Well today I will be reviewing the first of 3 flavors of the new 8.4 ounce All In Energy Drink. The niche that All In Energy Drinks are filling is the poker market. That's right, this drink is even the sponsor of the extremely popular World Series of Poker. Now I am an avid Poker Player, but in all honesty, there is no way I could make a living doing it. So instead I will review all 3 of the new All In Energy Drink flavors, Citrus, Root Beer and Grape which I will be reviewing today. Oh yeah, did I mention that all 3 flavors are sugar free, and that each 8.4 ounce can only has 10 calories? Anyways, onto the kick and taste review. All In Energy Drink Review - Grape: Taste Alright, as some of you may heard me mention before, Sugar Free Energy Drinks can be hit or miss in the taste category. Fortunately for the All In Grape Energy Drink, they seem to have nailed the formula down pretty good, and that's no bluff. So there is no sugar, but the grape taste falls just short of a sugary kool aid grape flavor. Now the taste is not original, there are several other Ed's that have a grape flavor, but it definitely hits the spot. Taste Rating - 8.8 All In Energy Drink Review - Grape: Kick So the grape flavor is pretty good, especially for being sugar free, but will it provide the focus and energy you need to win an all night hold em' game? Well, I didn't test out the poker theory since I didn't feel like losing any money (not that I would ever gamble for money), but with energy ingredients that include: taurine, caffeine, b-vitamins and ginseng I definitely felt a worthy kick. If all in made a 16 ounce drink I would have been thrilled with the kick. The 8.4 ounce All In did deliver a good kick, but it was only slightly better than market leader Red Bull. However, I did feel more focused, which would come in handy in a poker game, whereas a jittery overdose of caffeine would not. So the kick suits the market... Kick Rating - 8.2 All In Energy Drink Review - Grape: Final Judgment Decent flavor and a decent kick. I love that it is sugar free... I mean would you want a sugar crash right in the middle of a 4 hour poker tournament? My last review was on the Chocolate Buzz bites, and I was pretty impressed. So, I thought I would go ahead and inhale some more caffeine, just for you readers, and try out the Mint Chocolate flavor from Buzz Bites. I mean, what's another 100 milligrams of caffeine for the day right.... These chews cost $3.00 so each piece costs $0.50, which is not too bad for the energy you get for them. Onto the review of the Buzz Bites Mint Chocolate Chews. For More Info Visit:Vending Machines Buzz Bites Mint Chocolate Energy Chews: Taste Alright, I liked the plain Chocolate flavor from my prior review of the chews, but as I mentioned I am not a huge fan of chocolate, so I was really looking forward to trying the Mint Chocolate Chew. Turns out it tastes fairly similar to an Andes Mint. If you have not had one of them all I can say is that the addition of the mint flavor is a definite plus as it masks any and all medicinal aftertaste from the energy ingredients. Nice improvement! Taste Rating - 8.9 Buzz Bites Mint Chocolate Energy Chews: Kick Alright, they improved the taste quite a bit. However, the energy and kick from this chew is the same as the last one I tried. Which by the way is nothing to shy away from as each individual chew has 100 milligrams of caffeine, which is actually 25% more caffeine than what's in a Red Bull. Along with the caffeine comes ginseng, taurine and b-vitamins. The best part is that the chew will only set you back $0.50! As I also mentioned in my prior review of Buzz Bites, I am somewhat of a energy junky so I had two of these and the kick was phenomenal, especially for $1.00! Kick Rating - 8.5 Buzz Bites Mint Chocolate Energy Chews: Final Judgment Well I reviewed both flavors and the mint chocolate flavor is my favorite. I also like the compact design of the tin, the price tag and the energy ingredients from these little chews. I recommend trying one of these out... I mean each tin will give you 600 milligrams of caffeine plus all the other energy ingredients (just don't eat them all at once), not bad at all for the price. Final Judgment - 9.0 (extra points for price!) For More Info Visit:Vending Machines ![]() Cost: $3.00 Cost Per Ounce:$0.50 per piece Active Ingredients:Caffeine, Taurine, Ginseng, B-Vitamins Taste Rating:8.6 Kick Rating:8.5 Final Judgment Rating:8.8 Energy Drink Ratings Explained Buzz Bites Chocolate Energy Chews: Well today I took a break from adding to my arsenal of Energy Drinks reviewed to try out the new Buzz Bites Energy Chews. They come in two flavors, chocolate and mint chocolate. The package is a nicely designed tin that features 6 individually wrapped pieces. The tin costs $3.00 so each piece costs $0.50. In this review I will be trying the chocolate flavor, stay tuned for the mint review shortly. So let's find out how these Buzz Bites energy chews hold up against the competition... I know one thing, I like the price already. For More Info Visit: Vending Machines Buzz Bites Chocolate Energy Chews: Taste In all honesty when I first got these energy chews I was not expecting much in the taste category. First off, I am not a huge fan of chocolate. Second, how do you make something taste good when you cram it full of vitamins and energy ingredients? Well, I am not sure how Buzz Bites did it, but they did. It took less than a minute for me to chew and swallow the tiny energy chew, but the chocolate flavor was pretty good. There was a small hint of medicinal flavoring, but far less than what I was expecting. Taste Rating - 8.6 Buzz Bites Chocolate Energy Chews: Kick So the taste is pretty good, but will this tiny energy chew deliver any kick? Well each individual piece (remember 6 pieces per tin) has 100 milligrams of caffeine, which is actually 25% more caffeine than a Red Bull. These chews also contain taurine, ginseng and b-vitamins. And all this at $0.50 per serving. Well I love the price and the kick was not bad at all. I think two would suffice, even for an energy addict like me. And two would only cost $1.00. Kick Rating - 8.5 Buzz Bites Chocolate Energy Chews: Final Judgment Well the predominant factor for me when reviewing Buzz Bites chocolate chews remains the price. $.50 gets you 100 milligrams of quick acting caffeine. The whole tin will get you 600 milligrams of caffeine for $3.00. Although I recommend against eating the whole tin, tempting as it may be. Overall I was impressed by these little chews. Stay tuned for the Mint Chocolate review... Final Judgment 8.8 (extra points for price to caffeine ratio!) Which is why I was more than excited to review their latest Energy Drink the Hydrive S Blue Raspberry which delivers 6performance enhancers (no not the illegal kind) which include Vitamin B-12, Caffeine, Macca Root, Ginkgo Biloba, D-Ribose and L-Leucine. Now I am not sure what a couple of those are and I really don't have the time to research them, so if anyone wants to chime in, feel free in the comments section below. Alright, onto the new Hydrive S Blue Raspberry review. Official Site: Hydrive Energy Hydrive S Blue Raspberry