Subject: globetrotter Posted: Tue Sep 02, 2008 12:50 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 0 As a globetrotter, I am particular about places that I want to go. I want to visit those with mysteries that surround them. Several examples would be the Bermuda Triangle, yeti, Atlantis, Shang-RiLa; name it, and for sure, Ill have it in my list of places to go. But I have been meaning to go to Bermuda. Personally, it makes me thirst for more adventure. But a Bermuda vacation is something that would really cost a lot, for not only does the mystery attract the tourists but also the beautiful paradise that Bermuda is. _________________ bermuda travel package Sun, 23 Nov 2008 15:53:05 +0100 Author: miakaye

Subject: buy ferry tickets in Venice Posted: Tue Dec 11, 2007 9:56 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 1 Hi We plan to visit Venice next June and I'm trying to work out if we need to buy ferry tickets (be there for 3 days, staying at a camp site in Punta Sabbione and getting the ferry into Venice each day) before we arrive or if we can buy daily or 3 day tickets once we're there? I know you can buy them before you go but have heard of problems with getting the actual ticket once you're there. Have yet to find anything about buying the tickets once we're at Venice or at Punta Sabbione. Any advice would be very welcome - if I can sort this out before we go it'll be one less thing to worry about. Thanks Sun, 23 Nov 2008 15:53:05 +0100 Author: goldrake75
Posted: Tue Dec 11, 2007 9:55 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 1 I would guess that the Eastern costal route is kept clear, if indeed it even gets any snow. i havent had any problems with snow so far, on high mountain roads in Feb i have seen signs of past problems. I reckon you will be OK on main roads. Take chains? _________________ www.accommodationz.com - Looking for an hotel in Europe? Subject: Advice on driving to Spain. Posted: Tue Dec 11, 2007 9:54 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 1 I'm going to be driving to Spain in late December, stopping at Benidorm to visit relatives, then a few days visiting friends in Grenada. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a route as i'm a little concerned that there may be snow on the roads (motorways) through the pyrenees, and thought that maybe someone could suggest an alternative route, or maybe someone has travelled the route in winter. Thanks in advance. Sun, 23 Nov 2008 15:53:05 +0100 Author: goldrake75
Posted: Tue Dec 11, 2007 9:52 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 1 Meridiana is the main carrier out of Olbia, but they don't have Olbia-Naples in their winter timetable. With Meridiana via Cagliare. There are no direct NAP-OLB flights. _________________ www.accommodationz.com - Looking for an hotel in Europe? Posted: Mon Nov 05, 2007 9:32 am (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 1 I'm not surprised. France still seems to shut down on Sundays (and all public holidays, of which there are many). Nearly all supermarkets, restaurants etc. are closed, even buying fuel can be a problem. In this respect it's rather like Britain was 40 years ago. Sun, 23 Nov 2008 15:53:05 +0100 Author: Anonymous
