold it for $5 then you would have income of $5, as you had a cost of $0 for the rock. You can not separate the laborer from the labor. Labor is not something which the laborer picks up, it is of the laborer. The idea that a person has zero cost in the labor they sell is a flawed idea embraced by the IRS. For a person to have zero cost in the labor they sell, there has to be capital that can accrue and grow. There is no capital involved in selling ones own labor, as the labor is the capital. The exercise of a fundamental right cannot be taxed and the right to work is a fundamental right reserved to the citizens of the United States by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. However, working for the government is not a fundamental right, nor is working in the USA by a foreigner or a foreign corporation, a fundamental right and both can be taxed - and they are; see 26USC Subtitle A, Chapter 3, §1461. The power to tax income is not the 16th amendment; it is Article 1, section 8, clause 1. Congress may have the power to tax all incomes, however, it has NOT done so. Income cannot be taxed unless the source of the income is first determined because congress has not taxed all income! Determining the source is critical and there are several Federal cases that prove this. Most recent, is US v Murphy. According to the IRS, every penny you receive, is income. According to the US Supreme court, the IRS definition of income is irrelevant as they the USSC, have decided what the definition of income is. The 16th Amendment is ineffective because it does not expressly repeal any provision of Article I Section 8, Clause 1, of the Constitution. True, but not complete. The 16th didn't change Article 1, section 8, clause 1 nor did it change any of the other taxing power limitations. This is why the Supreme court at the time of its adoption, called it the "do nothing amendment". The 16th Amendment gave Congress no new power to tax - absolutely TRUE. The 16th Amendment was not properly ratified - maybe, and maybe not, but does it matter, in light of the above 2 paragraphs? The 16th Amendment does not define the word "income", and thus it is impossible to know what it refers to, without looking at the US Supreme court cases dealing with such matters. This alone, should be grounds to have the law declared void for vagueness. The income tax cannot unilaterally apply to all people outside of the District of Columbia , the territories of the United States , and the forts and military bases of the United States , because the federal government has extremely limited jurisdiction outside of those "federal areas." The income tax cannot apply to natural-born "sovereign state citizens" at the time of their birth, because they are not involved in an excise taxable activity. Living as a man or woman, is not a taxable event; however, if that person becomes involved in an activity that is subject to an excise tax, no matter where they are, the tax can apply. The federal income tax as it its currently administered by the IRS, amounts to a deprivation of property without due process and without just compensation, which is contrary to the 5th Amendment to the constitution, WHEN the administration of the law, is done without checks and balances, and when citizens do not have the right to seek judicial review BEFOR their property (their pay) is taken from them without their consent. The federal income tax does not apply to all wages,..
Congressmen Michael McNulty (D-NY) and Dave Camp (R-MI) today introduced legislation to stimulate investment in America's most abundant renewable resource - solar power. The Solar Energy Industries Association praised Reps. McNulty and Camp for sponsoring the "Securing America's Energy Independence Act." The bill would extend solar energy investment tax credits for homeowners and businesses through 2016. The credits are currently set to expire next year. "The Securing America's Energy Independence Act represents a pro-growth path toward developing clean, domestic solar energy," said Rhone Resch, SEIA president. "American taxpayers want to invest in technologies that create jobs, reduce emissions, lower our energy bills, and keep our energy dollars here in the United States. We commend Congressmen McNulty and Camp for proposing a bill that helps meet all of these goals with solar power." "I am proud to sponsor this bipartisan legislation with my colleague Rep. David Camp," McNulty said. "At a time when the high cost of energy continues to be a serious economic concern for most Americans, it is crucial that we continue to invest in these technologies which exhibit enormous potential for helping the United States achieve energy independence. This investment has the potential to create thousands of high-paying jobs, strengthen our nation's energy security, and help American consumers save money on their energy bills." "I look forward to working with SEIA and my colleagues in the House of Representatives in approving the Securing America's Energy Independence Act," said Congressman Camp. "This bill will help further the goal of reducing America's dependence on fossil fuels and promoting greater consumer demand for affordable, clean, renewable energy. I am committed to policies that help the solar industry gain a greater foothold in the United States. I believe the Securing America's Energy Independence Act will help achieve this result." The Energy Policy Act of 2005 provided a 30% tax credit for solar systems purchased for both residential and business applications. However, these credits will expire after two years without legislative remedy, a term too short to encourage significant industry growth. A long-term extension is essential to reducing the cost of solar energy, as it would create market conditions that allow solar companies to make investments and drive down costs through economies of scale. A longer duration will also be needed to help stimulate the development of large-scale concentrating solar power projects. SEIA estimated that a long-term credit extension would create approximately 55,000 solar industry jobs by 2016 and encourage states to invest billions of dollars in renewable energy infrastructure. Solar energy would displace four trillion cubic feet of natural gas under the bill, saving American consumers $32 billion over equipment lifetimes. "The United States has the best solar resources in the industrialized world, and we should be a world leader in developing technologies that put these resources to work for all Americans," said SEIA's Resch. "This bill strengthens America's economic future as well as our energy security. It will stimulate economic investment and create high-quality renewable industry jobs in every state across the U.S." * The Securing America's Energy Independence Act includes the following provisions, to take effect for all equipment installed retroactive to January 1, 2007 and going forward: Residential Solar Tax Credit: Extends a 30-percent tax credit, created in the Energy Policy Act of 2005, for the purchase of residential solar water heating, photovoltaic (PV) equipment, and fuel cell property. Changes the maximum credit to $1,500 for each half-kilowatt of capacity for solar PV equipment and $1,000 for each kilowatt of capacity for fuel cells. Credits may be taken against the alternative minimum tax. Expires after December 31, 2016. Business Solar Tax Credit and Fuel Cell Tax Credit: Extends a 30-percent business credit, established in the Energy Policy Act of 2005, for the purchase of fuel cell power plants, solar energy property, and fiber-optic property used to illuminate the inside of a structure. Changes the maximum credit to $1,500 for each half-kilowatt of capacity for solar PV equipment. Credits may be taken against the alternative minimum tax. Expires after December 31, 2016. Accelerated Depreciation: Creates a three-year accelerated depreciation period for all solar equipment eligible for the business solar tax credit.