Energy Drink Review: Taste Well it states it is blue raspberry flavored right on the sleek 15.5 ounce plastic resealable bottle and they are definitely not lying. This non-carbonated blue raspberry energy drink is quite refreshing (as the rest have also been) and has a very light flavor. What do you expect for a 30 calorie drink? Hydrive is actually one of the few drinks I will buy on my own, which when you think of it is a pretty big deal, especially since I have hundreds of drinks just lying around my house.... Taste Rating - 8.9 Hydrive S Blue Raspberry Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the taste is refreshing and crisp, no surprise there. The kick is also really not a big surprise as they use the same formula for most of the drinks. The energy ingredients include 145 milligrams of caffeine (which is equivalent to almost 2 Red Bull's), Taurine, and a large quantity of b-vitamins, not too mention the other performance enhancers that I mentioned above. Kick Rating - 8.5 Hydrive S Blue Raspberry Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment As I mentioned above, Hydrive is one of my favorite drinks to buy. They are all very refreshing, low in calories and have a very crisp taste to them. Although they are not the strongest drinks on the market, they definitely do the trick. So if you have not tried one. What are you waiting for.... Go try one already. Today I will be trying Lil Jon's latest concoction, the 16 ounce Crunk Citrus . I know I enjoyed the last two (and it wasn't because of any threats from Lil Jon.... WHAT…YEAH…OK…!!!), I actually enjoyed it. The only thing I felt was lacking was the kick, I think they will have solved this with their 16 ounce versions, of which all three come in. So let's see if the latest Crunk Citrus holds up to all the hype that the previous two drinks had.... Onto the review of taste and kick. Crunk Citrus Energy Drink Review: Taste Well Crunk Citrus says that it contains "real lemon lime" right on the can. Well, they were not fibbing. The lemon taste is fairly strong whereas the lime is not as prevalent. It kind of tastes like a extremely hyped up lemonade, which in my opinion hit the spot. Especially since it is 85 degrees out (that's hot for Wisconsin). The carbonation level of the drink was not over the top and there was no medicinal aftertaste present from the energy ingredients. I would have to say that Crunk hit another one out of the park as far as taste is concerned. Taste Judgment - 9.1 Crunk Citrus Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the hyped up lemonade flavor was well received, but has the 16 ounce Crunk Citrus addressed my previous concerns of left wanting more energy? You bet! The 16 ounce can of Citrus Crunk contains the following energy ingredients; 194 milligrams of caffeine, Green Tea Extract, Guarana Seed Extract, Panax Ginseng, bunch of B-vitamins and a whole bunch more.... And yes, Horny Goat weed is still a key ingredient (Yeah!!!). There is 58 milligrams of sugar in this drink, less than the industry average, but a little more than I needed. I did feel a slight crash, but that could have been because it was 2:00 a.m. Anyways, kick worked for me. Kick Rating - 8.9 Crunk Citrus Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Good kick coupled with a good lemon lime taste and a new 16 ounce option. Kind of leaves me wondering what they have in store next!!! Anyways, these are fairly easy to get your hands on and are competitively priced at $2.00 / 16 ounce can. If you can't find them in your area Crunk has a store which allows you to buy them in bulk for a cheaper price. Final Judgment - 9.0 ![]() Cost: $2.00 Cost Per Ounce:$0.13 Active Ingredients:Caffeine, Guarana, Ginseng, Taurine, L-Theanine Taste Rating:8.9 Kick Rating:9.2 Final Judgment Rating:9.1 Energy Drink Ratings Explained AMP Elevate Energy Drink Review: Well this will be my sixth Amp Energy Drink Review that I have done sp far. The 16 ounce AMP Elevate is also the final new (for now at least) AMP Energy Drink to hit the market. The other ones are ReLaunch and Traction and they are all supposed to have an added function besides just providing energy. Elevate is supposed to provide enhanced focus. You can find them virtually everywhere, thanks to the growing population of the brand, which in large part might have something to do with the new sponsorship they have going with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and NASCAR, I mean that's a pretty freakin big fan base they tapped into.... Anyways, I am sure you are at least somewhat familiar with the Amp Lineup from Pepsi, so let's get straight to the taste and kick review of the new Amp Elevate. AMP Elevate Energy Drink Review: Taste Upon opening the 16 ounce blue can I get a hint of berry smell, which is a good thing since on the can it states it is mixed berry, and proceed to drink up. There was an array of mixed berry flavoring going on, but blueberry, at least in my opinion, seemed to stand out the most. I could also taste a hint of raspberry as well. The mix was actually very well done and was not too sweet. I think because AMP has a bit less sugar than the normal Energy Drink, although not by much. Taste Rating - 8.9 AMP Elevate Energy Drink Review: Kick So the new flavor was pretty good tasting, but will it provide a decent kick and enhanced focus? Well the energy ingredients (for the entire 16 ounce can) include 160 milligrams of caffeine, 248 milligrams of guarana extract (natural caffeine), 296 milligrams of taurine, 34 milligrams of Panax Ginseg Extract and 24 milligrams of L-Theanine which was added to help focus. So yeah, the combination of those ingredients, especially the caffeine and guarana gave me a pretty large kick in the pants. Actually more than I was expecting from an AMP. How about the focus aspect? Well, it was kind of hard to judge while bouncing off the walls :). Kick Rating - 9.2 AMP Elevate Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment All in all, a nice addition to the lineup. The flavor and kick were both above average, the price is not too bad and you can find them pretty much everywhere. I see the AMP lineup gaining some ground on the Monster Energy Drink in the not to far off future. But hey, what do I know, I'm just a fanatic... Not like I tried a couple hundred different flavors! Taste Rating:8.0 Kick Rating:8.8 Final Judgment Rating:8.5 Energy Drink Ratings Explained Starbucks doubleshot Energy + Coffee Review (coffee flavor): This will be my second coffee flavored review of an Energy Drink in a row, which is rather odd as I am really not a huge coffee drinker. However, Starbucks just released their newest line of energy drinks with coffee flavoring. There are 3 flavors that include; Vanilla, Mocha and Coffee (which I will be reviewing today). Now Starbucks did try this avenue before, but they were marketed more as RTD coffee beverages whereas this new lineup is taking a stab at the coffee flavored energy drink market. This puts them several months behind the Java Monster drinks, but maybe the wait will be worth it? So lets see how the new Starbucks doubleshot energy + coffee does in the taste and kick reviews. Starbucks