"On Page" SEO is easy because it's totally under your control. It's simply a case of making sure you have optimized your web pages correctly.

OK, so there is a bit more to it than that, like keyword research, keyword density & frequency, which html tags to use, making sure your site/pages are W3 Compliant, using relative/absolute internal linking structures to feed the pagerank where it's most effective, using titles and descriptions that encourage people to clíck through from the SERP's etc.

It's also less important in the long run than getting sufficient links to your site/pages from other sites.

Getting links to your site is fundamental to getting visitors, and without visitors all the time, effort and money invested in getting your site up and running, and looking "nice", is irrelevant.

No Visitors = No Point!

So links are essential to the health of your site, and indeed your business, but all links are not equal in value to your site.

Reciprocal links will help, but they are far less effective than one way backlinks, i.e. links from another site where you don't have to link back to them. These "One Way" backlinks will give your site a far greater boost in the search engine results and bring you more traffíc, providing of course that you have chosen good (relevant) keywords for your links.

There are many ways of getting these powerful one way backlinks, but most you will have no control over the anchor text used (i.e. keywords) in the link, which means their "power" is unfocused and therefore of less use to you in achieving the targeted keyword results you are looking for.

For example, submitting your site to website directories can be a very effective way of picking up some high quality one way links from high PR sites, but you will seldom be able to choose the keywords/anchor text used for the link, often ending up with the site name as the link.

This is not a waste of time, as the Pagerank passed to your site will, with the correct internal linking structure, be passed on to your sites internal pages, helping them to rank better for their targeted keywords.

1. What's your lens about? - Be as descriptive as possible
2. What do you want to do with your lens? Choose: "I want to get the word out about ..". (easiest option)
3. Choose lens title & URL (be as descriptive as possible again & use relevant keywords, especially URL, because you can't change it later), choose your category & rating (all public, adult ..).
4. Choose your keywords - Choose them carefully to make sure people find about the topic you discuss in your lens when they search Squidoo

1. Title module: It's the first & has already the title you chose when you created the lens (but you can change it).
2. Introduction module: As the lens is supposed to promote your blog, click on "edit" button & add a description or introduction to your blog + you can add a picture.
3. RSS module: this module will make your lens auto-updated whenever you update your blog! (details below)
4. Links module: You can add some links of you sites (& get traffic + backlinks) or the sites you like.
5. Guestbook module: This one will allow visitors to leave comments.

4. How many headlines would you like to show? Choose "15"
5. Would you like to include an excerpt from each link in the feed?? Choose "Everything" or "100 characters"
6. How frequently should the module be updated? 6 or 12 hours
7. Would you like to display HTML in the excerpt? Yes
8. Click on "Save"

2. Click then on Channels link.
3. Now, under "AdSense for Content" tab click on "URL Channels"

2. get the numeral code for your channel (the most complicated step but not that complicated).
   
3. insert it to the profile section in your TVS account (very simple)
   

• Login to your Google Adsense account then click on the AdSense Setup tab.
• Click then on Channels link.

• You will see a field in which you have to enter a name for your channel, why not your TVS username or just TVS. You will see a box described "Show this channel to advertisers as an ad placement", don't check it, just click on the "Add channel" button once you name channel.

• In the page you are now, you can see the channel you created in Step 1, listed under "All channels", and a link next to it looking like this: "add »", click on it to select your channel, once done, channel will show under "Your selected channels", click then on the "Continue >>" button
• Here we are, you can see the code we need now, look at this part of it:

  you will need to copy the numeral code in green above, you can't copy it to clipboard separately from the page you're in, you need to write or type it, or to avoid any typo, I recommend you copy the entire code, paste it to notepad then look for the digits & copy them for the next step.

• Login to your TVS account then click on Edit profile link.
• The last field is described: "Adsense channel", put the numeral code from Step 2 there & click the "Submit" button.

Every time you visit a web page, your browser tells that page's server where you came from. Rather than a violation of privacy, it simply tells the site's owner who is sending business their way. This is why every article on our site carries links back to the pages that point to them. These reciprocal links are automatic and free.

3. After two or more different visitors follow it, we'll link back to you automatically

The paragraphs themselves can link back to you

If you have a response to a specific paragraph of an article, then adding a simple argument to the end of the link address will make that paragraph link back to you. For example, let's say you're linking to "My PC, the Teenager" and you want your response to address the second paragraph. You'd link to the Disenchanted article with this URL:

The argument "?ref=2" at the end tells our page that paragraph #2 should contain a link back to your site.

Numa Numa (or "the Numa Numa Dance") is an Internet phenomenon based on amateur videos, particularly one by Gary Brolsma, made for the song "Dragostea din tei" by Moldovan pop band O-Zone. It made it into one of the 100 Funniest Moments, broadcast by Channel 4 in the UK.

The phrase "Numa Numa" comes from the chorus of the song, "nu mă, nu mă iei," meaning, roughly, "don't want don't want to take me."

In the original video, Brolsma does not finish the entire song, ending at around 1:37.

Brolsma first published his "Numa Numa Dance" on the Newgrounds site on December 6, 2004, where it has since been seen more than 10 million times[2] and copied onto hundreds of other websites and blogs, making it the second-most watched viral video of all time (only losing out to Star Wars kid). He has also received mainstream media coverage from ABC's Good Morning America, NBC's The Tonight Show and VH1's Best Week Ever, and, according to The New York Times, was an "unwilling and embarrassed Web celebrity." He cancelled media appearances, but in September 2006, reappeared with a professionally produced video. This video, titled "New Numa", has appeared on YouTube (posted by Brolsma) and marks the start of a Numa Numa contest. The winner of this contest will receive $25,000.

A story in The Believer (June/July 2006) explores the song's spread and global homogenization, while arguing that Brolsma's video "singlehandedly justifies the existence of webcams . . . It’s a movie of someone who is having the time of his life, wants to share his joy with everyone, and doesn’t care what anyone else thinks."

One version of Brolsma's video also contains some puns, among them pictures of "feta cheese" during the lyric "fericirea" ("happiness") and a LEGO representation of Bob Ross during the singer's words: "sunt eu Picasso" ("it's me, Picasso").

Thousands of amateur videos of people recreating the dance have appeared on YouTube.com. A lot of themes have been chosen for Numa Numa parodies. Video game characters have been chosen to be used in parodies, such as Optimus Prime, Mario, Luigi, Godzilla [[3]], River City Ransom, and Homestar Runner. There have also been items used for videos, such as Lego bricks, army men and even a G.I. Joe John F. Kennedy. In addition, Napoleon Dynamite and American Idol have versions. A parody of the infamous "Angry German Kid" video was made including Numa Numa and Star Wars Kid.
