By all means this should be The Father's Day Episode of The Scene, however Tattoo Todd was completely unaware that Father's Day was coming when he produced the show. With that being said spotlighted in this week's show with one song each are 2008 Scene Band of The Year Power Kor (Rock/DeLand, FL.), The Sweet Kings (Ska/DeLand, FL.), 20WT (Island Metal/Jacksonville, FL.), Heathen Child (Metal/Orlando, FL.), Dish (Alternative/ DeLand, FL.), Crashrocket (Rock/Daytona Beach, FL.), Of Truth And Stories (Disbanded New Rock), Splintered Soul (Hard Rock/Sanford, FL.) This Wed. Feb 27th is the last Scene live show at Finnegan's in Daytona and the last Live show until we find some new sponsors. Because everyone has asked I will answer all of you now...Tim quit paying 95.7 WHOG money for the radio time about a year ago. I am surprised we lasted on air as long as we have and we owe it to Frank Scott WHOG Program Director. Frank believes in this show as much as you and I do and has allowed me to drop Finnegan's as a sponsor in order to keep the show on the air. Listen to episode 89 on this Sunday Feb. 24th on 95.7 WHOG or www.whog.fm from 8=9pm for more details. I need everyone humanly possible to come to our last live show and make it the biggest ever! I really want Tim to see just how much he has thrown away, not to mention this will be your last chance to see me and my Scene Bands for a while. See you Wed. the 27th-Rock the fuck on!
This week's Episode includes three songs each and interviews from Funkatron (Funk Rock/Gainseville, FL.) and Splintered Soul (Hard Rock/Orlando, FL.) BOTH OF WHICH WILL BE PLAYING OUR LAST LIVE SHOW AS STATED ABOVE. Also spotlighted on this week's show with one song each are Fick (Rock/Gainseville, FL.), Black Market Diamond (Alternative/Daytona Beach, FL.), Power Kor (Rock/DeLand, FL.) and of course Sly Poonce (Funk Rock/Jacksonville, FL.).    I was sick as a dog and just hours out of jail when I recorded and produced this week's show. So no one can question my dedication to the Local Music Scene. This week's feature bands with three songs each and interviews are The Seven Sisters (Indie/Orlando, FL.) and Scratch (Rock/Deltona,FL.). Both of which will be playing Wednesday November 28th at Finnegan's in Daytona. This week's show is also the One Year Anniversary of Harmony coming out and supporting the bands at the live concert. Harmony drives two hours each way every week to do so. I thought it only fitting to let her pick the first song out of the gate. Harmony picked "What You Did" by Carnevil (Metal/Orlando,FL.). I also have a special dedication to my girlfriend Darlene via Rev. Jim Wizard and J-Rock (Acoustic/Daytona Beach,FL.) and of course the Official Scene Outro Song by Sly Poonce (Funk Rock / Jacksonville,FL.). Sit back and enjoy my sickly voice and the great tunes in store for you in this episode!

What a show I have in store for you this week! Featured on this week's episode with three songs each and interviews are Scene Newcomer 3 Shot Greeting (Solo Acoustic/ Deltona, FL.) plus Scene Veterans and Fan Favorites Infury8 (New Rock/Edgewater, FL.). Of course both bands will be performing live Wednesday Nov. 21st at Finnegan's Daytona. November 21st is a very important day to me that I have been celebrating for the past seven years. On Thanksgiving Eve in 2000 my life was changed forever and those of you close enough to me know why, know how important this day is.