doubleshot Energy + Coffee Review (coffee flavor): Taste As I do in almost every coffee flavored review I am going to remind you (the reader) that I am not a huge fan of coffee, mainly because I am not a fan of the taste. Now that my biased flavor judgment of coffee is out of the way, I will give you my taste judgment :)... Well it has a blend of Starbucks coffee (go figure) and you can taste the milk as well. The sugar level is just sweet enough for me, which means if you like your coffee black it might be a little sweet for you. There is no medicinal aftertaste at all. Other than that there is not too much to say about the taste. Basically a slightly sweet, slightly milky cold premium Starbucks coffee flavor. I actually liked it quite a bit. Taste Rating - 8.0 Starbucks doubleshot Energy + Coffee Review (coffee flavor): Kick So after that insightful taste description, we can finally move on to the good stuff. Starbucks already has a potent blend of coffee, but will it carry over in to the energy drinks that they are making? Well the energy ingredients include: 2000 milligrams of Maltodextrin, 1800 milligrams of taurine, 450 milligrams of L-Carnitine, 180 milligrams of Inosistol, 325 milligrams of Panax Ginseng, B-Vitamins and 90 milligrams of Guarana. So it does indeed mirror the potent blend of Starbucks coffee. The kick was well received by me and there was no crash effect (only 26 milligrams of sugar in the entire can, considerably less than the 60-70 milligrams you find in the market leaders). Kick Rating - 8.8 Starbucks doubleshot Energy + Coffee Review (coffee flavor): Final Judgment Even though I am not a big coffee drinker, mainly because of taste, I found the Starbucks doubleshot energy + coffee quite good. The kick was more than adequate and the taste was also well received. With it's huge market base, I think Starbucks should do quite well with this lineup. The crossover appeal is also there. Just don't know what took them so long to come out with this.... Final Judgment - 8.5 ![]() Cost: $2.00 Cost Per Ounce:$0.13 Active Ingredients:Caffeine, Taurine, Guarana, Ginseng, B-Vitamins Taste Rating:7.8 Kick Rating:8.9 Final Judgment Rating:8.5 Energy Drink Ratings Explained Energy Drink Review: Well it has been awhile since I reviewed a Monster Energy Drink... Don't get me wrong I have nothing against Monster, I have just been busy reviewing less main stream Energy Drinks. Well today I just so happened to be in my local c-store, when I walked over to the ED section, which I do way too often. There stood a Java Monster - Russian Energy Drink. Now I knew it existed, but for some reason I had not seen the Russian Java Monster out an about yet. Being the fanatic that I am I bought one. The can was pretty cool, has kind of a Soviet cold war theme with a the sickle and hammer, red star and Russian style lettering (gold Monster logo is a nice touch as well). So let's see how the new Java Monster performs in the taste and kick categories. Energy Drink Review: Taste Well I have noted several times throughout my reviews, that I am not a huge coffee drinker. However, I will occasionaly drink one now and again (just saying this because it might have an affect on my taste judgment of Java Russian). The good thing about Java Russian is that it is supposed to taste like a White Russian (alcoholic beverage). Not my drink of choice, but I have had my fair share. So what does it taste like? Well it does have a strong coffee taste, with a hint of Kahlua and dairy so the Russian name seems quite fitting, eh comrade.... Taste Rating - 7.8 (again not a huge coffee fan) Energy Drink Review: Kick So the flavor was not too bad for a strong coffee energy drink, but will the kick pick me up? Well the energy ingredients include and energy blend that contains 2,600 milligrams of the following; Glucose, L-Carnitine, Caffeine, Guarana, Inosistol and Maltrodextrin coupled with 2000 milligrams of taurine, 400 milligrams of Panax Ginseng and some b-vitamins. Not too shabby, it was quite strong actually for a 16 ounce coffee flavored energy drink. There was really no crash present either as there is only 32 grams of sugar in the entire 16 ounce can. I know some of you are saying "only 32 grams of sugar"... Well compare that to other ED's and you will see what I mean. Kick Rating - 8.9 Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Decent taste for a coffee flavored ED (remember I am not a huge fan of coffee) and a fairly strong kick. They along with other Java Monster are available everywhere but you can get them in bulk Here at Amazon. So if you like coffee, but need a cool drink, try one of the new Java Monsters the taste and kick are not too bad. Final Judgment - 8.5 Well I have been reviewing Energy Drinks for quite some time now, April 2006 to be exact. I started out as an novice in College. Then I started The Energy Drink Ratings Blog where I became an aficionado. Now, dare I say I have become an addict, especially considering my average daily caffeine intake is probably 400-600 milligrams... Now I don't have the most extensive database of energy drinks reviewed; however, coming in at around 350 or so reviews, I would have to say I have a pretty decent collection. Now I don't want to brag (at least any more than I normally do), but it looks like an independent review of my site has given me a #1 spot when it comes to ranking energy drinks. The rating was based on "credibility in testing, evaluating and identifying the best Energy Drinks". I rate all Energy Drinks based on taste, price and kick and try to compare apples to apples at all times. That being said, this honor actually means quite a bit to me... and I have to say that I have learned a lot over the past couple years reviewing drinks. I have come to realize that taste is subjective and kick sometimes is as well. I have admitted when I was wrong when misquoting facts or ingredients (I think at least 3 times now.. although I could be misquoting that). I have been blasted for giving soft reviews on several ED companies products and accused of working for these said energy drink companies, although I have yet to see any kick backs from them :). I have probably been flamed in at least 10 different reviews, probably by said ED company that I am working for and I have even been flamed in reviews by competing ED companies, again for apparently working for said other ED company. Over the last 350 or so reviews I have also learned 1) Caffeine is a drug and I am addicted. Although, to this day, I still remain extremely active and healthy which is probably why I have a preference for sugar free and organic energy drinks, which several of you have noticed! 2) Don't abuse caffeine. It has it's consequences. 3) Everyone has there idea of the Best Energy Drink 4) Always keep a flame suit handy 5) Get ready for angry and threatening emails from ED companies, especially when they don't agree with MY Opinion in the review. 6) Remain objective (even though taste is subjective) when reviewing energy drinks. 7) Stay as neutral as possible in news events, unlike actual news stories that just point out the negatives. 