Apple Mill has been producing fine products for decades (est. 1927) at their mill located in Saluda North Carolina. Apple Mill fruit butters are made from the entire fruit (skin, pulp, seeds, etc.) using a process that extracts all of the flavor and nutrients and uses this during the cooking process. Unused parts of the fruit, like seeds or apple cores (for apple butter) are pressed and the juice is added back into the cooking kettle. Since the kettle never contains the actual stems, cores or seeds, there are no off flavors produced during the cooking process. Two games in one.
The first game, solitare, is the big brother of the triangle game seen in restaurants. Supposedly invented by a French Count in the 18th century, the goal is to jump/remove marbles until there is only one left. The second game, Fox and Geese, is one of the 'Tafl' class games. The Vikings knew it as Hala-tafl. The first written reference of this game is about 1300 A.D. in the Icelandic Sagas. Fox and Geese uses a red marble (the fox) and blue marbles (the geese). The geese try to trap the fox and the fox tries to get the geese off the board. Instructions for both games on the back. Each game is about 10" square and comes with all the marbles needed. Available in wormy chestnut (shown above) or walnut (shown below).  A stirring spatula available as either left or right handed. Made from solid birds eye maple and finished with walnut oil, an edible oil, used in producing this handmade wooden kitchenware.
