It is called ConvertVid. It is video converter and can convert video from one format into another. It supports all major formats and codecs (such as DivX, XVid, WMV, 3GP, MPEG1, MPEG2, etc) and all major portable devices, such as iPod, iPhone, Zune, PSP, AppleTV, iRiver Clix, etc.