8) Spammers waste too much of my time 9) Being bribed for a good review is tempting, but I enjoy my integrity. 10) At the rate ED's come out, I will never review them all. 11) I am not the only one addicted to ED's. In all actuality, the ED world is a very tight knit community. I owe the competition a lot. They keep me on my feet and keep me reviewing drinks. So again, thanks to all you readers out there who post thoughtful comments, thanks to the readers who continually disagree with me, it keeps me on my toes. Thanks to all the ED companies for force feeding me your products and keeping me bouncing off the walls (my actual 9-5 boss really appreciates the increase in productivity) and especially thanks to Consumer Search for the #1 Credibility Rating - Oshburg ![]() Cost: $1.69 Cost Per Ounce:$0.14 Active Ingredients:Caffeine, Taurine, B-Vitamins Taste Rating:8.8 Kick Rating:8.6 Final Judgment Rating:8.7 Energy Drink Ratings Explained Go Girl Energy Drink Review: So today I will be reviewing the 12 ounce Sugar Free Go Girl even though I am not this Energy Drinks target market. Yes with a hot pink can and slogans like "Beautiful Energy" most guys would not be caught dead with Go Girl (unless maybe cross dressing for Halloween). However, being the energy junky that I am, I had to give it a try. Besides, if you have read enough of my posts you have probably heard me mention that I like sugar free energy drinks because I need to watch my girlish figure. And with Go Girl being sugar free I thought, why not. So enough fluff, let's find out how this beverage rates in the taste and kick category. Go Girl Energy Drink Review: Taste So the lightly carbonated hot pink can has pretty much a cherry taste to it... maybe with a hint of citrus blended in their as well. The citrus flavoring might come from the ingredient "super citrimax" which is supposed to help suppress your appetite. It would have been beneficial for me to test this out, but having just ate, I really don't see any scientific conclusions coming from my observations, so you will have to test the citrimax claims out yourself. Back to the taste... Smooth blend, refreshing cherry / light citrus flavor without any medicinal aftertaste. Taste Rating - 8.8 Go Girl Energy Drink Review: Kick So after enjoying the taste flowing from my hot pink can I had to see if this Go Girl Energy Drink would provide me with any kick. Well with more energy ingredients than market leader Red Bull I was more than surprised with the kick I received. The energy ingredients include (per 12 ounces - 1 can) - 150 milligrams of caffeine, 1200 milligrams of taurine and plenty of b-vitamins. At 6 foot, 185 pounds, it was far from the strongest kick I ever had, but definitely better than the market leader! Kick Rating - 8.6 Go Girl Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment So a great taste and ample kick (even for a guy). So next time any of you girls (or guys for that matter) get made fun of for drinking a hot pink energy drink by some douche drinking a Red Bull, feel free to reference this post and point out that you are getting almost twice the energy for less money! So today I will be reviewing the original Guru Energy Drink in a 12 ounce slim can (also available in 8.3 ounces). I still don't know a whole lot about the Guru Energy Drink besides the fact that it is 100% natural, contains no preservatives and that they recently they introduced a bunch of newer flavors including iced tea. So stay tuned for those reviews, but for the meantime let's see how the original Guru Energy Drink performs in the taste and kick tests. Guru Energy Drink Review: Taste Right off the bat the "all natural - no preservative" taste was quite unique. Is it citrus or is it cherry? I really could not decide so I will call it a citrus based taste followed by a cherry aftertaste, which in my opinion is better than a medicinal aftertaste! This one is mildly carbonated and when poured comes out clear. As mentioned before the cherry aftertaste is not too bad, but after a couple more sips I did notice a slight medicinal aftertaste, but still pretty much overshadowed by a cherry flavor. Very good for an all natural energy drink. Taste Rating - 8.8 Guru Energy Drink Review: Kick So the all natural, no preservative flavor scores some pretty good marks, but will they hold up in the kick category as well? Well there is about 145 milligrams of naturally occurring caffeine (12 ounces) along with a 1285 milligram blend of Guarana seed extract, Echinacea flower extract, Panax ginseng extract, Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract and stevia leaf extract. That's a lot of extracts and to be honest I am not going to look all of them up to see what they mean. I do know that the kick supplied whether it be from extract or not, was pretty damn good. So if you are looking for more of a natural kick then give the Guru Energy Drink a try. Kick Rating - 9.0 Guru Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Good taste and a good kick. It's also all natural and has no preservatives. To be honest I was not expecting this much from this drink; however, I have been wrong in the past (think this might be my third time now). I can't wait to try the other flavors as well, so stay tuned for the review of them. Final Judgment - 8.9 ![]() Cost: $1.99 Cost Per Ounce:$0.13 Active Ingredients:Caffeine, Taurine, B-Vitamins Taste Rating:8.8 Kick Rating:8.2 Final Judgment Rating: Energy Drink Ratings Explained Franks Energy Drink Review - Lime: Well this is the third Energy Drink that I have reviewed from the Franks Energy Drink lineup. I have already tried the classic and sugar free versions, so today I will give the 8.4 ounce 250 milliliter Franks Lime a try. There are 4 available flavors to try; classic, sugar free, pineapple and lime (which I am reviewing today) and they are available in 8.4 ounce (250 milliliter) and 16 ounce (500 milliliter) sizes. Initially my interest was sparked in Franks' when I heard Gene Simmons of KISS was involved. My interest peaked when I heard about the possible Gene Simmons sex scandal with the Frank's Energy Girls. Never really found out if it was true or not, but at least I got to try some new drinks! Read on for the taste and kick reviews! Franks Energy Drink Review - Lime: Taste This is another one of those drinks that are really easy to pinpoint the flavor. The side of the drink says "Lime" and that is pretty much what you get. I thought it would have more of a bitter taste, but it really did not. I also was not sure how the Lime flavor could be pulled off. However, Frank's seemed to do a pretty good job. There is no medicinal aftertaste at all and the flavor went down pretty smooth. Taste is subjective, but I would have to say I really enjoyed the lime flavor which I did not think I would. Taste Rating - 8.8 Franks Energy Drink Review - Lime: Kick So they were able to pull off the lime taste, but will the 8.4 ounce can deliver a reputable punch worthy of Gene Simmons. The energy ingredients include 80 milligrams of caffeine, 1000 milligrams of taurine and a decent quantity of b-vitamins which makes it pretty comparable to Red Bull. So for a huge energy addict like me the 8.4 ounce did not quite cut it. Fortunately they have a 16 ounce version as well. So if you are a fanatic like me, opt for the 16 ounce... If you are looking for a Red Bull like kick, than the 8.4 ounce will suit you just fine. Kick Rating - 8.2 Franks Energy Drink Review - Lime: Final Judgment Well developed flavor with a decent kick. I would like to get my hands on a 16 ounce version as a comparison, but I would assume it is just like drinking 2 8.4 ounce drinks (no shit huh!). The 16 ounce would provide enough energy for most fanatics. So... If you like a lime flavor and want a decent kick give the 16 ounce version a try. Oh yeah.... And if anyone heard what happened in the Gene Simmons scandal feel free to post in the comments... No porn links please. They also offer a new Jolt Wild Grape energy shot which I will review shortly. In the meantime, if this is the first review you are reading, Jolt has 6 flavors including; Orange Blast, Blue Raspberry, Power Cola, Ultra (Sugar Free), Cherry Bomb and Wild Grape. All of these flavors come in very unique "battery" style cans and are 23.5 ounces. When opened they make a loud pop which is followed by a dry ice effect (probably from the carbonation level?). If you have yet to try one, at least give it a shot, the can itself is pretty unique (until Monster started offering the same style). Each flavor has been unique so far and has performed well in the kick category, so let's see how the Jolt Orange blast does. Jolt Energy Drink Review - Orange Blast: Taste First off, you will be getting exactly what it says on the can.... an orange blast. A orange soda style flavor with a pretty high level of carbonation. It was fairly easy to drink, even though it was 23.5 ounces. To me this is the perfect all day energy drink because you can basically drink it all day long. Unlike many other energy drinks, there really was no medicinal aftertaste present in Orange Blast. Again, just a carbonated orange soda flavor (with plenty of energy). Taste Rating - 8.7 Jolt Energy Drink Review - Orange Blast: Kick So the flavor is well represented on the can, but will the Energy Drink Label be well represented too? Well with a laundry list of energy ingredients including; 280 milligrams of caffeine, 2800 milligrams of taurine, 56 milligrams of guarana (natural caffeine) and a ton of b-vitamins (that is if you drink the entire 23.5 ounce can). So, yes it does have plenty of energy. However, if you do drink the entire can, you will have ingested 78grams of sugar, which is on par with the rest of the mainstream market, but in my opinion is a little much. However, Jolt does offer a sugar free version if that is what you are looking for. Kick Rating - 9.0 Jolt Energy Drink Review - Orange Blast: Final Judgment Jolt Orange met my expectations, as did the five other flavors that they offer. The energy is there and the flavors pretty much stay true to what is listed on the side of the can. You can pick them up at most convenience stores; however, you can save a bunch of money if you buy them in bulk. $20.00 will get you a 12 pack, which means you are only paying $1.66 for 23.5 ounces. Compare that to $2.00 for a Red Bull! I have one more of the new flavors to review after the Amp Traction review. The new flavors include ReLaunch, Elevate and Traction (which I am reviewing today). I am glad to see Amp continue to diversify their product lineup. I know I was pleased with the last Amp Energy Drink that I reviewed, so let's see if the new 16 ounce Traction makes the cut in the taste and kick categories. Amp Traction Energy Drink Review: Taste Well first off the new Traction Energy Drink from Amp tells comes in a grape 16 ounce can and says "charge of grape" right on it. So I pretty much knew what I was getting in to today when I gave it my first sip. It did have a nicely carbonated grape flavor, but it was not too sweet. It was actually very similar to the Loud Pomberry Zero that I tried awhile back. The only difference between the two is that Loud used artificial sweetners and Amp used sugar. Overall the grape flavor was pretty tasty. I would of liked a little more of a juice flavor, but hey taste is subjective. Taste Rating - 8.6 Amp Traction Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the lightly carbonated grape flavor was not too bad, but will Amp gain "Traction" in the kick category? Well there is a laundry list of energy ingredients that includes (for two servings) 296 milligrams of taurine, 248 milligrams of guarana seed extract (natural caffeine), 160 milligrams of caffeine and 34 milligrams of Panax Ginseng Extract. All those ingredients definitely gave me quite a kick in the pants, the only bad thing was that there was a slight crash associated with it (58 grams of sugar). This could be alleviated by using a sugar free version. Even with the slight crash the energy was still bountifull. Kick Rating - 8.7 Amp Traction Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment A good taste and a good kick was provided by Amp Traction. As I stated in the opening paragraph, I am glad they continue to diversify their product lineup. Hopefully in the near future they release these 3 new flavors, Traction, Relaunch and Elevate (which I will review shortly) in sugar free versions as well. Where can you get them? Well you can get them pretty much anywhere. The other reviews of the extremely large 23.5 ounce battery shaped can include; Ultra, Power Cola, Cherry Bomb and Blue. If you have never tried one, then I suggest you at least pick one up for the can alone as the 23.5 ounce can has a dry ice effect. When you crack the drink, you hear a loud pop and then you see a dry ice effect (fog like) pouring from the can. Don't get me wrong, I have been pleased with all the flavors so far, but the can definitely sets Jolt energy apart from the rest. So let's see how the fifth edition of the lineup does in the taste and kick categories! Jolt Energy Drink Review - Wild Grape: Taste Ever had a grape soda? Well that is pretty much what the Wild Grape from Jolt Energy tastes like. There is plenty of carbonation coupled with a pretty pleasant grape flavor. There is really no medicinal aftertaste present at all. In fact, if it did not say energy drink on the can then I doubt you would even know that you were drinking one (that and the fact that you are going to get a bigger kick from this than drinking a regular grape soda). Now, the 23.5 ounce can is a lot. In fact, even though I drink at least one if not more energy drink per day, I had a hard time finishing the entire thing. However, that is a good thing, as Jolt is resealable, so you can drink one of these the entire day at the office. Taste Rating - 8.6 Jolt Energy Drink Review - Wild Grape: Kick Jolt pretty much uses the same energy ingredients across all their flavors. These energy ingredients include; 280 milligrams of caffeine, 2800 milligrams of taurine, 56 milligrams of guarana (natural caffeine) and a ton of b-vitamins which is pretty substantial for one sitting. Jolt might not be the best energy drink on the market, but they are pretty darn close, at least in my opinion. Kick Rating - 9.0 Jolt Energy Drink Review - Wild Grape: Final Judgment Tons of liquid energy, 23.5 ounce to be exact. Good price, good flavor, good kick. The grape flavor makes a nice addition to the lineup. So if you have not tried one, look for the giant battery can in the nearest convenience store, or if you don't have one you can order them in bulk on their website which brings the price down to $1.66 a can. Not too shabby for 23.5 ounces! This is in addition to the original, sugar free, and overdrive Amp Energy Drinks. It's nice to see Amp diversify, so let's dig in and see what's up with the new 16 ounce ReLaunch. So first off the new Relaunch tries to revive or rehydrate you with the addition of electrolytes. Second, let's see how it performs in the taste and kick categories! Amp Energy Drink - ReLaunch Review: Taste So overall the drink is Orange flavored (as you can probably tell from the Orange Can). There are quite a bit of vitamins present in this drink, but I have to say it really did not hamper the orange soda flavor at all. You could taste a hint of this, albeit it was a slight medicinal aftertaste. Generally, you could compare it to a Orange Sunkist as far as flavor. I liked it and I think it makes for a nice addition to the lineup. The electrolytes also offer a nice touch, they seem to offset the carbonation level and offer a more refreshing taste. Taste Rating - 8.7 Amp Energy Drink - ReLaunch Review: Kick So will the new Amp ReLaunch provide the kick you are looking for? Well there is a nice list of your typical energy ingredients that include; 160 milligrams of caffeine, taurine (minimal amount), guarana, b-vitamins and ginseng which pretty much puts it on par with the rest of the mainstream energy drinks like Monster and Rockstar and is pretty much the same as the other Amp flavors available. I am not sure if you can buy the "Big Rig" 24 ounce cans of this yet, if anyone knows feel free to chime in below in the comments section. So yeah, to sum up, you get a pretty decent kick from the 16 ounce ReLaunch. Kick Rating 8.7 Amp Energy Drink - ReLaunch Review: Final Judgment Nice crisp, yet refreshing Orange flavor coupled with a pretty decent kick and a helping of electrolytes. Makes the new ReLaunch a nice addition to the Amp Energy Line up. Stay tuned for the review of the two other new flavors Elevate and Traction. To date, this product lineup is one of my all time favorites out of any of the 300 + Energy Drinks that I have reviewed so far as the kick, portability and expectations of zero crash have been lifesavers on so many occasions. I was a little weary at first about the new 5-Hour Decaf, but then I remembered that caffeine is really not the only energy boosting ingredient in this Energy Shot. Besides, this is a review site, and there are countless people that have asked me for ways to get energy without a caffeine overload. So let's see if the 5-Hour Decaf can accomplish this! 5 Hour Energy Drink - Decaf: Taste This little 2 ounce shot has zero carbs and only 4 calories and still manages to give a pretty good taste that is somewhat similar to the lemon lime version albeit with a more concentrated citrus taste. Oh yeah, did I mention there is is no medicinal taste whatsoever. The original tasted good, but removing the caffeine and some of the b-vitamins definitely helped improve the taste of the Decaf version. I bought it, gave it a little shake and then drank it at room temperature. The 2 ounces goes down quick and there was no complaints from this reviewer in the taste category. Taste Rating - 8.8 5 Hour Energy Drink - Decaf: Kick The taste is slightly improved as some of the energy ingredients were removed, but how will this affect the kick? Well as I stated above, there is only 6 milligrams of caffeine in this shot (hence the Decaf label). The new Decaf blend also has a gentler blend of b-vitamins (niacin/b-3 removed) and amino acids when compared to the original. However, the addition of Choline, an essential nutrient to help improve information processing (brain food) is a nice touch. The other energy ingredients include: Glucuronolactone, N-Acetyl, L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine, Taurine, and Malic Acid. It doesn't stop there. There is also a nice enzyme blend that consists of Protease, Lipase, Celluase, and Lactase. The kick was not as strong as the original or extra strength 5-Hour Energy, but you could definitely feel a nice little kick in the pants that I was more than pleased with. After all, not everyone in the world is looking for a huge rush of energy, some are just looking for a nice little pick me up which 5-Hour Decaf provides. I am more a fan of the original and extra strength versions, but if you are looking for a sustained boost of energy, are sensitive to caffeine, or avoid it for personal or medical reasons, than look no further. Kick Rating 8.0 5 Hour Energy Drink - Decaf: Final Judgment I love it, the product line keeps getting more diverse! 5-Hour seems to have a little something for everyone now. Those looking for a little pick me up (Decaf), those looking for a big pick me up (original) and those energy junkies like me looking for the huge pick me up (extra strength)! When I need to cut back on my caffeine intake (yeah even I do that once in awhile) I think I will make this my new choice for staying alert. What am I doing reviewing a Snapple Antioxidant Water when the site is focused on Energy Drinks. Well I do occasionally check out other products and I was intrigued when I ran into the 20 ounce Awaken from Snapple. As it turns out it does have energy ingredients, coupled with electrolytes, vitamins and of course antioxidants. There are 4 new Snapple Antioxidant Water's available that I know of; Grape Pomegranate, Raspberry Acerola, Tropical Mango and Strawberry Acai - which I will be reviewing today as it is the only one that has the energy ingredients. Snapple Antioxidant Water Strawberry Acai - Awaken: Taste This is a little different than what I am normally used to as most energy drinks are carbonated. However, I was pleased with the overall taste. The flavor was not as strong as I am used to but the fresh strawberry and crisp acai flavors blended seamlessly and unlike the majority of energy drinks there was no medicinal aftertaste. Overall I was pleased with the flavor blend. Taste Rating - 8.5 Snapple Antioxidant Water Strawberry Acai - Awaken: Kick So how will this healthy water compare to an energy drink? Well, the energy blend is 435 mg per bottle of caffeine (63 milligrams total), ginseng extract, and guarana seed extract coupled with a plethora of b-vitamins. So no it won't compete with the strongest drinks on the market, but it does challenge one of the market leaders in the kick category... and that aint no bull. Kick Rating - 8.0 Snapple Antioxidant Water Strawberry Acai - Awaken: Final Judgment It has a good taste, decent kick and it is a way healthier alternative than I am used to as not many Energy Drinks can boast electrolytes, tons of vitamins, antioxidants and EGCG. So if you are feeling like a change from the everyday ED maybe reach for one of these instead. I did try the other three flavors as well - Grape Pomegranate, Raspberry Acerola, Tropical Mango - but since they are not really related to the scope of the blog I am not going to do individual posts for all of them. I can say that they contain all the other health properties as the Strawberry Acai that I reviewed today. Final Judgment - 8.3 So recently I heard about Burn (energy drink) which I believe is made by the Coca Cola Company and not to be confused with the other Burn Energy Drink from Source Beverages that I have already reviewed. No, the Burn (Energy Drink) from Coca Cola is 8.3 ounces and is supposed to have 400 milligrams of caffeine? To put things in perspective the very controversial (mostly because of name) Cocaine Energy Drink has 280 milligrams of caffeine in 8.3 ounces. Either way I want to get my hands on one of these, so if any one has one or knows where I can get one to review please give me a shout in the comments section or pop me an email.

So, to start off the week I have selected a classic 23.5 ounce Jolt Energy Drink, the Power Cola to be exact. SO besides being humongous, Jolt has also provided some great taste and a good kick in the past. I have not reviewed all of their flavors, but I am half way there! The entire lineup consists of Blue Raspberry, Power Cola, Ultra (sugar free), Cherry Bomb, Orange Blast and Wild Grape. Oh yeah and I almost forgot, they just introduced a tiny 2 ounce shot that I will review as well. Not only do the battery cans that I have tried so far look cool, but they also make a large pop upon opening, as well as a nice foaming dry ice effect which you should try for yourself at least once. Alright, enough fluff.... Onto the review of the 23.5 ounce Jolt Power Cola. Jolt Power Cola Energy Drink Review: Taste With a name like Power Cola I pretty much knew what I was going to get before opening. The only thing for me to really review was whether or not you could taste any medicinal ingredients. Fortunately, you could not. Nope not even a hint. All you really had was a cola tasting energy drink similar to the likes of a RC Cola. The carbonation, which I have thought was strong for past flavors, was perfect for the humongous cola drink. I enjoyed it, especially since it lasted me well over an hour. I mean it is 23.5 ounces! Taste Rating - 8.5 Jolt Power Cola Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the taste was spot on for a cola flavor but how is the kick. Well it was pretty much like the rest of the flavors that I have tried so far... Pretty Darn Strong. If you end up drinking the entire bottle in one sitting as I did, you will end up consuming 280 milligrams of caffeine, 2800 milligrams of taurine, 56 milligrams of guarana (natural caffeine) and a ton of b-vitamins. A lot of energy ingredients for a pretty good price. $1.99, the same price as an 8.4 ounce Red Bull actually nets you 3 times the energy ingredients. Not too shabby. Kick Rating - 9.0 Jolt Power Cola Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Strong kick and a powerful cola flavor makes this one of my favorite Jolt's to date. I am still up in the air about 23.5 ounces, I mean it is a lot to drink, but this Monday was the perfect timing! Heck I believe you can even buy these in bulk at the Jolt Website for like $1.66 a can. So what does Xenergy stand for you might ask? Well it is a combination of Zen and Energy and it comes in both 16 ounce and 8 ounce sizes. It is made by Xyience and is the official energy drink of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). Their entire lineup of flavors includes: Mango Guava (which I will be reviewing today), Blu Pom, Pink Lemon, Citrus Clear, Big Apple and Cran-Razz. So enough fluff lets move onto the review of the Mango Guava flavor! Xenergy Mango Guava Energy Drink Review: Taste Well first off it is sugar free and so are the other five flavors, which in my mind makes for a great start! Now how to describe the Mango Guava flavor??? Kind of a tough one as I really don't have anything to compare it to as the taste is pretty original as far as the blend is concerned. I know the guava flavor was prominent but the sweet mango taste was also quite noticeable. All in all it made for quite a sweet blend. It also had a nice carbonation level as do the others. So if you want a tropical and fruity type of flavor this might be right up your ally; however, it was a tad sweet for me, but that is just personal preference. Taste Rating - 8.7 Xenergy Mango Guava Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the energy blend is also the same as the previous two Xyience Xenergy Drinks that I tried. The energy ingredient list includes; 190 milligrams of caffeine, guarana extract (natural caffeine), nice amount of b-vitamins, taurine, panax ginseng extract and inositol. Quite a list that delivers a great kick. No sugar present in the drink either, so there was no crazy sugar crash an hour after finishing. To sum up, definitely a good kick. Kick Rating - 8.8 Xenergy Mango Guava Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Another good addition to the lineup. The taste was a little sweet for me (even though it is sugar free), but the flavor blend was still above average and the kick was good as usual. The biggest selling point for me for the Xyience lineup is the fact that they are all sugar free / zero calorie and they have a wide array of flavors. So stay tuned for the next review. Why you may ask? Well to start, I am a Male, which makes Playboy a pretty strong brand name (good articles too). That and it will be interesting to see the promotions they have for the Playboy Energy Drink. I can see it now.... most cases ordered in a month or year wins a free trip to the Playboy Mansion. I would be all over that, but I would imagine I would have some stiff competition. Alright, back to the review at hand. Playboy Energy Drinks come in original and sugar free and are packaged in attractive 8.4 ounce slim line cans. Really can't see improving the image of the cans at all, unless they decide to include a sweepstakes of some sort when purchased by the case. Onto the taste and kick review! Playboy Energy Drink Review: Taste Well the taste of the Playboy Energy Drink will be pretty familiar to most as it is very reminiscent of Redbull. However, the taste has been improved. Instead of the typical medicinal aftertaste you get with a Redbull, you get a more pleasant, dare I say Bubble Gum, aftertaste. At least that was my impression of it. Now there are 120 calories in this 8.4 ounce drink, which is pretty standard for the market, but a little much for me. However, they do have a sugar free version as well, so stay tuned for the review of that as well. Taste Rating - 8.6 Playboy Energy Drink Review: Kick Well the taste is similar to Redbull but you do get a better kick from Playboy. The energy ingredients include 1.6 grams of the following - caffeine, taurine, horny goat weed extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Guarana Extract (natural caffeine), Damiana Leaf Extract and some other stuff that I can't pronounce. The caffeine, guarana extract coupled with the large amount B-Vitamins and other energy ingredients definitely makes for a worthwhile drink with plenty of energy. I found the inclusion of Horny Goat weed to be truly fitting for the Playboy Energy Drink as it is a herb used in traditional medicine that is supposed to enhance your sex life and boost your libido. Nice addition. Kick Rating - 8.6 Playboy Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Well the taste and kick are both very promising and the addition of the Horny Goat Weed is a perfect fit for this drink? Wonder if Heff uses this? I could see endless promotion possibilities and a nice staying power for this drink if it picks up national distribution. The first being the 8.4 ounce can and the second being the well received 2 ounce Energy Shot. So what distinguishes the lineup from the rest of the Energy Drinks on the market? Well, Zenedge is one of the few, if not the only drink to offer both a RTD can and a shot. Other than that I don't know too much about Zenedge, except that they are a fairly new company. So let's see if the third review goes over as good as the other two. Buy Zenedge Shooters Here! Zenedge Berry Energy Shot Review: Taste Well this little 2 ounce bugger comes in an attractive package and carries the insightful tagline "Its what's inside that counts." With a tagline like that, Zenedge better deliver in the taste category. Fortunately for them, this 2 ounce shot gives off a very well blended berry taste with no medicinal aftertaste at all. Now I have tried at least 30 Energy Shots over the last couple years and most, if not all have some sort of bite to them. So I was more than pleased, even being sugar free, that I was unable to find the slightest hint of medicinal aftertaste. With any luck they will introduce some more flavors! Taste Rating - 8.9 Zenedge Berry Energy Shot Review: Kick Well I know that both shots, the lemon lime and berry both have a good taste. I also know that they deliver a pretty good kick as well. The energy ingredients list includes 80 milligrams of caffeine, taurine and a ton, I mean a ton of b-vitamins that when combined gives you an ample kick, with no jitters (no caffeine overload) and no crash (no sugar). No the strongest shot on the market, but definitely worth it. Kick Rating - 8.5 Zenedge Berry Energy Shot Review: Final Judgment Although not the strongest shot on the market, the good taste, ample kick and unique packaging and name should give the Zenedge Shots a leg up on the tons of competition out there. I mean, there is really not too much more you can ask for from a shot that they have not provided. As I stated in the original review, these drinks sparked my interest several month's ago when I heard that Gene Simmons of Kiss was a sponsor / spokesman! These drinks come in slim 8.4 ounce (250 milliliter) and 16 ounce (500 milliliter) cans. There are 4 flavors currently available; classic (original), sugar free (which I am reviewing today), pineapple and lime. The first review was great and provided the classic Energy Drinks taste and kick (with some improvements) that we have all grown so familiar with. So will the sugar free version be able to continue on with the success of the original? There is only one way to find out.... So on with the taste and kick review of the Sugar Free Frank's Energy Drink! Frank's Sugar Free Energy Drink Review: Taste The 8.4 ounce sugar free version tastes almost identical to the original / classic Frank's flavor and can only be described as an initial Red Bull flavor followed by a rush of bubble gum flavor. It was actually quite good, especially since the bubble gum flavor replaces the typical medicinal aftertaste of Red Bull! Now this has been done before with other ED's, but Frank's seems to have nailed it down pretty good as the bubble gum flavor is not overwhelmingly sweet. Combine that with nice carbonation levels and you have a great tasting drink on your hands! Taste Rating - 8.8 Frank's Sugar Free Energy Drink Review: Kick The energy ingredients on the sugar free Frank's seem to be identical to those of the original. Meaning there is 80 milligrams of caffeine, 1000 milligrams of taurine and a pretty good supply of b-vitamins. Now the kick from the 8.4 ounce was not one of the strongest I have had as it was similar to the level of Kick supplied from a Red Bull Energy Drink. However, if you are looking for more of a kick, they also have this in a 16 ounce (500 milliliter) version as well which should suffice for most ED consumers. Kick Rating - 8.2 Frank's Sugar Free Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Another fine addition to the lineup. Really can't wait to try the pineapple and lime flavors as well! Until then stay tuned for future reviews, or if you have time to kill take a look at Franks' website, specifically the Energy Girls! Worth the visit! Fortunately for me I have been able to try to different flavors so far of the Vitamin Water energy line up, Fruit Punch and Dragon Fruit. Today I am going to give the 16 ounce Tropical Citrus Energy Drink from Vitamin Water a try. A little background on these energy products from Glaceau leads me to believe they are focusing on the health conscious market, which is growing larger as I type. They have a nice little tagline on their can that states "Nutrients are the new energy. The inside is natural, the outside is aluminum." At least they have a sense of humor. So enough fluff, let's see if the Tropical Citrus Vitamin Water performs as well as the others in the taste and kick categories. Vitamin Water - Tropical Citrus Energy Drink Review: Taste Well the tropical citrus flavor is not like any other citrus based ED that I have tried. You can taste the citrus flavoring, but it seems to be overwhelmed by the tropical ingredients instead which actually gives it a pretty solid taste. Just slightly carbonated, with a crisp taste. Not too sugary and not too watered down. Just right for this reviewer. The only thing that quirks me about this drink is that there are 200 calories and 50 grams of sugar in a 16 ounce serving. Now both seem to be below the industry standards, but for a health conscious brand, you think they could cut down on the sugar and calorie content. But hey that's just my opinion. At least it tastes good. Taste Rating - 8.7 Vitamin Water - Tropical Citrus Energy Drink Review: Kick So the taste is pretty crisp and refreshing, but will the kick follow through? Well the Tropical Citrus Vitamin Energy has 150 milligrams of caffeine (natural caffeine), 2000 milligrams of taurine and a good sized helping of b-vitamins which gave me a pretty decent boost of energy. Now at first the 50 grams of sugar set me back, as I was thinking there was going to be a crash associated with the beverage, but for some reason it didn't happen. To sum up, a good kick but not one of the strongest on the market. Kick Rating - 8.9 Vitamin Water - Tropical Citrus Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment Another hit for Glaceau in the energy category. Crisp refreshing taste and an ample kick. I would love to see a lower calorie / lower sugar version of this drink as well, but overall I can't complain. Another good thing about this drink is that it is available pretty much everywhere, so if you decide to get addicted to it, you won't have any trouble finding it. Final Judgment - 8.8 |
